Fuerteventura Princess - Adult Only

First of all, I'll say that this is my eleventh time in Fuerteventura, and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll add that all the others were cheaper. I'm with my nine-year-old daughter, and staying here is a complete waste of money. We were given a room in the basement, where ants were crawling on the table and there was an incredible stench in the air. There was a lot of medicine litter lying around outside by the balcony, and the only thing missing were used syringes. I immediately wanted to change rooms, but the staff was very unfriendly and clearly didn't like foreigners. The manager said changing rooms wouldn't help because every other room smelled the same. Finally, she promised to change rooms the next day and clean up the mess on the balcony. It's been 24 hours, and we haven't received a new room, and the mess and filth outside have still not been cleaned up. I don't recommend this hotel. There are queues everywhere. The standard is well below average, and the reception staff and manager are very rude and unprofessional.

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel's location is great, situated close to a sandy beach. The hotel pools looked nice, but we didn't get to use them as the sunbeds were always occupied, which isn't the hotel's fault. Regarding meals, we had half board. There was a large selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, and everyone was able to find something they liked. The food was tasty, and there was something new to choose from for dinner every day. The rooms were a standard size. Parking in front of the hotel can sometimes be difficult, but if you look a bit, you can always find a free spot on the street in front of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and super helpful and friendly staff. We especially appreciated Jonathan who went above and beyond more than once . Thank you 🙏 We were all inclusive with a sea view room. There are beautiful views from lots of spots around the hotel too, we particularly loved our breakfast view from the Esentia restaurant. Food was lovely , lots of choice every day. Close to gorgeous beaches (the hotel one is a little hilly though so be aware if you're not very mobile) I had broken my foot just before we came so wasn't ideal for us , however we were advised by our jet2 rep some other beaches to go to very close by and that was perfect (we hired a car to do this) Overall , very happy 😁

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming especially Sergio who is an activity entertainer. The hotel itself needs a major clean up and loads of repairs, there are broken tiles and walls all over the place. The reception staff I feel need a bit more training dealing with complaints. The rooms are very basic, the cleaning staff do NOT clean the rooms when they go in all they do is make the beds. If you want a sunbed be prepared to get up very early to reserve on otherwise you have no chance, the life guard was absolutely useless, especially during an emergency situation that happened. The hotel is in a nice area with a short walk to the beach but only if you are able to walk the stairways are very steep.

Me and my family had an amazing stay! Despite some mixed reviews beforehand, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, staff were lovely, and the food was varied and delicious. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day. There were plenty of activities for adults, kids, and families. The view was stunning, and we loved the several heated pools, spa, and sauna. Highly recommend!
