We have enjoyed our one month stay in this hotel. The entire staff is excellent especially Imam who graciously resolved our room issues. And our housekeeper, Huang Mei Lan, always made sure we had enough supplies and did an excellent job of cleaning our room. The location is very convenient. We will definitely come back.

I LOVE this hotel! The location is convenient to everything in the city via MRT. Good air conditioning; comfortable beds; nice swimming pool; and staff very accommodating. We were able to have three adults in one room; slightly tight, but really all we needed was a place to sleep and shower.

Very good location and great breakfast. Rooms are clean and only cleaned once every 3 days which is fine. Swimming pool and gym were a big bonus. Best aspect is the location - close to Chinatown and MRT station

Ray Lim is so lovely and helpful! He has accommodated any and all of our requests! The reception staff are lovely! The buffets are fantastic, there are four sections to the breakfast including one which caters for so many different preferences and I love the bathroom in the room as well as the view of the city! This location is central to a lot of shopping centres, landmarks, Singapore zoo and walking distance to the marina!

This is beautiful hotel in Chinatown at Singapore. My company booked this hotel for one night stay, too short. Good hotel, good staff, good food, good service. They have 5 star service especially Mae Tan May Chen at lobby that very cheerful.
