Only stayed one night. Front desk staff seemed friendly enough. There is a $35 parking fee. I feel like it should be free. The room was fine, though when we first entered it smelled strongly of cleaning products, probably not a bad thing. The pool was great, but the hot tub became very sudsy, maybe from too much bleach. During the day, you don’t really notice the highway noise, but at night you do. Either you’re okay with it or you’re not. It almost became white noise for me, and I slept fine.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Booked through Booking.com for a Disneyland trip. Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn’t find our reservation. We booked a king bed with pull-out sofa and were given two queen beds instead. After a 7-hour drive, we went to bed—only for me to realize I was soaked in someone else’s urine. I immediately called the front desk and was told we could switch rooms the next day. No manager was available during our entire stay despite multiple attempts over three days. The new room was cleaner but had no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or enough towels. At checkout, still no manager. Booking.com tried contacting them multiple times with no success. We were refunded $11.66 for laying in urine. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Never again.

I stayed for three nights on a business trip, and the service team was truly amazing. I made a few requests during my stay, and the ladies at the front desk followed up promptly and made sure everything was taken care of. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. A special thank-you to Daisy and Teresa—your smiles and genuine willingness to help really made my trip to Anaheim worthwhile!

After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a bit worried about our stay—people mentioned everything from highway noise to cleanliness issues. But the moment we walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and our room felt comfortable and well-kept. Yes, you can hear a bit of freeway noise, but once our door was closed, I barely noticed it at all (though I’m also a heavy sleeper). The location is fantastic—being so close to Disneyland made walking to the parks super easy, which was a huge plus for us. Parking was also simple and stress-free. While there’s no complimentary breakfast, that wasn’t a deal-breaker. They do have a nice coffee stand with grab-and-go breakfast options, and you can purchase a breakfast buffet for about $20 if you prefer something more substantial. Overall, we had a great stay and I’m glad we gave this place a chance. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Thought this hotel would be perfect for its close proximity to disneyland. But it was horrible. We got to the room late from our day at disney and the kids were exhausted ready for bed. We got the king with a pull out sofa. The sofa was horrible. It was a foam topper and they included a flat sheet to cover it. No actual comforter was included. The window covering was insufficient. No black out curtains so the sun was bright and beaming through. The room was located right next to the high way and it was so loud. I went down to the lobby late at night to see if I could get pillows or another blanket and no one was available. We left right when we woke up.
