We stayed at Hotel Furama Bukit Bintang during our trip to Kuala Lumpur, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and close to many restaurants, shops, and transport options. It's a great base for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice city view. The bed was comfortable, and daily housekeeping kept things neat and tidy. The bathroom was decent but could use a bit of updating. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, both local and international. However, we did notice that the lady chef at the egg counter seemed a bit rude, especially in how she interacted with Indian guests. It was disappointing and felt unnecessary, especially when everyone else on staff was polite and professional. Aside from that, the front desk staff were helpful and courteous, and the pool area was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang offers good value for money in a central location. With a bit more attention to guest treatment at the breakfast station, the experience would be even better. We’d still consider staying here again for its location and room comfort.

Furama Bukit Bintang has a great location with plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. Our experience started with a minor setback as the first room we were given had some damages in the bathroom. However, the receptionist was helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a different room, which was much better. We stayed in a suite room, which was quite spacious, featuring both a living room and a bedroom. The living room had a desk, making it a good option for those who need to work during their stay. However, one downside was the lack of complimentary water bottles—guests have to get water from an RO filter, which is disappointing for a four-star hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options with delicious food. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience with the first room and the water issue, we had a great experience. The hotel is a nice place to stay, especially for those looking for a comfortable and well-located option in Bukit Bintang.

Had high tea ☕️🫖 with family at High Tea by the Pool, Furama Hotel. The food was nothing fancy, but definitely above average. Portions were generous — great for big eaters or those who aren’t too picky about gourmet standards. At RM68 nett for 2 pax, it’s very affordable. Special mention to Nazlan (supervisor) who provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs. Parking fee is RM8 for this visit and had a bit of issue with the payment. Tried using debit card few times but didn’t went thru. Nazlan told us payment can be made thru Touch N Go but there were no option to choose. In the end, the payment went thru with credit card. Overall, a pleasant experience for a casual outing.

Pathetic hotel I recently stayed at your hotel and was really disappointed with the experience. We had to wait over 2 hours for our room, even though we paid in full. When we asked for just one extra hour at checkout because our flight was delayed, we were told no without any consideration. The reception staff were unhelpful and rude. The room itself was in poor condition—old furniture, a dirty carpet, no bedroom door, non functional TV, and ongoing toilet flushing issues Overall, it was a frustrating stay and definitely not worth what we paid. I hope you take this feedback seriously.

Location of the hotel is good. However, condition of the room is not so great. Bed linen/ towel - stains/ marks on the bed linen and towels Bathroom - mold/ rust in the shower area Work desk - small ants keep coming from no where Coffee/tea area - condition of the kettle deteriorated Safe isn't working The tap in bathroom seems not working properly - in the morning there's only hot water and can't adjust to warm water level Housekeeping - Saw one of the worker had one of his foot placed on the bed when I return to my room Internet - The WiFi speed is terrible, internet keep dropping off while I was in work meetings. Will not return and not recommend this hotel.
