We stayed during the F1 season and found the pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool, gym and other recreational options. Hotel guests also have complimentary access to Anytime Fitness, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. We had no issues using it during our stay. The location was very convenient. Havelock MRT station is just a 5-minute walk away and bus stops are close by making public transport easily accessible. Orchard Road, Chinatown, New Bahru are also nearby, which added to the convenience. Basic amenities are provided in the room, but it's worth bringing your own toiletries like shampoo and conditioner etc if you're planning a longer stay in Singapore. There's a 7-Eleven just downstairs so you can easily purchase anything you need. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, but cleanliness was lacking. Dust was noticeable throughout, especially on the carpet, which didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. The room also felt stuffy. The air conditioning worked well neither too cold nor too warm which made for restful sleep. However, noise insulation wasn’t great so I recommend using earplugs at night. The lifts were often fully occupied and we had to wait frequently which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s good value for money with a convenient location but cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Nice if dated hotel, if staying as a couple it's probably a bit rough but if you are taking kids it's brilliant. The theme rooms are well set up for kids and as parents you get that space from the kids when asleep. The pool is really nice and the staff are friendly. It's only that sense it's a little run down(fine with kids) and the breakfast / dinner buffet are very average and I would encourage people to go out to the river for food instead.

The hotel was just as advertised; close to the Havelock MRT station, with a 7-Eleven mart just downstairs, convenient self-serve amenities like tea, water, towels, and toothbrushes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated being able to extend my stay seamlessly without the hassle of checking out. While some areas are a bit dated, the renovated spaces and warm service created a comfortable, positive vibe. Would definitely come back!

Pretty average overall. Firstly, the staff were nothing but lovely during check in. After that we didn’t have much interaction. Our room was apparently upgraded complimentary which sounded nice but as I got to the room I couldn’t really tell the difference between the room we’d booked and this apparent upgrade. Again, no huge issue, just not sure why it was touted as an upgrade. During our entire time here our room wasn’t cleaned once. No huge deal as we aren’t troglodytes but once would’ve been nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Everything tasted “funky” for lack of a better word. Now, I’m not a picky eater whatsoever but I found myself regularly stocking up on watermelon and hash browns. The location is fine. It’s a few minutes walk to the Havelock MRT which will get you pretty much anywhere you’d like to go. Overall it was fine. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn’t not enjoy my stay, but I’ve definitely had better stays over here in Singapore.

Staying here now and room smelt like smoke for three days and starting to go. Club breakfast was in a sad little room better to not do as main room had a view. We paid $100 a day extra for this and not worth it. Got to club drinks 3 minutes before and we told to not touch food til 6pm by lady after we had plate already with food. She didn’t offer to even put it aside til 6 which was now only 2 minutes away. They need better communication and if they are so desperate to not serve before 6 have signage or rope off til 6. 3 minutes before and told to put plate down is embarrassing. Best thing was bath. Love Singapore
