I frequently stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and my activities in Dubai. Having tried many hotels over the years, I can confidently say this is one of the best. The staff truly stand out—everyone, from the reception team to the valet service, is exceptionally helpful and attentive. Speaking of which, parking is never an issue here, which is a huge plus. I’ll admit I’m generous with tips, but they genuinely earn it! My first stay back in 2012 was unforgettable—on my birthday, they surprised me with a chocolate cake just for me. I was absolutely blown away by the gesture and felt so welcomed. Ever since, whenever I’m in Dubai and planning my stay, this hotel is my go-to. I adore everything about it. Great job and congratulations to the entire team!

Best places to stay. Their service was excellent 👌. Vast rooms. Center location to all sightseeing places. Tasty breakfast with wide variety of foods. Polite staffs assisting us for all our needs we really enjoyed the stay

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding. I would like to give a special thanks to Shabaan, who took care of our room daily on the 6th floor. He did a great job and was so attentive to our requests and was such a nice person. The morning buffet was also excellent with really good food and choices. There were convenient places to eat and local markets very close. The gym and roof top pool were also very nice. I'll be coming back for sure.

The most amazing trip made extra special by the amazing staff here at Sheraton 4 point Bur Dubai! Thank you to Desmond and Huzeyfa the boys at the front who were all smiles and helping us with all of our shopping /bags/taxis and everything else. Would definitely recommend and will be back. The hotel is really clean and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are of a very nice size and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful from the front desk, housekeeper, concierge and restaurant. They always go above and beyond to ensure we have a good stay. The hotel has a nice gym and a small rooftop pool. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. It also has some shops next to it as well. The location is a bit of a travel to Jumheria beach but it is closer to gold souk.
