So you will see most reviews are from a "local guide". Furama pays guides and influencers to give positive reviews. Furama felt like a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star. When we arrived, there was no greeting, no one asked about our bags or anything, not like a 4 or 5 star hotel. We finally got someone to notice us and were able to check in and they did deliver the bags to the rooms, so ok. I also was asked if I wanted to upgrade and receive the breakfeast package and I decided yes. We got to our room and it was nice. We got a simple suite with a king bed. The bed was two lumpy old twins pushed together. I was appalled a 5 star resort would do that. The next morning we got charged for breakfast because they ended up not upgrading it to the breakfast package, and that was annoying. Also, for a "culinary" resort, he food was very average. Average buffet quality food, nothing great or special but certainly every single meal was overpriced. The thing I disliked the most about Furama, they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Afternoon snacks, really just leftovers from breakfast that were lying out in a lounge, turns out you have to pay for the afternoon tea package. The buy one get one free drink happy hour special? You have to get the same exact drink and exactly from 5-6. Our a/c also froze one night but they did give us a fan. We booked tours that were double the price of other hotels. Despite being more expensive the costs of tickets for the actual places you go to in the tour were not covered. The location is nice, Da Nang is beautiful, but thats all I can really give them. They have two different pools that are nice with some activities but not enough to keep you occupied.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel for a work conference. The resort is elegant and luxurious with a classic old charm true to its traditional heritage. The rooms are spacious and the balcony with garden view provides a nice, quiet atmosphere and some privacy - just be careful of mosquitoes. There are lots of amenities and the beach pool makes for a nice backdrop at sunrise. Their focus on wellness and sustainability is also noteworthy. The service however can be improved. For a luxury hotel, the reception desk doesn’t go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Staff were unclear of check-in time, and when inquired after making us wait for more than an hour, just snapped that the rooms are not ready with no apology. The lobby area is also an open space with no air conditioning; and is not very comfortable with the humidity.

Furama Resort Danang is pure luxury and relaxation! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The resort is beautifully maintained with stunning gardens, a gorgeous beach, and spacious, elegant rooms. The pools are fantastic, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and every detail is taken care of to make your stay perfect. What made it truly special was the exceptional staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and world-class service. Our family stay here was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended

This is a fantastic place and hotel for couples, families, and solo travelers alike. The breakfast was exceptional, the beach is amazing with convenient sun loungers, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The beds were very comfortable, and the 24-hour pool was absolutely fantastic. The surroundings are beautifully maintained, and seeing peacocks roaming the garden added a magical touch. The location is also perfect — there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, a 24/7 market right in front of the hotel, and even a beach club just steps away. Getting to the night bar by taxi cost only 100,000 VND (about $3), which was super convenient.

A place that makes it possible for parents to succeed in business and enjoy real quality family time! I’m in total awe of this hotel! The rooms, the service, the staff, the atmosphere, the pools...everything was top-notch! We stayed at Furama during a conference at the adjacent convention center, where my husband and I were speakers. Thanks to Furama’s Kids Club, we could bring our 6-year-old along and still have a fantastic experience as a family. The kids program includes painting, sandcastle building, and many other activities. We also used their babysitting services during the conference, and it was excellent. The teachers even sent me photos throughout the day to reassure us that he was safe and happy. A very special thanks to Nhi and Suong, who were on duty that day—they were so attentive and kind. Thanks to them, we could focus on work while knowing our child was in the best hands. As parents who run a company together, this was truly life-saving! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to all the wonderful Furama staff!! You were outstanding!
