In terms of value for money this must be the best hotel in Singapore. We paid appr. 100 euro per night for a spacious room with a great view on Boat Quay and the Singapore Flyer. Alternative hotels in this area charge that same price for a cramped windowless room. I have read reviews about outdated rooms and stains on carpets. That must have been before renovations, I found the hotel very clean and modern. Location is extraordinary: Chinatown, shopping, restaurants, MRT and bus stops are all within walking distance. Our price even included buffet style breakfast and membership of the Executive Club. This Executive Club was a very good deal, it covers free non-alcoholic drinks all day and moreover: free snacks and alcoholic drinks around dinner time. Great to grab a cold Tiger beer, after a long day of sightseeing in hot and humid Singapore! A special shout out to Desmond and Ivy at the Executive Club for making us feel at home. The only drawback is the fact that toilet and bath are in a fishbowl. You will have to lower the blinds for privacy.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two children, and right from the check-in process, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave our kids two adorable hotel plush toys, which immediately brought big smiles to their faces. It was a small detail, but it made a wonderful first impression and showed how attentive and considerate the staff were toward families. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable, and organized, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One feature we really appreciated was the self-service amenities station. Being able to conveniently pick up the toiletries and supplies we needed at any time was both practical and efficient. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. Their positive attitude added to the overall comfort of our experience. Most importantly, the location of the hotel is excellent. Chinatown MRT station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in the city. This unbeatable location saved us a lot of time and made getting around with two children much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other families.

Lovely room and attentive staff, we arrived early due to flight and they managed to get us a room early. While we waited we enjoyed some free drinks in the executive lounge. The staff are really friendly and helpful. During our happy hour Kay took care of us and kept our drinks full. Lovely location and walking distance to many places and close to MRT station so have access to everything.

Fantastic location, close enough to just about everything. Bus and train terminal 5 minutes walk to explore those father to reach attractions. Food is next level, the dinning room down stairs will not disappoint either the buffet or main menu. Don't go to Singapore if you're on diet on your doorstep is Chinatown cheap Fantastic food and the people are lovely 😊

Stayed one night after cruise and before flight. We planned to visit Singapore's Chinatown so the hotel's location was perfect. Check-in was smooth and we were upgraded for free into the spacious room on 21st floor. A nice surprise but even nicer invitation came to join the free drinks and snacks between 6 and 8 pm. We were served by Ivy, a super nice and friendly miss who kept the Tiger beers coming. Thanks, Ivy! Would recommend this hotel to everybody.
