Honestly I’m disappointed. The pictures on the website look so nice but in reality it’s really a big disappointment. They need to urgently renovate this place. Location is great of course. That’s a big plus. But the carpets are old and smelly. Even inside the elevator it’s smelly. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. And just in general you can see around the room it’s really old. Cleaning was not done in detail, a lot of dust. My friend had a cockroach in his room actually!!! Service was not good either. Team didn’t seem like they wanted to check me in, they prefer I do this by myself at the self check in counter. Everything is basically self service. Again I’m really disappointed. I think you can get a better place for the same money.

The hotel was clean and service was excellent, even though the bathroom is a bit old. The room is tidy, a great location & easy to get to the accommodation on public transport. Food was good too. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you, Furama City Centre Hotel.

Dinner here was amazing. Food was of great quality and fresh. It is truly a value for money. Additionally, I would like to commend the staff Ivy and Desmond who were very attentive, friendly and lovely people. Ensuring our experience was an enjoyable one overall that exceeded all expectations.

Found staff very friendly and helpful, sense of humour and catered for my needs. Food was catered for everyone and delicious. My only fault i found was the pool, the ladders into the pool were very hard for me to get in snd out so therefore i was unable to swim at all

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights. The hotel is fine and the staff excellent especially Yvette and Imah. The hotel is located very close to Chinatown metro which makes getting around Singapore easy. We ate quick, delicious and cheap breakfast across the road at Coffee 168 (open early and closes late).
