TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Premium All-Inclusive entitlements are available for the entire duration of the stay, after check-in and valid till 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
• Specialty restaurants which are included for Dine-around option: Raiyvilla, Amigos, Ocean Spice & Aqua Restaurant.
• Guests on Premium All Inclusive can choose only one option for lunch & dinner: either the buffet (Jaafaiy restaurant) or a 3-course set menu at specialty restaurants or restaurant credit to use on the à la carte menu.
• Guests registered in the same villa or residences must be on the same meal plan, and valid for the entire stay.
• Advance reservation is required at least 24 hours in advance for lunch and dinner at specialty restaurants.
• Up to 2 children under 14.99 years accompanied by parents can dine for free at the specialty restaurants, when choosing the kids menu.
• On 24th December and 31st December, lunch will be served at Jaafaiy restaurant only. All restaurants for dinner will be closed on 24th December and 31st December. Festive gala dinners are set up on these dates and there will be a mandatory supplement charged as per the contact.
• All drinks served under the meal plan are for personal consumption only, served by the glass and must be ordered one at a time. Alcoholic drinks will not be served to guests under the age of 18. The resort reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to inebriated guests.
• Any charges which fall out of guest's meal plan entitlements will be charged on the guests bill and payment will be collected upon check-out. Guests are required to sign bills for records, even for the entitlements.
• No refunds are available for unused activities from the entitlements. No substitutions will be available for any of the mentioned activities or services. Also, the benefits cannot be transferred to another guest.
• All food and beverages included in the package must be consumed on the premises and are not available for takeaway.
