I must say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. And I have a huge experience in travelling. I have been visiting this hotel regularly for 4 years so far and each time I visit it, I can see improvements and investments that change this hotel even if you think it cannot be changed any more. The garden is a hidden gem, the whole sport infrastructure with devoted trainers, at the top with Stamos are great. The service, the accommodation, the food are of very high quality. Waiters, reception staff are great, as well as spa team. The owner does not want to save money, he knows that a mean person looses twice. So he invests every year. I have never found such a place. It is even not a hotel, is kind of holistic concept for your body and soul. Perfect place for demanding travellers.

A dream — we stayed in the superior raw retreat with pool for 2 nights and it was the best part of our 14 night honeymoon. Grounds are immaculate, staff is attentive, beds are comfortable. Daily cleanings with precise attention to detail, yoga was challenging, both restaurants were some of the best meals of our lives. The bellhops are so helpful, bar staff servicing the beach were amazing, as were the spa staff too. All our requests were accommodated and then some. We have no criticisms whatsoever and CANNOT wait to return.

Outstanding! It was my first time staying and I was blown away. Not only is the hotel perfect, with so much space and beautiful areas to relax and enjoy, but the staff are so friendly and amazing. From Yeti at the beach, to Petros who is a superstar trainer, to the rest of the team… it was magical and I wish I could have stayed longer! It was paradise from start to finish. Clean spacious rooms, amazing classes, fresh delicious food and amazing views from every corner.

Amazing hotel! Breakfast and lunch were especially delicious. We were upgraded to a room and enjoyed the amazing views that took our breath away. The rooms are ideally cleaned twice a day. The weakest point is probably the reception desk. Upon arrival, they did not provide information about the hotel complex and did not mention that we have a hammam, we did not dare to ask for it ourselves. We did not get information on how to go to the sea because the mountain is very steep. It's really just the little things, everything was perfect!

Beautiful place, lush gardens, delicious breakfast, great exercise spaces and options. Sadly a couple of bad vibes from other guests, some who thought it was okay to reserve their deck chair/lounge by the pool/beach from breakfast time onwards, another, an American male who verbally abused staff at reception. A very ugly performance verging on reportable behaviour, pity his poor female partner who then had to have breakfast with him directly afterwards on 12 August at 10am! His anger was terrifying and palpable, not a safe option to approach at time but I did support staff sharing my concern and apologies on his behalf. Staff were amazingly resilient but his behaviour was appalling enough to warn other accommodations. I’m sure it wasn’t his first rant!
