Food is good, they really refill the food quickly so you won't worry about it running out. Nice service crews who clear the tables quickly too, we were served by Alice Ivy and her colleagues. Overall a nice afternoon!

Excellent location, reception and check in was excellent, very friendly polite and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, plenty of hot water and clean towels, big comfortable clean bed, rooms have a safe and fridge. The pool area was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in Chinatown, this Hotel offers a range of Rooms to suit your budget. Upgrade Rooms on a higher level are available with great views over parts of Singapore. Reasonably priced Buffet breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options available, along with a Swimming Pool, Laundry and Gym, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel Staff even arranged for a surprise Birthday Cake to be delivered to our room from the Hotel Staff.! A special shout-out to Aiden and Reva for assistance with our request and requirements during our recent Singapore Holiday. Very much appreciated. Great Customer Service. In fact we ended up cancelling our forwarding Singapore Hotel and stayed an extra 6 nights @ The Furama City Centre Hotel due to the location in Chinatown, other Singapore attractions and our very satisfactory Hotel Room @ The Furama City Centre Hotel.

The food and service at this restaurant are quite good! Everything was well-prepared and served promptly. I especially want to highlight the excellent service provided by Jane Desmond. She was warm, attentive, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for her if you're visiting—she truly goes above and beyond!

Hotel has quite reasonable price comparing to other places offering similar standard. Some parts of the building feels little old, but it does not affect general, good impression. Rooms are clean and nice, the air-con works very nice and can be ajusted in a way that kids can sleep safely. Two main advantages of the hotel are: 1 - breakfasts, 2 - location - 15 min of quick walk to the bay. Very nice are also water distributors on the floor. We had really good 5-night stay there.
