Having stayed at another resort in the area, it was clear how much more attention to detail this place offers. The check-in and check-out process was remarkably swift, and the resort boasts a stunning view. What truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service—attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Special thanks to Joe, who was outstanding throughout our visit, frequently checking in to make sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant served delicious food, and the Breeze Restaurant provided a peaceful setting for a relaxing meal. We’ll definitely return because, in Vietnam, people don’t say goodbye; they say, “see you later.”

Even though it isn't part of a major chain, this establishment surpasses many international brands. Its all-inclusive massage concept is truly unique, offering an extensive range of meditation and massage options. The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. If you request something, they promise it within five minutes but often deliver it in less than two. There are no hidden fees. The rooms are uniquely designed, providing a distinctive and comfortable stay. The beach is both clean and beautiful. The food is exceptional, offering a culinary experience that beats the finest Michelin-starred restaurants. With two diverse restaurants, guests are treated to a wide variety of expertly crafted dishes. The menus are extensive and cater to all tastes, featuring both local delicacies and international favorites. Special events and themed nights add an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. Every meal is a gourmet journey, meticulously prepared by the renowned Chef Ivan, whose creativity and skill in the kitchen ensure each dish is a masterpiece. From breakfast to dinner, the flavors are rich, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation impeccable. Dining here is more than just a meal; it's an unforgettable gastronomic adventure. The only regret you’ll have is not visiting sooner.

I can not recommend this beautiful hotel enough and will definitely be returning again! Everything about this hotel is perfect, it's a wonderfully quite and romantic place, the grounds are immaculately kept and the rooms are exceptionally spacious and luxurious. We stayed in one of the hideaway rooms with private pool and it was such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend! Without exception the staff at this resort were incredible, extremely friendly and helpful and went over and above to make us feel special. The spa treatments were also fantastic, the front of house staff were so kind and welcoming and every treatment we had (4 each!!) was perfect, very relaxing and worth staying at the hotel for this alone. This hotel really is 5*, so many personal touches throughout our stay and was such a pleasure to stay there. Thanks everyone at the resort!

We're headed back to Fusion for the second time, and we can't wait! We've been to so many resorts around the world, but nothing compares to the incredible time we always have at Fusion. It truly feels like home every time we go back! The staff is extremely friendly, kind, and honest, and they strive to make our trip as comfortable as possible. The food is exceptional. For breakfast, you have the option of a buffet or à la carte. Everything is amazing! Thank you to the entire Fusion team, and a special thanks to Ms. Nathalie , Ms. Suong, Mr Khoi and Ms. Ny for their valuable support. We will visit frequently.
