We stayed 3 nights at AtEase Patong and truly enjoyed it. The wide breakfast variety made us wake up early every day just to enjoy it with a lovely pool view. Their service is top-notch — especially Mr. Nueng, who greets guests each morning with a bright smile and always makes sure everyone is having a pleasant stay. The room was clean and serviced daily too. They also provide a shuttle bus to Jungceylon Mall and Patong Beach on a schedule — just don’t miss the timing 🙂. Special thanks to Bonnie for the warm welcome and friendly service that made us feel comfortable from day one. Highly recommended hotel!

This was my first solo trip after a bad breakup, and I could not have picked a better place to land. The room was beautiful — a gorgeous four-poster bed that felt impossibly luxurious for just one person, a little seating area tucked to the side, and my absolute favourite: a deep bathtub with a separate shower and one of those wooden bath caddies that sits across the tub. I bought bath bombs, poured a glass of wine, ran a hot bubble bath, and watched movies on my laptop for the better part of the evening. It was, without exaggeration, one of the most restorative nights I've had in years. I had pizza delivered pretty much every night — the only minor note is that the concierge won't bring food up to your room, so you'll need to head down to reception to collect it. A small thing, barely worth mentioning. The hotel draws a quiet, international crowd and has a genuinely calm atmosphere throughout. I didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Everything around the area is easily accessible by motorbike, which made getting out and exploring completely effortless. I loved this trip so much that I tried to book the same hotel for my next visit to Phuket — with my partner this time — and it was sold out. That says it all, really.

Thia was one trip of a lifetime although it was a last minute booking for my nephew's wedding. The whole experience was sooo nice. The people, staffs at the hotel, taxi drivers, everyone we met along the way. I would definitely come back here again and ensure its not being a rush job. And my 18mnts old grandson had a great time especially with the staffs. They were so great with him and made time for him. Definitely would come back here again. Only downfall was that there were no local shops within walking distance but they had a regular bus service that takes you to the mall or the beach. So thank you everyone at AtEase holiday from room 7205 for making our holiday memorable.

Amazing experience all around from check-in to check out including breakfast and housekeeping. Everyone is polite and very attentive to the guests comfort and requests. Special mention of Mr. Nueng Ly who took special care for us as we are vegetarians and went out of the way to cook special vegetarian food and also took a note to prepare it next time. The hotel ambience is very nice and quiet not like patong and all the noise. If you want to have a quiet time. Go for AtEase as the name suggests you will be at ease when you stay here. Overall a very nice experience. Highly recommended hotel. Will come again

Stayed at Atease Patong for two nights. The pool-connected room on the first night was average. The pool was not very clean, and the view from the pool area was quite underwhelming, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the pool-connected area lacks proper lighting in the evenings, which makes it feel dull and less inviting. When we requested a room change to a better category on the first day, the staff was unable to assist, citing availability. On the second night, we stayed in a jacuzzi room, which was noticeably better and more comfortable. However, the view was still very limited, so it’s not ideal if you’re expecting scenic surroundings. The hotel is also slightly off from the main Patong Beach area, and finding taxis or cabs via Grab or Bolt around the hotel can be a bit of a task, especially during peak hours. We also requested a late checkout, which was not accommodated, and we had to pay an additional 1,000 THB to extend the stay until 4 PM. That said, a special thanks to Cherry for her excellent hospitality, warmth, and support throughout our stay. Her service genuinely stood out and helped balance the experience. Overall, the property is okay for a short stay, but pool cleanliness, room views, location convenience, and flexibility with guest requests are areas that could be improved. Individual staff members like Cherry are definitely a highlight.
