We stayed here for 9 days and every single day was a great experience. A special thank you to our chef, Nuend. By the end of our stay, they already knew what we liked and how we preferred our food — that really meant a lot to us. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and genuinely cared about what we wanted. You can feel that they truly value their guests’ happiness. The restaurant is very clean, well organized, and attentive to detail. You can even ask for a special omelet and they prepare it exactly the way you like it. Thank you for your hard work and warm hospitality. You definitely deserve 5 stars.

This was my first solo trip after a bad breakup, and I could not have picked a better place to land. The room was beautiful — a gorgeous four-poster bed that felt impossibly luxurious for just one person, a little seating area tucked to the side, and my absolute favourite: a deep bathtub with a separate shower and one of those wooden bath caddies that sits across the tub. I bought bath bombs, poured a glass of wine, ran a hot bubble bath, and watched movies on my laptop for the better part of the evening. It was, without exaggeration, one of the most restorative nights I've had in years. I had pizza delivered pretty much every night — the only minor note is that the concierge won't bring food up to your room, so you'll need to head down to reception to collect it. A small thing, barely worth mentioning. The hotel draws a quiet, international crowd and has a genuinely calm atmosphere throughout. I didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Everything around the area is easily accessible by motorbike, which made getting out and exploring completely effortless. I loved this trip so much that I tried to book the same hotel for my next visit to Phuket — with my partner this time — and it was sold out. That says it all, really.

We stayed at AtEase Phuket for 3 Nights, the overall experience was hassle free just that the room we were allotted had a slight smell which they tried their level best to cover. Otherwise the service was topmost and Miss Fear(yeah remember the name) her service is totally metaphorical to her name. She served us with the best Cold Cappuccino in the morning breakfast. There is a suggestion for breakfast menu that there should be some indian breakfast option in the buffet as everything served is either Thai or Western. Also please keep Nutella on the desk or have some board mentioning “PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR NUTELLA :)” To sum up good for a decent stay with jacuzzi but it is 30mins walk from Patong beach and the cab also charges almost 180 Baht and there is a complementary Shuttle service for every 2 hours till 8 PM. Good team, good rooms, overall good experience just some small jitters to fill and they are perfect! Again thankyou Miss Fear you were trully amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my experience was the chef. Mr. Nueng KiewLy The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish showed great skill and creativity. They specially prepared authentic Indian vegetarian food and served it beautifully can truly feel the chef’s passion in the quality and taste of the meals. Highly recommended! 👨‍🍳✨

I had such a lovely experience with the kitchen at AtEase Phuket. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care — you can truly taste the quality and attention in every bite. A special thank you to Nueng Kiewly, who makes every morning extra special. He always welcomes you with a big, genuine smile and such a friendly face. He has a wonderful energy and is always ready to make you happy and ensure you start your day in the best way possible. And I have to say — he makes the best omelet! Absolutely perfect every time. It’s people like him who turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!
