Staying here is not worth the cost. It's within walking distance to Disney but you have to cross over the freeway ramp. The room was extremely noisy since it's next to the freeway and another busy road. Every night you hear sirens and cars racing all night. The room ran out of hot water a couple mornings and even when it was working, it was barely warm. Housekeeping is only on request and only if you stay more than 2 nights. Toilet was clogged up when we arrived. We ran out of tissues, conditioner, and coffee. You can request more of course but I'd rather stay someplace that is more proactive with their guests needs. Overall, not a great experience.

I’m going to start this by saying there so many great things about this hotel. Convenient to Disneyland. Fairly priced. Great views of the fireworks. But most importantly the staff here has gone above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Jaqueline and Kimberly went out of their way to take care of us and it meant the world to us. Even the overnight staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot overstate how much we love coming here because everyone is SO helpful. We will 100% be returning because of the kind acts of Jaqueline and Kimberly.

I’m not one to write a review! But, this place has been such a massive mess and headache for me for about a week after my stay. Customer service at this place is non-existent and not a priority. I arrived at my MOTEL style room with no hot water, had to hassle front desk AND maintenance to fix this. Maintenance had no idea about the issue about 8 hours after the initial report I made. The highway IS loud. I slept through it. But, seriously?? No soundproofing at all?? Received no parking pass, charged around $70 for it while being unable to leave the lot without a headache, other guests experienced this as well. Security guard came out to help us and was dismissive and rude. I spoke to Marriott customer service who offered me a partial refund of $50. The hotel outright refused to honor this and claimed MARRIOTT customer service had no authority to give me a refund and did not honor it. They, instead, refunded me $30. No housekeeping. Policy states 2 nights or more should get housekeeping, and they were nowhere to be seen. Arrived with a spot of brown on the back of the toilet. By far worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. Staff has a serious communication issue. I saw the bad reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I wish I listened. I have an ongoing case with Marriott and this hotel now. I’ve seriously lost faith in their customer service.

Very good price for location, nice rooms with everything needed. 6$ to uber up to 4 people to Disney. Instead of paying the 6$ each person for art bus and have to wait. Stayed here last 3 years for Disney. Definitely worth every penny. If you like fireworks the view is amazing. If not it may not be the place for you as the fireworks are very close and loud. Parking very secure with gates. Short 10-15 minute walk to downtown Disney. Would recommend to anyone I know. 10/10

The location is walking distance from Disneyland but you have to walk along a busy road and across a hwy. Kind of scary if you have small kids. Don’t plan on early check in because they won’t have rooms available. Rooms are dirty. There was a ketchup stain made by my 2 yr old, after housekeeping cleaned the same stain was still on the sheets so that’s how I know our sheets were never changed. They switch out towels but that’s it. The baseboards, phone and lamps look like they have never been cleaned a day before. At least mop and clean baseboards. The same random hair on the bathroom wall that was there when we got here has been here all week. Also many stains on walls and doors. Staff is friendly though.
