Stunning location, everywhere you look is just beautiful and the beach is gorgeous...good selection of restaurants a short walk away. The hotel's food is excellent, fresh, delicious and really easy to make healthy choices. The coffee, the healthy drinks and all the signature cocktails are all amazing too. All staff were lovely and overall great service. Choice of fitness classes and activities were excellent, the aerial yoga was so much fun! Only thing I would say is the pool/beach areas could do with more shade, it was hard to avoid being directly in the sun all day!
I loved this place, perfect balance of a bit of indulgence but still sticking to my overall healthy lifestyle. I would add though that if you like a really vibrant/busy bar in the evenings this probably isn't the place, the bar is quite quiet and shuts at 11. Didn't bother me but if you're a bit more of a night owl/drinker (like my travel companion!) it might not have the nightlife vibes. There are places close by that are open later if you want that though.
Superior Raw room was lovely, great views, modern tech and relaxed style. There were some birds nesting on our balcony, it was a delight to see them flying in & out each day - hope the hotel staff and next people in the room look out for/take care of them, we grew very fond of them 💜
Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our whole experience at F Zeen surpassed expectations.
The hotel has the most beautiful surroundings and was a joy to explore.
Our room (Superior Retreat) was very nice, good size with everything you need and the comfiest bed.
The Spa was a dream, the massages are amazing, a must if you visit!
All the food we ate was also delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The classes were also fantastic - Pilates with a view of the ocean is not something I will forget soon.
We had an amazing stay here, and can't wait to return!

My wife and I still on our holiday here but wanted to take the time to praise the Spa. A real must experience when coming to the retreat. We booked a couples ritual massage to start our holiday off on a relaxing tone and both left saying it was undoubtably the best massage of our life. The spa is beautifully laid out, the atmosphere incredible relaxing and the masseuse were impeccable, the quality of the massage was second to none and the experience was really special. We enjoyed it so much so that we have booked in multiple times extra for the holiday. I really can’t praise the masseuses enough! We had the couples peach bath ritual.

We had a lovely stay at F Zeen, the staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. The classes we joined were all very good and the food at the restaurants was all delicious. We had amazing weather but suited us quite well that October wasn't too hot and it wasn't too busy.

We have been to many 5 star hotels in our lives, but the FZeen is as disappointing as it could be for a 5-star hotel.
Upon arrival at Noon, the room wasn't ready, which is fine and understandable. We therefore left for the day in order to enjoy the beach. As we came back at 6-7PM, we were shown our room, and boy was it disappointing. We took the 2nd most expensive room which was a private raw retreat with a pool. This was almost 1,000 euros a night. When we got into the room, the view was just a joke. We had a view over the gym's roof, and the parking of the hotel's staff.
We therefore asked if there was anything else, and we were told no, the hotel is fully booked. We told them we were not satisfied with this, and it was unacceptable. We asked them "There is no one checking tomorrow?" we were told no. Before leaving, the girl, who honestly couldn't care less about us, told us we could get the "100" room, but it would be an upgrade. We told her we wouldn't be paying for an upgrade because what was sold to us was unacceptable.
She then proceeded to tell us that the reservation office would call us first thing in the morning to see what could be done. As you would have guest, they never called, and we had to call them. Obviously, we had to repeat everything, which is unacceptable again for a 5-star hotel. We were told that a room could be available, which apparently was not possible the day before. Anyways, as we were not there, we told them that we couldn't see the room, and it didn't make sense for us to change without seeing it. We were proposed the "100" suite again, for an extra 1,000 euros a night, which is a joke.
All and all, this overall experience was more than disappointing. The dining room staff was very nice, but the reservation and reception staff were condescending and not helpful at all. For a 3,000 euros stay, this was our worst hotel of our trip, and I would never recommend this hotel.
