Top location near a lot of shops, malls and restaurants that are pretty much open late night or even 24 hours. Excellent clean rooms and nice service. The complimentary buffet breakfast is also pretty tasty and sufficient with great rotation of the menu every day. I was also initially skeptical due to quite some negative reviews but I understand now. This is a great place for the money spent. Yes, there are dance bars. Yes, there’s music that you can hear late night. But nothing that is a nuisance. Unless you’re an extremely sensitive light sleeper. If you’re South Asian and love a hip and happening environment, you can kindly ignore all the negative reviews and book confidently. And yes, if you behave well with staff they are ten times nicer. They were all super nice and I don’t get the negative reviews at all unless the customer themselves were pricks. They even offered to keep our baggage after checkout for many hours until we came back to pick it up for the flight late night. Top service. Book confidently.

We had an absolutely exceptional dining experience at the Fortune Grand Padheyam Resto Bar in Deira, Dubai. If you are looking for truly authentic Kerala dishes, this is the place to be. Every dish served was bursting with traditional flavor—it genuinely felt like home-cooked Kerala food, prepared with passion and precision. Beyond the incredible cuisine, the service was flawless. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. A massive shout-out must go to Miss KasPria🤩 for her outstanding hospitality. She was attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring our entire evening ran smoothly. Her positive attitude elevated the whole experience! And of course, the heart of the great food is the kitchen! Huge appreciation to Chef Abhijith 🤩for crafting such memorable and authentic dishes. The quality and taste were genuinely 5-star worthy. We highly recommend Padheyam for anyone craving genuine South Indian flavor combined with superb, friendly service. We can't wait to return!

A decent and affordably priced hotel with helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and a nice little pool on the roof, ideal for hot afternoon cooling down. Plenty of cafes etc. less than two minutes walk. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but I booked a terrible excursion to Abu Dhabi from the travel desk. The lady there is very helpful and it was not her fault. The issue was the provider. After more than one and a half hours driving around in circles picking up other guests we still had not headed to Abu Dhabi. I got off and had a nice afternoon by the hotel pool instead. Overall good value for money and a relaxing place to stay.

we spent 5 nights in December 2025 and had a nice experience. The location is very convenient , many shopping options and restaurants are available near by. Not too far from the Airport . we were in the 3rd floor , the room was nice and clean and we were given good service specially by Aziz the house keeping staff member. The buffet breakfast was very nice , tasty and has good selection with good rotation of the menu every day. The place is very much worth for the amount we paid. The staff were very nice and helpful in all areas. My special thank goes to Mr.Raveendra in the front office for helping us in our all needs. I don't hesitate to recommend the hotel , which is conveniently located near to many attractions.

Do NOT stay here. First off. The site mentions it has a jacuzzi steam room and sauna, which it does and pool. It closes at 6pm. Secondly they do not carry diet soda options for diabetic people, only regular soda and not even carbonated water, if you want something fizzy it has sugar in it. Thirdly, the hot water is a joke, it takes 20- minutes to heat up to a decent temperature. Also, they wouldn’t offer me a quick laundry service when I needed it. Service is very poor at this property, I won’t be staying again. Just want you to know what I experienced
