There are no words to describe my satisfaction after being a guest here. By choosing this place you may have a great vacation for sure. Comfortable, clean and good looking rooms have all the facilities. Lots of tiny details, as special robes, hats etc. make you feel it is a special place. Very delicious breakfast with plenty of food options. Staff extremely polite, kind and helpful. Gym is equipped with everything you need. Well arranged swimming pools and private beach area. Highly recommend

I visited Furama Resort to celebrate my wife's pregnancy. Before our trip, I requested a non-smoking room due to her condition, and they promptly assured me that a comfortable room would be provided. On the day of our visit, we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were surprised with a cake and a bouquet of roses to celebrate our honeymoon. The beautiful scenery and spacious swimming pool made us feel like we were being treated as the main guests, rather than just visitors. I hope to return once our baby arrives!

Beautiful location, beautiful settling, great lush gardens, the ground keepers really do an amazing job but from there it goes downhill. One of the worst run breakfast restaurants I have experienced in all of my travels, in particular as we claim to be a 5 Star resort. The restaurant manager should take training or get replaced. So the staff ratio to guests is off. The staff is rather clueless and runs around with both eyes closed avoiding eye contact or seeing the call for attention. It doesn't seem like the restaurant is broken into sections with staff dedicated to it Everyone is everywhere and nothing gets done. We experienced that day after day. The highlight was as we were asked to sit at a community table, which is fine with us. But the table wasn't a community, it was a large family on which we are now intruding. It's such a dismal experience. Enough about the food let's talk about the rooms. 4 stars is about right. Old dirty grout, shower doors that don't close, dirty balcony patio, the TV small and so far away that trying to watch a movie in bed is a new challenge ... Oh well as always let's write this one off as an experience.

The overall hotel outlook is amazing, with clean and spacious rooms. The two swimming pools are beautiful for taking photos, and the hotel provides a fitness center and spa services. The location of the hotel was convenient, a short distance to some famous spots with Grab, and we could walk to the K-market and spa nearby too. Lastly, the services and attitudes of staffs is wonderful, we enjoyed a chill trip here~

Great Resort! from the round trip airport transfer, check-in process, restaurant, spa. everything was arranged properly. food in the restaurant was great and consistently good. beach area was clean.
