Let me preface this by saying; the hotel is absolutely stunning. The coral reef and beach is phenomenal, the rooms and amenities are mind-boggling, and I often want to go back myself to this hotel.
I must give such a low rating as a warning for those in similar situations as myself: my father is paraplegic, and thus we need to ensure hotels we visit are accessible for him. We called this hotel in advance, described our unique situation, and they said they were "perfectly equipped" to handle the requirements of a paraplegic guest. Upon arrival, many issues became immediately obvious; the elevator to get down from the lobby to the rooms was broken for our whole trip, the paved roads connecting the hotel were uneven and bumpy potted roads, and the hotel's restaurants were on the other side of the massive facility. When talking to staff about this, they always suggested we put him in a golf cart to get around the hotel; failing to realize a paraplegic needs his chair and cannot simply sit in a golf cart. Further, there is a small tram that takes guests down the (beautiful) hill to the beach, and this barely fit a wheelchair. The real issue, however, is that upon wanting to return to the top of the hill, back to his room, the tram was broken and thus he had to wait at the bottom and argue with staff and management to take it back up.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the experience is phenomenal. (Although avoid the restaurants in the complex, they are unbelievably overpriced and average. Leave the compound to get food at Soho square nearby) However, I write this review as a caution to other paraplegic or disabled travellers, as the hotel is woefully inaccessible.

This was a spectacular experience. We travel extensively and this hotel has truly nailed what it is to be true proper 5 star. Attention to detail everywhere, flower and greenery constantly pruned, toilets cleaned immediately after you use them, staff very warm and friendly. And the restaurants offer a diverse offering of excellent quality food served very attentively but not too in your face. I have run out to superlatives for this place. We will make this our regular winter get away now we’ve found it. We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids.

Everything about this place is gorgeous. The service is impeccable. The only thing I have a suggestion for is the beach chairs. They are limited and people arrive to the beach very early, drop their things off and leave to get breakfast and other things. Those chairs are then “occupied” but there are no people. Chairs should not be reserved this way. Let the people who are actually on the beach enjoy them.
So I was told, if you want a beach chair close to the water, arrive very early (6am/7am) drop your things and that is how to reserve them.
Otherwise, food service and rooms are wonderful. I would love to come back!

Incredible hotel! The staff first and foremost are the most attentive staff to date. Starting with the towel staff at the beach, all the way to the restaurant managers and front desk staff: all are exceptional. The location of the hotel and the premises are above four season standards. We will come back each year

Four seasons standard, I booked a four season suite in the new building, and it is marvelous with the large balcony that connects the two rooms.
Quality service attention to details and everything is perfect.
Just one note this is a retreat, no life after 10 p.m., and is too quiet all day.
Also, I tried the kids club for my 3 years, daughter she enjoyed her time for about four hours without any complaints.
