It was a wonderful vacation in an incredible place! The hotel impressed us with its beauty, comfort, and spaciousness. The beach is cozy, with comfortable sunbeds, excellent service, a short jetty, and a beautiful reef full of amazingly colorful fish — everything you need for a perfect holiday. The large, comfortable pool and the beautifully maintained grounds are truly impressive — every detail is thought out to perfection. The hotel staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need. A special thank-you to the General Manager, Mr. Leon Baum, for promptly and efficiently resolving a misunderstanding during check-in and for the continued attention and care throughout our stay. You truly lead a wonderful team! Many thanks to Mr. Mostafa Ibrahim for the warm welcome and for making our arrival so comfortable, to Mr.Atef Mokhtar for the daily calls, care, and cheerful attitude, and to Mr.Ragab Hamouda for the incredibly delicious food and professional service in all the hotel’s restaurants. And the breakfasts — that’s a story of their own! Not even the birds, the wind, or the bright sun could ever spoil them 😉 It was truly an unforgettable vacation that allowed us to fully “recharge.” I will be happy to recommend this hotel to all my clients, friends, and acquaintances. An amazing resort with its own reef that made us feel very welcome. The resort has different dinner options including very high level quality restaurants, nicely fitted gym and never felt too busy. Would most definitely recommend it and we will come back another time!

It’s a wonderful hotel. It deserves 7 stars. Everything was amazing. The landscape, the beach and the pools. Professional staff providing perfect service. The room was amazing, spacious and super clean as housekeeping was done twice a day. The extension side was even nicer than the old classic side, the rooms are super comfy. The food was fresh and amazing. Hotel maintenance is super 👌 Everything was wonderful wonderful We had a very nice time and will definitely come back again and recommend it to family and friends. Thank you to the managers for their close supervision of the staff and being keen on customer satisfaction Keep on the wonderful job I can say it’s one of the best hotels in the world I love it ❤️❤️

Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected from Four Seasons We stayed at Four Seasons Sharm as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) for 3 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The main issue occurred at Yatai Restaurant. We ordered the Peking duck, but what was served was clearly baladi chicken (local chicken with darker meat), not duck. Despite this, they attempted to charge us over 6,000 EGP for the dish. Only after we complained did the chef apologize and remove it from the bill. In addition, the beach is rocky, not sandy, with very limited seating, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant for a family stay. The staff attitude was generally unwelcoming and unpleasant, which only added to the frustration. The room felt outdated and did not match the standard or luxury expected from a Four Seasons property. While the mistake at the restaurant was eventually acknowledged, the overall lack of quality, service, and attention to detail was unacceptable given the high prices and reputation of the hotel. Overall, this stay did not meet Four Seasons expectations and was very disappointing.
