Very nice hotel which is value for money during off season. Rooms are big. Take the view of Sheikh zayed road. Very close to the metro station. The staff here is very nice. They will greet you nicely and also call and hold the lift for you. Such small gestures makes you feel welcome.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding in Dubai. So we had almost 7-8 rooms booked for the families. Initially one of the room was stinking with cigarette smell, but on request they immediately shifted the room. Our family members were from Oman, Australia, India and hence we were equally impressed with their quick and prompt services. Though their breakfast options are less, their bakery is die to go along with the fresh juices. The best thing we were impressed with the hotel is when asked for a late check we were given an option to check out by 2pm. Also after check out , our luggages were kept in their safe custody till the time of our flights. As we were a group with elders and children we were access to the lobby toilet only to freshen before we left to airport.(though we checked out). Their admin staff in person spoke to us asking if any discomfort or anything to upgrade which made our day. I’m definitely coming back soon for my next stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 21 days in our recent trip to Dubai. The staff are very polite, the rooms are very spacious with balcony and good views. Breakfast can use more variety as it mostly focuses on Indian cuisine but nevertheless the service is great even though they tend to get pretty busy in the restaurant sometimes. Room cleaning during our stay had its ups and downs as they change the cleaners every week. Some of them really clean and put everything in the room where some just make up your bed. The hotel location is amazing with everything you need just at the doorstep. All in all we had a good time and we thank all the staff for making our stay comfortable.

Staff were kind and attentive despite being busy because of Eid and Ramadan. Location was near the Metro and some taxis are not that expensive. Concierge were great, especially Harris and his colleague on the night shift who supported us in retrieving bags we left in the taxi . Reception were friendly and everyone went out of their way to help us and accommodate us. Cleaners were also great and the rooms are very clean. Variety of food was good, even for fussy people like us . Staff are very open to feedback and continue to strive to make the hotel better and better. Thank you for making our experience in Dubai a wonderful one. We appreciate it.

Having access to their French and Indian restaurant was an amazing experience in it of itself. Best part of having half board was being able to choose between lunch or dinner, whenever suited us. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Stunning view, especially after the rain. Before it, we could not see clearly in a distance.
