We had an amazing stay at Fusion Suites Phuket Patong and genuinely enjoyed our time here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well designed. One thing that really stood out for us was the coffee setup. They provided Illy coffee pods, Phuket specialty coffee, and even a French press in the room. As coffee lovers, this was such a thoughtful and premium touch. We also loved the small complimentary extras like fruit jellies, banana chips, and milk, which felt like a cute and welcoming detail. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, although we personally didn’t enjoy the taste as much as we expected. Still, there was plenty to choose from, which others may appreciate. The staff truly made the stay special. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the property, show us around, and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warmth really elevated the overall experience. Housekeeping was generally very good and the room was cleaned well. The hotel facilities were excellent. Having an in-house restaurant, spa, and a large swimming pool was great. One of the highlights was watching the sunset over Patong from the property, which was absolutely beautiful. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evening after a long day. The main downside was the location. The hotel is on a busy road with constant traffic, and although it’s about a 30-minute walk to the beach and even less to shopping malls and restaurants, walking isn’t practical. There’s no proper footpath, and the steep, hilly road makes it difficult and unsafe to walk. It was also sometimes hard to get a Bolt cab, but getting a bike was fairly easy, which we ended up using a lot. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to Patong and the shopping center every two hours, which is a good solution, though we wished the frequency was higher, especially during busy seasons. One practical thing we appreciated was having a microwave in the room, which allowed us to grab food from 7-Eleven and heat it up for dinner on some nights. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful rooms, thoughtful touches, friendly staff, great facilities, and relaxing atmosphere made it a memorable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Thanks so much to Nueng, Stang, Ly and Gust! I stayed for 10 days, and every morning our breakfast was so tasty and various. The Thai food section was so delicious that I could not order any Thai food outside the hotel, because it was not as good as at my breakfast 🤍 Nueng, Stang, Ly and Gust, you are the best team! The staff were exceptionally wonderfull. Always very helpful and polite. We stayed for 19 days here and got to know the staff very well. They are all so accommodating to your needs and go above and beyond. The head chief Nueng always greeted us with a warm welcome and his breakfast dishes were out of this world. The duck curry was to die for. He also offered to make us anything we wanted for our last day here and I thought that was very thoughtful of him. The night shift team were always really bubbly and taught us a few thai words which was a pretty coool experience for us. The rooms were always cleaned to perfection everyday. The rooms are modern and good aircon. The only downfall was the location. If you don’t hire a scooter or travel on the free shuttle service to mall or Patong beach you are kind of stuck at the hotel with no freedom to explore the rest of the island freely. The road is extremely busy to get in and out of and you can’t just walk from your hotel down to the 7 eleven or restaurants as there is no footpaths. There is a flagman that stops traffic for you which takes a bit of the pressure off when coming back to hotel but be warned it is a consistent flow of traffic 24/7 and if you want freedom to go whenever you please it’s not ideal.

Had an exceptional stay at Fusion resorts. Loved the room with the tub and the outstanding property making it my second time here. Earlier it was called Mai house. A special shout out to AOD who paid special attention to ensure we get the right vegetarian meals, her patience, humility and hospitality made the stay memorable. PEPZZI also took a lot of care of us from the restaurant team and deserves a special mention. Lastly, my mother and I had the most amazing and relaxing massage at the in house spa, all thanks to Ms. SERIES whose hands worked like magic. We went there twice just to get it done from her. Overall, I would genuinely recommend this place especially go for the room with the tub and balcony. Only a small recommendation to the hotel, to help ensure even the reception staff give a truly warm experience to the tourists, multiple times we felt that was lacking. But nothing to worry much about.

I’ve never written a hotel review before, but I picked this place because I stayed at the Saigon branch and it was lovely so I decided to give the Patong branch a go. Room booked: Jacuzzi room. (7110) Issues: - No hot water (water was luke warm and took 20-30+ minutes to warm up (Luke warm only) - Broken jacuzzi drain (got fixed) - hair dryer did not plug in properly (kept popping off the wall) - broken toilet seat (swivelled off centre when in use) - Shower head holder was not adjustable. If you’re about 5 ft 7 you’ll be okay. Anyone who’s shorter would not be able to shower. We stayed there for 3 nights haven’t had running hot water in the shower. (Sink taps have been working sporadically) We’ve had to call the technician every single night to check the shower - once the technician arrived, the water got a bit warmer after a 15+ min phone call from the hot water system room. But it was far from a hot shower. One night it took them more than a hour and 3 technician calls later, but it still wasn’t working. There is obviously an issue. Not ideal for a 5 star hotel. It’s a basic necessity to have running hot water. Not impressed. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with hot water issues three nights in a row - you’d expect them to fix it on the first night. They didn’t offer us to switch rooms either which is a bit disappointing. The resort and room itself is quite lovely - away from the hustle and bustle. Location wise - you have to get a taxi to get to Bangla Road. Service is good - people were helpful and friendly - but couldn’t fix the hot water problem. Buffet breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular. Decor was starting age in the rooms. Slight wear and tear. The lobby and the landscaping is lovely. When we check out there was no acknowledgement of the hot water issue or offer to make up for the poor water system. When I brought it up they just said sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe we were just unlucky - hopefully it’s just the one and only room with the same problem.
