Great service and great location. Hotel is comfortable and incredibly well located. Staff have all been exceptional - from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaners. We’ve been here for 11 days - and everyone has been amazing to us. For example, Mary, the restaurant, remembered us from day 1 and always greets and serves is well. Will be coming back in the future for sure

Excellent location - just a short walking distance to both Chinatown and Clarke Quay MRT stations. It’s also conveniently near several malls. While the hotel is a bit old, the rooms are clean and comfortable. One feature we really appreciated was the separate shower and bathtub areas, which made it safer for kids and elderly family members. The property is also wheelchair and stroller accessible. For convenience, guests can self-collect amenities like soap, toothbrushes, etc. as needed. Deluxe Room and Family Room have better view than Superior room. Special thanks to Yvette who assisted us during check-in - she was efficient, and really helped make our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a good value stay in a very strategic location.

Great location, although the hotel is a bit run down. The room was clean, but they were missing a few bathroom essentials...no bidet or toilet brush, and a bit hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower. The stay was comfortable enough for the price.. I would consider staying again if those small details were added.

Still wondering why this hotel is rated as 4 stars… totally not worth it… The second I stepped into the hotel, I felt like I was back in the 90s. Everything was old and…old. When we entered our room, the light was flickering. Even with all the lights on, the room was so dark. There was even smell of smoke so we immediately asked for another room. The new room was better, though it was still dark and old. The smell of smoke was gone, but there was a strong smell of post-renovation/ paint. The windowsill was full of dust, and the carpet was not clean. The hairdryer was fixed in the drawer and it was so difficult to use! I can also see some stains in the toilet! We decided to endure it as we only stayed for a night. Luckily there was still something good: helpful staff, convenient location, and nice water pressure. Just don’t get faked by the photos posted by the hotel. The previous hotel I stayed in Singapore was only a 3 stars hotel but still way better than this one. This hotel really needs a renovation.

Great location, the room we originally booked (superior) did not look like the picture in the booking, we ended up changing rooms. The new room (deluxe) is a lot nicer and bigger. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of options for vegetarians, maybe a bit difficult if you’re vegan but there fruit, salad, toast, vege curry. The staff always make sure the plates are cleared off tables, special mention to Alice and Ivy for being friendly and polite.
