Just back from a wonderful stay at the Fuerteventura Princess with my daughter and grandchildren for a week of fun in the sun. The hotel certainly ticked all the boxes. We booked a side sea view suite with private terrace so the children could run around safely - it was fabulous! Two well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff were kind and friendly and we were given an upgrade to the top level of all inclusive (black wristband) and use of all of the Esencia facilities. The food was mostly very good, I'm easily pleased with rice dishes, salads , cheeses and fruit & veg as I'm gluten free and found a tasty variety of things to choose from. The grounds were beautiful, nicely laid out and well cared for and the swimming pools warm, clean and again well maintained with plenty of loungers and parasols available. I'd definitely return during a quiet period. Thank you for a wonderful stay and looking after us so well 🫶🏼

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were shockingly arrogant and unprofessional. We spoke to them politely in English, only to overhear them talking about us in Spanish in a very rude and disrespectful way — assuming we couldn’t understand them. It was insulting and made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. To make matters worse, the food was mostly low-quality, semi-finished products. You are not able to enjoy nice classic Spanish food. After just two days, I started having stomach issues, which completely ruined the rest of my trip. This is not the kind of service or quality anyone should experience at a hotel. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid if you care about being treated with respect and having decent food. Noone wanna share the food with birds. Only one is nice here and it's beach. Hotel should really improve their service!

I had an amazing two-week stay at the Fuerteventura Princess Hotel (Esencia – All Inclusive) from March 14 to March 28, 2025, and left feeling deeply recharged — both physically and emotionally. The location is just stunning, with the hotel perfectly situated near Playa de Jandía. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and the view of the sunrise over the beach was simply magical. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the tropical garden vibes really help you disconnect. I loved the gym — well-equipped and never too crowded — and the pools offered great variety, especially the quieter adults-only area. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the Anti-Stress Pack at the spa — a deeply rejuvenating treatment that includes 85 minutes of Ayurvedic massage mixed with 25 minutes of foot reflexology. I treated myself to it twice, and both times it felt as if someone had flipped a switch and turned the light back on in my body and mind. I walked out feeling rebalanced, lighter, and truly renewed. I highly recommend this experience to anyone needing to release accumulated stress or emotional tension — it was nothing short of transformative. The Esencia All Inclusive package was absolutely worth it — offering a generous selection of drinks, snacks, and meals available throughout the day. It also gave access to more exclusive areas and elevated service, which made the experience feel more relaxed and premium. The buffet featured a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. While a few dishes could be improved, I always found something delicious and satisfying. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. All in all, I came to Fuerteventura Princess to rest, reflect, and reboot — and it truly delivered. I’ll definitely be back, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a restorative escape.

Very nice and big hotel , clean room , very good food plenty of choices. Drinks it depends of who is working, sometimes you get a proper cocktail sometimes just a juice with no alcohol. Bar service is very bad , the waiters and bar team just make you feel guilty asking for a drink mainly in the Match point bar . For an apple juice tonight they send us from a queue to another one and after 20 minutes wait we got it from the place we asked first time . I can't remember the name of the waiter I think is Saufian he was very rude every time when asking for a drink answering back and even shouting when we took a drinks menu from the bar on the terrace at the table . The pools are lovely, warm water, big enough, my little one is very happy with it . No ideea about entertainment, lots of guys for entertainment around the hotel but apart aqua jym I haven't seen any other activities. Nice shows every night in Jaleo bar . The only thinks let's the hotel down is the service .

The hotel is beautiful, no doubt about it. The greenery is stunning, and the common areas are truly great. Fuerteventura itself is amazing, no question about that either. The pools, in terms of temperature, were perfectly fine for children at the end of January and beginning of February. The food is okay—nothing extraordinary, but also nothing to complain about. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive concept. However, the service was slow and not particularly friendly, especially in the restaurants and bars. This is a hospitality job, and a welcoming attitude should be a must! Cleanliness was generally fine, but there were areas that seemed to be forgotten—dear staff, the corridor behind room 3-122 also needs to be cleaned; the same trash has been there for a week. Check-in was a disappointment. We had to wait a long time for our room—not expecting early check-in, just a smooth process. The queues were poorly managed, and we experienced a 45-minute delay, which was quite challenging with small, tired children after a long journey.
