Staff were kind and attentive despite being busy because of Eid and Ramadan. Location was near the Metro and some taxis are not that expensive. Concierge were great, especially Harris and his colleague on the night shift who supported us in retrieving bags we left in the taxi . Reception were friendly and everyone went out of their way to help us and accommodate us. Cleaners were also great and the rooms are very clean. Variety of food was good, even for fussy people like us . Staff are very open to feedback and continue to strive to make the hotel better and better. Thank you for making our experience in Dubai a wonderful one. We appreciate it.

This hotel came very close to ticking all the boxes for a perfect stay. The room itself was impeccable, boasting fantastic views and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food was also a highlight - delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. The staff truly shine here; their exceptional service made me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my visit. The one major downside was the location. While the hotel itself was lovely, it wasn't close to many attractions. This meant relying on taxis to get around, which significantly added to the cost of my trip. Now, for some minor nitpicks. Breakfast was a bit chaotic due to the crowds. While the staff assured me the mezzanine floor offered a similar experience to the main section on the ground floor, it just didn't feel quite the same. Additionally, the elevators were quite slow, leading to occasional waits. Overall, this hotel offered a luxurious stay with fantastic service and amenities. However, if you're looking for a central location to explore the city, it might not be the best fit.

We stayed in this hotel for 21 days in our recent trip to Dubai. The staff are very polite, the rooms are very spacious with balcony and good views. Breakfast can use more variety as it mostly focuses on Indian cuisine but nevertheless the service is great even though they tend to get pretty busy in the restaurant sometimes. Room cleaning during our stay had its ups and downs as they change the cleaners every week. Some of them really clean and put everything in the room where some just make up your bed. The hotel location is amazing with everything you need just at the doorstep. All in all we had a good time and we thank all the staff for making our stay comfortable.

Great staff and service, the food was excellent and especially for a family travelling from India it will feel like home. Chef Shane at Breakfast especially took care of us and helped have a comfortable start of the day. Indians travelling to Dubai, especially elders can come assured of a great experience

Had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road. Check in was efficient and we received an upgrade to a room on a higher floor with a better view. Staff are friendly and eager to assist. We were particularly impressed with Mohamed Abdul from the Housekeeping Department, who ensured that the room was always well kept. Breakfast options were tasty and varied from day to day. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the Metro Station a few hundred meters away, as well as other landmarks and points of interest. I will definitely consider staying here again for future trips.
