Our stay was fantastic Great hotel with luxury amenities. I've never seen such a high level of attention to detail and professional service, clean and huge. The hotel has a golf car available 24 hours a day to transport guests within the hotel. We went to the Wahi pool and restaurant on our first day. The entertainment was pleasant, and the pool was also enjoyable. Luna was our destination for 5 days, a stunning pool with a stunning view, and the staff, especially Jaalal and Marco, were extremely professional and welcoming. Abdo is truly sweet and keeps you hydrated with his cold towel, refresh spray, and cold drink throughout the day. We visited Zitouni, a Lebanese restaurant, for dinner. The restaurant is wonderful. The food was delicious as Chef Jean-Claude recreates the authentic taste of Lebanon, and the service is excellent. Hamada deserves special thanks for his excellent and professional service . Thanks to you all, our vacation was fantastic. ❤️ 💙

This resort was amazing in every way. We did not want to leave. The property is massive. You can call for golf case to take you around everywhere. We tried all the restaurants and they were all really good. The food was always fresh and delicious. Our favorite was the Asian restaurant. But the best views for dinner is the reef grill. The beach is really nice and you can see amazing fish right from staring into the water. This is somewhere you come to relax . It’s very quiet, which is what I prefer. The rooms are very spacious. There’s an old side and new, we stayed in the new. Bathrooms have standing shower and soaking tub. Salah in guest relations was hilarious. He’s such a people person and anytime we ran into him we were laughing for hours. Mohamed in guest relations was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We had such a good time that we even extended another day.

I’ve never experienced this level of attention to details and professional service. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with the biggest selection of options to please all tastes. The friendly and attentive staff. The architecture that makes you feel each room is on its own, with private entrance and secluded balconies. The quick services. Plenty of choices for food all day and each plate we tried is better than the one before! Free water left in rooms and given out on pool areas (this is something other hotels definitely overprice). The amount of thought given in the rooms, I can’t think of anything not available. To give an example, we left sunglasses in the room and return to find it laid on a special lens cleaning cloth with the hotel view image and logo.

The Four Seasons brand should be removed from the Sharm El Sheikh Resort. My stay here was a disaster from start to finish. After a 12-hour flight, I had to wait 20 minutes in the dark at the gate for a buggy to pick me up, as taxis are not allowed after a certain time. This was a frustrating start. Waiting for a buggy became a constant issue, eating up much of my time. On the second day, the air conditioning leaked water all over my clothes, making them wet and smelly. On the third day, the bathroom ceiling fell down while I was inside. This was extremely dangerous and unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five-star. I will be sending this review, with photos, to the Four Seasons management. My stay was not just unpleasant, but also unsafe. The leaking AC could have caused electrical hazards, and the collapsing ceiling could have injured me. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I checked out early to avoid more problems. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Thank you, Four Seasons, for ruining my holiday, wasting my time, and putting my safety at risk. I will never return.

This was a spectacular experience. We travel extensively and this hotel has truly nailed what it is to be true proper 5 star. Attention to detail everywhere, flower and greenery constantly pruned, toilets cleaned immediately after you use them, staff very warm and friendly. And the restaurants offer a diverse offering of excellent quality food served very attentively but not too in your face. I have run out to superlatives for this place. We will make this our regular winter get away now we’ve found it. We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids.
