Yvette at the front desk was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to answering our questions, she was always patient, professional, and warm. Traveling can be exhausting, especially after a long flight, and her friendly attitude really made us feel at home right away. She took the time to help us and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Yvette, for your excellent service and genuine kindness. Raman at the concierge desk was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us with transportation, directions, and planning our days. We were traveling with a lot of luggage and elderly family members, and he was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, always with a kind smile and genuine care. Raman truly made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. Jimmy was incredibly helpful and truly saved the day for us. After Raman had clocked out, Jimmy stepped in seamlessly to assist us. There was a miscommunication with the drivers who were supposed to pick us up for the cruise port, which could have been very stressful, especially with our luggage and tight timing. Jimmy handled the situation immediately and efficiently, arranged another driver right away, and made sure we got to the cruise port on time. He was calm, proactive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for his quick thinking and excellent service.

What a view. Booked the Premier Club Room, so I get to have lounge access. Yasss. So yea, the hotel is old, and smells a little musty, but the room and WiFi is great. (Which is important as I work remotely). Food was good, and the service staff was friendly. Really looking forward to spending the month here. Oh, do note the lounge is adjacent to the restaurant. So it's not exactly private. It's a non-issue for me, but just thought to mention it. (Crowne Plaza for example had a lounge which feels more exclusive 🫢) PS: It would be good if the hotel keeps to the cleaning schedule they agreed to. We've moved in on Tuesday, and by Sunday there was still no cleaning done. PPS (25/01/26): I had to remind the hotel staff 3 times today to get the cleaning done (once at noon, once at 4 pm, again at 5 pm) Seeing as the schedule is fixed Wed and Sun for my month long stay, I would have thought it would be sorted. Something to improve on for sure.

We just spent a week at the Furama City Centre Hotel and had an excellent stay. We are thankful the front desk staff were super friendly and able to check us in a little early from our cruise arrival. It was very convenient to have access to self service laundry during our stay. Our executive room included full buffet breakfast and evening drinks and appetizers in the lounge. Ralph and Ivy who worked in the lounge are very attentive and friendly . We enjoyed both the Asian and western breakfast options every morning. Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. They are serviced every 3 days as advertised and there are extra towels and amenities in the hallway and at the front desk if needed. Great job!

Furama City is a great hotel with a very good location close to shopping, China Town and easy to go to most destinations around the city. The Hotel staff at Furama went above and beyond for our stay. The staff working in the main foyer where brilliant especially Ivy who was very attentive and happy to see you. Alice in the dinning room was always good and was always busy doing her job. The kitchen staff chef who made omelettes for us each day was doing a great job we enjoyed our food every morning. Reva on reception helped us get into our room asap on a late arrival. I would recommend Furama for people visiting Singapore and I would stay here again.

I had an excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Specially I would like to mention Ralph who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made my stay memorable. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great rooms and top-notch service!
