From the moment we arrived at Furama RiverFront, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. We are especially grateful to Eddy Awan. He is not just a staff member — he is someone who truly cares about guests. His kindness, patience, and warm smile made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and you can really see that he loves what he does. In a world where service can sometimes feel routine, Eddy made it personal and sincere. Because of him, our stay was not just comfortable — it was meaningful. Thank you for making our experience so special. We will always remember this stay with a grateful heart and will definitely come back again.

A good place to stay in Singapore! Have stayed here twice now and have gotten great service. Iskander was awesome and genuinely friendly at the restaurant, ensuring that we had a good meal. 🙂 All staff were fantastic, including the staff at the door and check-in area. Sophie was cool, didn’t catch any other names. Would come here again for sure! Really like the location as well, never been any downsides in that aspect. There’s a 7-11 on ground floor, next door which is convenient.

His professionalism, warm demeanour, and proactive approach turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. It is rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, and he is a true asset to the hotel team. If you are looking for a hotel with great rooms and even better people, I highly recommend staying here. A hotel with a very strategic location and affordable price, surely we will definitely be back!

Wow. A very friendly place. Was able to check-in as early as 11am because the room was available at the time. Extremely friendly receptionist. Check-out was a breeze. Will definitely return. The kids play area in the lobby was so cute. Very family friendly. 100% recommend. Clean new room. No regrets.
