I know this hotel has had some rough reviews, but I truly had a fantastic experience and want to set the record straight based on my stay. Even before I arrived, I called the front desk twice with some questions, and each time they picked up right away, were friendly, and happy to help — that already made me feel confident about booking. I was planning to just drop off my bags when I arrived at 9am on check-in day (since check-in isn't until 2pm), but to my surprise, my room was already ready! That was a total game-changer and set a great tone for the rest of my trip. The room itself was spotless, well-organized, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable, which I care about a lot because I'm picky — my bed at home is really cozy, and this one actually measured up! The entire hotel is clean and well-kept, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, which is a nice touch you don't always get anymore. They even have a hot food vending machine, which sounds wild but is actually really convenient and reasonably priced. And let’s talk about the pool and hot tub — they're open 24 HOURS, and both are well maintained. That alone makes this place a win for me. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, and welcoming. I was just telling the front desk that I’d happily come back for a midweek staycation anytime. This place has really exceeded my expectations and I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Thank you, Four Points Anaheim — I’ll definitely be back!

Staying here is not worth the cost. It's within walking distance to Disney but you have to cross over the freeway ramp. The room was extremely noisy since it's next to the freeway and another busy road. Every night you hear sirens and cars racing all night. The room ran out of hot water a couple mornings and even when it was working, it was barely warm. Housekeeping is only on request and only if you stay more than 2 nights. Toilet was clogged up when we arrived. We ran out of tissues, conditioner, and coffee. You can request more of course but I'd rather stay someplace that is more proactive with their guests needs. Overall, not a great experience.

An older hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. You can also take the ART bus. All of the rooms have doors to outside walkways. It is located in a triangle of two busy roads and I5. They did provide ear plugs for those that might want them. I did find it strange that rooms are only serviced every other day. There is a daily parking fee of $30 and breakfast is NOT included. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hidden behind a nice lobby and decently modern room photos online is a run-down, problematic hotel. For starters, it’s located right next to a highway and there is zero insulation in the walls to curb against the traffic sounds or fellow room occupants. A simple conversation between people can be heard between the room walls. There’s earplugs already provided on the nightstand once you arrive, an indicator they’re well aware of the audible issues. A major concern is the security and safety of these rooms. Every time I close the room’s door, about half the time it doesn’t fully close and lock, able to be opened by a simple push. I even tested the door with a light push from my foot, only to see the bottom half of the door move in a good 1+ inch while the top half of the door stayed put. It was then that I started noticing all the security cameras around every hallway, presumably there for the inevitable break ins that must be occurring. Lastly there’s all the little things that add up over time - a blackout shade that only goes down 80% of the way, totally empty wall-attached shower gels, a constantly dripping shower, blindingly bright bedside lights, a TV that only has static and no channels, and super thin bed comforters. I will say the beds are comfy, the desk area is nice and large, the water temp and pressure is fine, and the room service was decent. That being said, I wouldn’t recommend this place as being overtly secure or comforting.

Overall is a hotel, on my own I will always say a hotel is a hotel. Im visiting the Disneyland park, pick this hotel for the short distance to the park, is right off the freeway, the exterior looks good, nice landscaping, pool area looks good , lobby is nice, but once you start walking through the isles it's not that great, elevator was duty, open the door room has this weird smell, and they need to be renovated forsure, in my opinion if you just need it to sleep in, it's ok.
