A dream — we stayed in the superior raw retreat with pool for 2 nights and it was the best part of our 14 night honeymoon. Grounds are immaculate, staff is attentive, beds are comfortable. Daily cleanings with precise attention to detail, yoga was challenging, both restaurants were some of the best meals of our lives. The bellhops are so helpful, bar staff servicing the beach were amazing, as were the spa staff too. All our requests were accommodated and then some. We have no criticisms whatsoever and CANNOT wait to return.

Amazing hotel! Breakfast and lunch were especially delicious. We were upgraded to a room and enjoyed the amazing views that took our breath away. The rooms are ideally cleaned twice a day. The weakest point is probably the reception desk. Upon arrival, they did not provide information about the hotel complex and did not mention that we have a hammam, we did not dare to ask for it ourselves. We did not get information on how to go to the sea because the mountain is very steep. It's really just the little things, everything was perfect!

The dream wellness escape! Our stay at Fzeen was phenomenal! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The dining options were delicious, with a fantastic breakfast. The facilities were absolutely incredible, the different gyms and yoga / Pilates areas. The exceptional service from the staff truly made our stay memorable. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the amazingly beautiful vacation my friend and I had at F Zeen. The highlight of the trip was the AMAZING dinner staff at the Gaia restaurant who were all so kind, knowledgeable, professional, personable and fun. To the crew who treated us with the utmost of care; Maria, Carlo, Tom, Spyridoula, Aggelos and Aggelos, thank you for everything! We ate dinner here most nights and Carlo is a master bar tender and Maria gave great recommendations on food and wine pairings. The incredible staff aside, the food is absolutely amazing and some of the best meals I have had. The private beach chairs reserved just for the hotel was a big plus. All of the beach chair umbrellas have a button you can press which alerts someone to come and take your drink or food orders. They also provide a bucket of cold water and glasses. One thing I loved about the hotel was the readily available infused water at all restaurants, including at the beach bar. I highly recommend anyone staying at F Zeen to do a wine tasting. Theo’s knowledge of wine paired with the stunning background of the ocean at sunset was an amazing experience.

Booked a Classic Retreat based on the pictures and description. Sadly "upper floors" mean the 2 floors above the cellar, where you can barely see the sea through the palm trees that are right in front of the small balcony. As the room was too small and didn't have the views that were advertised, we requested an upgrade. We were told no upgrades were available as they were fully booked; a quick online search confirmed there were units available. After insisting and going to the front desk to talk, they found some rooms. They took several hours to give us a quote (despite me calling and texting them as it was getting late - with no response). By the time they gave us a quote we were already unpacked and on the way to the restaurant (around 9PM). Overall, the service from the front desk was not the one you expect from a 5-star hotel. Also, if you sleep until late you will have a hard time if you end up in the same building as "cleaning chaos" (quoting a different review) starts between 7.30 and 8. If you arrive early, feel free to explore, go to the beach or order some food. We were told to wait on a table (a very nice beverage was served and welcome towels as well) and we ended up waiting around 2 hours with no other indication than "I have not forgotten about you, wait there". During the checkout we got a similar treatment. On a positive note, concierges were very polite and friendly. Service from the bar and restaurant is great. Everyone was very kind and friendly and seemed they were the ones making sure you feel like in a 5-star hotel. While the breakfast menu is diverse, there was nothing remarkable and felt okay. Dinner, however, was very good - they have a grill and most of the ingredients are either local or grown right there. Overall, good reminder that you can have a beautiful place run poorly and make the whole experience not worth it. Sort by low reviews and notice the common patterns. This place deserves better and we are rooting for it.
