Stayed here for one night (12th Nov) , for an event at Zeppkl across the road. Convenience and price was unbeatable! I had the best night sleep! Mattress was firm but but so so comfortable! I *think* we were upgraded.. Because I'm sure I booked a Deluxe Twin but somehow ended up with a room on the executive floor! The view was breathtakingly beautiful ❤️ I'm very very grateful and thankful for the upgrade and opportunity to experience the wonderful view from the higher floor. The furniture are old but well maintained. Service was great overall. Breakfast waa definitely hectic with the crowd at peak time but everyone did their best. We went a bit later closer to the end of breakfast but we still had plenty of food for us. The lady manning the egg station deserves an award for sure! We will most definitely be back if ever we have another event/concert at Zeppkl. Thank you for a great stay!

Great service from hotel staff during odd hours! Although i couldn’t find the reception number on the phone and had to go down to the lobby to request for room service to change the bedsheet and duvet at 6am because my nephew vomited on the bed. The front desk staff quickly arranged for room service to come over to my room. 🫰🏻 Rakib & Sumon rang the room bell within 5mins, they quickly and quietly changed the bedsheet and duvet knowing that the children are sleeping. Thank you so much for the swift service!

We had a wonderful stay at Furama Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient. What made our experience truly special was the excellent service we received. A big thank you to Tafu, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Furama Hotel, and we will definitely return!

‼️🚨 ZERO STAR — CHEAPEST, WORST HOTEL EVER Furama Kuala Lumpur is beyond cheap and pathetic. They charge like a 4-star hotel but give hostel-level service. • No bell boys, no help, no courtesy. I have knee pain and staff said, “Take it yourself.” • Rooms are dusty, dirty, bins everywhere. Feels like a place abandoned years ago. • No complimentary water, no basics, nothing. Fill your own bottle. Seriously? Every guest is unhappy. One person left immediately after checking in. This hotel is cheap in every sense cheap service, cheap cleanliness, cheap hospitality.

I recently stayed at the Purama Bakrat Hotel in Malaysia, and I had a birthday party in my room. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t cleaned properly afterward. When I brought it up, Mr. Bipal from the cleaning service was very understanding and assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. Despite that hiccup, I found the overall service, the hotel’s amenities, and the food to be excellent. The location was great as well. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend it!
