This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff are so helpful and understanding. This was our first trip with our 9-month-old baby, and they really made things so much easier for us. Huge thanks to the reception staff, Luwis and Cartoon, for all the help. Every single staff member we met was super friendly. The room was also big enough for our baby to crawl around, which we really appreciated. The only small thing is it would be nice to have a covered walkway between the lobby and the rooms—since it was rainy season, we sometimes got wet. But honestly, that’s just a tiny detail compared to how great everything else was. It’s also a great place if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The location isn’t far from the beach, but it’s much calmer compared to the busy hotels right on the beachfront. Really recommended if you value privacy. Overall, I’d give this stay 150% out of 100%. We loved it and would definitely come back!

A fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff at Fusion Suites are incredibly welcoming, always smiling and attentive. Our Grand Deluxe room was perfect: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were so touched by the honeymoon decorations waiting for us—a lovely surprise that shows their attention to detail. A huge thank you to Mr. Knight for his exceptional service; he was consistently professional and kind, even seeing us off at the gate when we left. We felt truly cared for and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

A big thank you as well to the managers of each department, who train their teams with great care to deliver such a high-quality experience. Congratulations and thank you to the entire staff for this impeccable service! We will gladly come back. Tip: don’t miss the chef’s cuisine — it’s absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The pool is stunning, and the view is simply breathtaking.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. • The pool is amazing, perfect for relaxing. 🏊‍♂️ • The breakfast is delicious, varied, and truly outstanding. • The rooms are spotless, perfectly clean down to the smallest detail. • The beds are extremely comfortable, you sleep like on a cloud. • The room service is very efficient, always quick and attentive. A huge thank you to Lewis and his team: they are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, always present yet discreet… exactly how it should be to make the stay perfect. The hotel also provides high-end facilities, a free shuttle service to take you downtown, and an excellent restaurant. Special mention to the chef, not only talented but also very thoughtful: he personally visits the tables to ask about possible improvements, which makes a real difference. 👉 In short: I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Everything is in place for an unforgettable experience.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was quiet and very family friendly. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in one of the suites , it was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Overall, it was absolutely worth the money and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
