The hotel is in a great and easy location, great value for the price, and very kind employees all around! Ralph at the reception desk was the best, he was so welcoming and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The MRT station is just a couple of blocks away and both the riverfront and Chinatown are just a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and places to see all close by. Highly recommend staying at the hotel!

We booked this hotel because of its location being close to the subway/Chinatown and its price (~ $150/night). Being rated a 4 star hotel, it did not live up to it’s expectations: 1. Rooms were cleaned every 3 days and there was no option to at least clean the washroom upon request. Fresh towels were not even provided daily. When we asked for new towels on the 2nd night, it took more than 1 hour and 2 follow ups to have it delivered to the room. 2. No one picks up when you dial for service in the room. We called multiple times requesting for towels and no luck. We had to go to the lobby to make the request. 3. In the shower, there was only one bottle of wash used for both body and hair. No lotion, or even qtips. 4. Our safety deposit box was low on battery on the first day we arrived. Had to call reception to have it fixed. Overall, we’ve had better service and amenities for hotels of this price. I will definitely consider other hotels for my next trip to Singapore.

Ray and Ralph were amazing at evening drinks. Yvette helped us when we checked in. Place is closer to Chinatown MRT. Pool is nice and clean. We are staying in an executive room. Room services provided only every three days but towels are kept in every floor so you can self serve. Still on day 2, so far this didn’t bother us.

We stayed in two connected rooms. The room decor is dated but comfortable and both rooms were very clean. The location is excellent for tourists. Close walk to several Hawker Centres. The rooms are serviced every 3 days but there are self service stations where you can get clean towels, coffee, tea. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if visiting Singapore.

We are return customers, we love the location to Chinatown area. The hotel is comfy the beds are very comfortable and staff are friendly. Alice Ivy works at Tiffany’s restaurant she is helpful and friendly and a very hard working lady !
