Our overall experience was generally pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Quite close to groceries and restaurants (Indian). Housekeeping team did their work pretty efficiently during our stay. The receptionist were helpful especially Ammar. I am giving 4/5 because of the incident that happened in bathroom. Thankfully we were not in when it happened. We asked for any available room, but was informed to wait till 6pm. Nevertheless the maintenance rectified the problem quickly and we stayed in the same room.

I went with my family , including my 70 year old mom. Reception staff suggested rooms accessible to senior citizens and it was a nice suggestion. Cleanliness, service and behavior of all staff was simply outstanding. Though we went in the busy time of Eid holidays to Dubai, the hotel staff were very patient in answering our tons of queries in general about touristic spots in Dubai too. They also have a desk that assists guests in various tour options. Only suggestion will be to include more Indian food option for breakfast as we had repeated menu of upma for 2 days . Most of the guests i saw there were Indians and hence it will be nice if Indian food is offered a little bit more than the western cuisine. Overall, had a fantastic time and family enjoyed their hospitality too. Would recommend this hotel to my friends anytime.

Very clean room! The whole team give you the best service and respect you deserve. The first impression from valley parking team to the reception , house keeping, spa and all are well trained. A person at a front desk named Hamza made the first impression very professionally and was very knowledgeable about how to talk to guests. The best service ever

I visited this hotel for the past 10 days. The rooms are clean and quiet which are most important to me. The rooms are large and everyone at the hotel was very nice. I especially appreciate the restaurant staff. I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning. While everyone was very nice, Mary Rosa wears a smile on her face, very polite, and seams genuine. Taking a taxi or Uber is cheap in Dubai. it is easy to get around. In the mornings and evenings I enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the Metro. I recommend the Gold NOI card when using the Metro.

This hotel is next to City Max Hotel. All staff are very helpful they go that extra mile. Excellent service, brilliant choice of gujarati & other vegetarian breakfast. Spacious rooms and clean. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Point by Sheraton Bur Dubai, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's welcoming ambience, coupled with attentive staff, immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. Also, we were  given an earlier check-in, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned every day without fail. Also enough water bottles were left every day. The hotel's restaurant for breakfast exceeded all expectations, and all staff went that extra mile. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Whether it was providing recommendations or accommodating special requests, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The hotel's central location was another plus, making it convenient for vegetarian restaurants  and metro stations. The combination of a comfortable stay, exclent breakfast, and outstanding service makes this hotel, and  I look forward to returning in the future. Breakfast was worth paying for.
