I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. I loved the hotel's atmosphere, it was relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast was delicious, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything spotless. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! 😊👍

I am writing to Express disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at B52 Club. It is completely unacceptable that some of your female staff (waitresses) are asking guests—especially male patrons—for money. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and inappropriate in any reputable establishment. Your staff should be providing service with respect and integrity, not approaching guests for personal gain. It reflects very poorly on the club's image and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers who come to enjoy their time—not to be pressured or harassed. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that your employees understand the standards of professional conduct. Training, monitoring, and disciplinary action should be taken immediately to prevent this from continuing. Please treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves. I hope to see changes made soon so guests can feel respected and comfortable at your venue.
MACROS ONLINE
Hotel is average but they have a Kerala spa on M floor. Which is like a shady place. Not a professional massage centre. The staffs will ask for extra money once you are inside. But you will never get a good service even after the payment. They will force you to leave immediately. Hotel management knows about this but they simply ignore such activities. Please never ever visit the spa even if you stay at this hotel. Hope the management will take necessary actions in the near future.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Club B52 and the associated hotel. The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. I was shocked when some staff members inappropriately asked for money in ways that felt like harassment rather than service. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is absolutely not what I expected from a place that claims to provide quality hospitality. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful treatment and professionalism. Management seriously needs to address these issues if they care at all about their reputation.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel and had some good conversations with few soft gestured employees of the hotel. Hospitality was great and also they guided is few places on where to go and when to go. Santhosh was amazing and made us feel home at the dining area.
