Certainly! Here’s an example of a positive hotel review:
I recently stayed at [Furama bukit bintang], and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room was spotless and beautifully appointed, with comfortable bedding and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel's amenities were impressive, including a fantastic on-site restaurant and a well-equipped fitness center. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay...!

At first i was shock at the lobby during check in, bcoz of the environment (the thick perfume smell)...Soon after check-in, our floor is on 24th floor, have Executive Lounge for dining, the view is good, we can see the twin tower and kl tower, environment is clean and comfy (don't have the uncomfortable smell). Include of breakfast from 7-10am, and evening (dinner?) from 5-7pm, the meals are simple but you can request base on menu as well. Despite there are review mentioned the staff is not friendly, i would say it is totally not true. The staff at lounge friendly greeting us during our stay, we appreciate their service, we love their smile.
The cleaner clean our room on the 3rd day, nice and friendly. Our room is big, there is office table which is very useful for me. I have very comfortable stay here. Even though we still can hear the sound outside, but luckily there is less guests stay at this floor, and quiet during the night.
Overall the Executive Club is worth the stay and service.

The room is damn dirty and dusty. The room have nuts. Even walkway. We booked family room but there is no bathtub for the kidz. Worst part. Bedsheets / Basin got stain. Housekeeping only makeup the bed and throw rubbish. Staff is not friendly. Not recommended! Esp for such 4 Star Hotel. Only plus point opp is lalaport.

I felt cheated!!
I am currently staying at Furama and we had a booking of Executive suite well in advance but they didn't give us the same room as in their website it clearly states that the Executive suite starts from the 11th floor and we were on a lower floor.
And when I asked reception, they clearly fumbled and lied to my face saying that it is correct.
And if they say it's correct, then they shouldn't be charging so much for the room they provided.
There is no dryer, no water bottles, the walls have torn wallpaper, seepage, the switches are cracked , the door knob was faulty and I had to call multiple times to get it fixed.
The rooms were so dusty that I got an allergy right away.
There is no view from the room. What's the point of paying for a high end room?
I don't think being a 4 star hotel you should be cheating your customers.
