It was a pleasant experience to have the fireworks from our room. The white noise of the freeway passing by was also soothing, but kinda annoying?. However, the pool and the rooms could benefit from some updating. The hot tub had this very disconcerting thick layer of foam on top of it not normal hot tub foam. It looked like Cool Whip. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint, and there were some unsettling stains. Nevertheless, if you’re there solely for sleeping and that’s all you need, it was a decent stay.

It’s not a hotel by any means! It’s right off the highway so don’t expect a good nights rest. Looks more like a motel. They charged me twice for the same room! I had to sanitize the whole room since it looked dirty. Don’t expect your room to be tidy when you come back for the day as they don’t clean the rooms daily. They bait you in with the whole close to Disneyland, but you literally have to cross the freeway to get there. Book at your own risk.

Location was decent and centralized. EV charging station is not suitable for Tesla chargers and there is a fee. The downside was the quality of rooms. Definitely need attention including adding luggage rack, hair dryers and better power charging stations or outlets. Value is what you get for this pricing. Glad I was able to use my Marriott rewards.

My family and I stayed here for our time at Disneyland. Upon check-in, we walked in to a room with trash on the dresser and unmade beds. We swapped rooms to a pool-facing room (king and sofa bed). The sofa bed was very small and the bed is a thin memory foam pad, that is pretty dirty. The room, towels and fixtures were all in rough shape. We had to visit the front desk frequently for more towels and a clogged tub, and if it wasn’t us bringing up an issue, we were overhearing someone else bringing up issues with their room. The main thing I noticed here, is that it’s clear that a lot of the maintenance goes into the pool and the staff is just working with the resources they have. Everyone was nice about our requests. Those are my two stars. I don’t recommend this location for a variety of reasons, but especially to those with little ones that will be walking to Disneyland. The ART shuttle was not very reliable to-and-from. We only justified staying here because we knew we would be in Disneyland for most of the day, but we certainly considered leaving. I am also sharing photos with a more accurate representation of the condition of the room we stayed in. The photos posted on the website and other booking sites are not an accurate representation of both rooms and common areas.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Anaheim deserves a warning for others. We paid over $300 per night expecting at least a decent experience for the price — what we got was closer to a budget roadside motel. First off, the doors open to the outside, which instantly gave the place an outdated and unsafe feel. The outdoor hallways were dimly lit, dirty, and uninviting. Even after what looked like an attempted remodel, the rooms still screamed 1980s — from the furnishings to the overall layout. The bathroom was incredibly cramped, barely big enough to turn around in. Noise was a constant issue, both from the street and thin walls. We didn’t sleep well at all. The breakfast buffet was a disaster. Dirty plates, unappealing food, and staff who seemed more concerned with collecting breakfast coupons than actually ensuring guests had a good experience. It felt like they were guarding the eggs instead of serving them. Overall, this hotel is trying to polish up an old property with superficial upgrades, but there's only so much lipstick you can put on a pig. For $300+ a night, this was a complete disappointment. I won’t be staying here again, and I recommend others look elsewhere.
