I frequently stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and my activities in Dubai. Having tried many hotels over the years, I can confidently say this is one of the best. The staff truly stand out—everyone, from the reception team to the valet service, is exceptionally helpful and attentive. Speaking of which, parking is never an issue here, which is a huge plus. I’ll admit I’m generous with tips, but they genuinely earn it! My first stay back in 2012 was unforgettable—on my birthday, they surprised me with a chocolate cake just for me. I was absolutely blown away by the gesture and felt so welcomed. Ever since, whenever I’m in Dubai and planning my stay, this hotel is my go-to. I adore everything about it. Great job and congratulations to the entire team!

Excellent place with an ambient interior. Very helpful staff. The location is ideal for nearby shopping and hanging out with friends and family. This place has all the amenities. The food quality is remarkably tasty and mouth-littering. The check-in and check-out process is quick and smooth. I recommend this place to those people who will be traveling to Dubai from India.

The staff were Top Notch. Restaurant and Bar waitress were the BEST! Rooms and Hotel were clean. Food could have been have been better. Some Hot dishes at the buffet in the morning were served cold or not hot enough. The bartender on the Sat. evening I stayed, was rude. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently (Feb 2025) stayed in Four Points by Sheraton, Bur Dubai, for 8 Nights, with my family. We had a wonderful experience and hope to visit again sometime soon. The hotel has free shuttle service, for key locations like Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Kite beach, etc. Breakfast is served in Purani Dili restaurant, which is inside the hotel. The food was delicious, multiple options for veg and non-veg and staff was humble. Room service gentleman Mr. Shaaban, was extraordinary. He put extra effort almost every day in making towel art designs. These designs entertained my daughter into love, hugs and laughter. She is missing those now. Thank you Mr. Shaaban. Really appreciate your work. Hotel has 2 good supermarkets, just less than 1 min walk away distance. Everything is pretty easily available there. Outside the hotel, within just less that 1 min walk distance there are 2 good indian restaurants (Atithi pure veg and Aashi). Good choice for peaceful evening dinner. Spa, Gym, WiFi, all such services are also available in the hotel. Overall everything was so pretty good that I have nothing negative to comment. Thank you entire Hotel team for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Staff at front door to welcome was great . At reception they were very curtsy with all info if you ask they knew answer . Good direction and how to get cab even I lost my phone in cab they help me out to get it . Breakfast was excellent and lots of curtsy with service. Housekeeping Maid service was excellent.like 24x7.One exceptional thing happened maid name shame on me I lost her name card while traveling. She got balloons and cards for my wife for her birthday even I forgot. She made her day was excellent. Her name start with M . Over all excellent
