I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The branding is so well done – every little detail, from the logo on everything, felt luxurious and high-end. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful, making for a truly wonderful experience. The location, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, was perfect. It offered a peaceful and luxurious escape, yet was still conveniently close to everything. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, creating a fantastic atmosphere. I definitely plan on returning, especially during the summer!

We just returned from a 5-day stay at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas Resort, marking our second visit to your property. Before arriving, I contacted the concierge to arrange something special in the room. They quickly provided a price menu, which included 18 balloons for $79, plus a $20 fee, which seemed fair. However, a few hours later, I received an new menu with the same balloons priced at $179, plus the $20 fee. This price increase felt misleading and was concerning from the start.
Check-in was quick, and the room was pleasant. However, on day two, the elevators in our tower stopped working, and we were left waiting for about an hour. I have health issues that make standing for long periods difficult and unsafe for me, so this was a significant concern. During this time, we observed two guests nearly getting into a confrontation over line-cutting, and the staff appeared unprepared to handle the situation effectively.
At checkout, we called for a bellhop to assist with our luggage. Unfortunately, the bellhop arrived but left after one 1 minute, as we weren’t fully ready to leave the room. As someone with mobility challenges, I rely on assistance for things like this, and it was disappointing to have that need go unmet.
On a positive note, I do appreciate the large, deep bathtub—it's a wonderful feature after a long day in Las Vegas.
Sadly, given these issues, particularly with the lack of attention to safety and mobility needs, we will not be returning to this resort. I hope the management will consider guest safety more seriously moving forward.

Very nice hotel! A little on the pricey side, but if you can afford it, by all means. Stayed here in late January for a convention. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the showers have insane water pressure. I have to say, the best parking lot in my opinion; lots of space on P3. My only gripe is the walk from the south parking lot to the guest elevators is a bit of a journey, only because the property is enormous.
Things to know for first time guests: there is no "do not disturb" card to hang on the door. There is instead a button next to your room entrance marked "privacy" which will turn your doorbell red.
Rooms don't have the traditional mini fridge, but instead a "cooling drawer" which is essentially a mini fridge with horizontal slots for drinks.
All in all, great place. Hopefully I can stay here again in the near future.

One of my favorite casinos on the strip. The aesthetic has no words I can personally find to describe. Blues, chandeliers, dimly lit tables to play at. The pours are very generous when I go occasionally with the husband to gamble a little every so often. The waitresses always check on him and I no longer drink but I too was offered anything I'd like. Do be generous with these waitresses on tipping, tho. Your drinks free so long as you gamble but if you tip kindly you will notice your server in your section paying extra care to you. And these gorgeous women are in heels all shift serving us hoping to make tips.
The pizza joint upstairs was reasonable for its location and good. We've enjoyed the upstairs bar where the drinks were also reasonable for mid and top shelf, they kindly made me a mint and lemon muddled water. It's beautiful to walk through. I look forward to the new flower display changes, being a local on the strip I walk here often for good energy and visual beauty as much as the casino excitement of nighttime. I am so excited we finally have this grand hotel/resort/spa/casino open and after so long of enjoying it since open, I need to write a review after another fun stroll inside.

I had an incredible stay here. This might be the most exquisite hotel I have ever stayed in. Every square inch at the hotel was planned for. I really couldn’t find 1 problem. The designers did a fantastic job and they spared no expense on making you feel like you were in a luxury hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the technology in the room was great too. Room service food was pricey but delicious. I came here for a work trip but I would stay here again personally too. Very friendly and professional staff.
