I rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserves a warning label. From the moment I arrived, the experience was terrible. The staff was unhelpful and rude — it felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. The interiors were downright depressing — outdated furniture, peeling paint, and a musty smell that hit me the second I walked in. The room looked nothing like the photos online. Dirty curtains, stained bedsheets, and a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned properly in who knows how long. Service was nonexistent. I called the front desk multiple times for basic things like towels and water — no one ever showed up. The restaurant service was equally bad, and the food was cold and tasteless. For indians and subcontinent people don’t choose this hotel at it has the worst food even for the breakfast. For the price they charge, this place is a complete scam. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

The location of the hotel is great. It's near to a monorail station. The rooms are clean and hygienic. My only problem was availability of vegetarian food. As an indian traveling abroad, i obviously did not expect indian veg food but at least some decent veg food options. There were literally 2 veg food options for room service. The breakfast buffet was a widespread variety of food and had 3-4 veg options but the entire breakfast hall used to smell very bad ( live counters and other non veg food) which made having breakfast (already 2-3 options) next to impossible. I would like to suggest that the hotel improves their menu and facilitates proper ventilation in the breakfast hall. I would once again like to point out that wanting veg food options does not mean indian vegetarian food. It could be any cuisine without meat and fish.

We had a wonderful stay at Furama Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient. What made our experience truly special was the excellent service we received. A big thank you to Tafu, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Furama Hotel, and we will definitely return!

Stayed at the property for 5 nights when we were at KL and it was fantastic. The hotel is really accessible as it is located right at the city centre and connected to a mall. It also has many cafes, eateries and convenience stores nearby. We also had lounge access which made it really convenient for breakfast and tea time snacks. There was a good variety to choose from and the selection varies everyday. In particular, we would like to commend Hiru whom treated us with great hospitality (and we befriended). He was warm and constantly checked up on us when we would see him during breakfast or at front desk. Definitely made the trip much more enjoyable :) Thank you!
