The hotel is in a good location and not too tedious to get to. The Staff is very kind and nice.
The rooms are basic and obviously small because.. Manhattan…
This is a ‘no-frills’ place e.g. there is no fridge in the room, no soap at the wash basin (only fixed ones in the shower’ and non-existent views.
If You’re planning on spending most of Your time outside the hotel and using it to just get a comfortable bed to crash into, this is the right place.
Doubtful will come back here but the accommodations in the area are limited.

The hotel is in a decent location. It has an unloading zone to park while you check in. the lobby has a small bar which was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The big problem is that the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear other guests talking in their rooms and in the hall making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, you hear honking all night mixed with sirens which is probably normal for NYC. The hotel has a through wall air conditioner in each room which makes enough white noise but there is no way to keep the fan running once the desired temperature has been reached. The bathroom was nice looking but the drains were partially blocked. Water pressure was excellent. There is no underground parking but there is a garage 3 blocks away which was convenient. All in all, I expected more for the price we paid.

Overall, aside from the room being a bit snug (we booked for 4x people in one room, but the room did not fit 4 people/no storage/tiny bathroom/bit smelly !!), it was a great location and was fine and affordable if just you want a place to sleep. Staff were friendly, you had to remind them a bit for some things (but bottled water was free which was great!). The biggest pit was the air con - it worked, but cycled on and off which was really annoying to sleep in as it was so loud!

The hotel and staff are amazing. We requested an accessible room and the room was wonderful. The bad news: The hallways are very narrow for wheelchair users and the bathroom did not meet the needs of our disability ... but were still better than some others we've stayed at.

When someone checks into a room after 9pm, one would think the room has towels. It didn't. One would think a room is clean yet if one puts on a clean pair of white socks and they turn brown from walking on a carpet, ir says a lot. Staff was friendly but the quality of this hotel is poor. Room was worn out. AC made too much noise. Grateful I was only staying one night. Never again.
