I had an amazing stay at Fontainebleau and would absolutely come back. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells incredible — the aroma alone sets the tone. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the entire property felt clean and well taken care of. There’s plenty to do without even leaving the building, with shopping, restaurants, and a full casino all inside the hotel. The room itself was a standout. The automatic lights and curtains felt next-level, and the bathroom was huge — a large soaking tub, separate shower and toilet, and plenty of space to get ready. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on; it felt like sinking into a cloud. There are a couple of drawbacks to be aware of: the soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear activity in the hallways, especially louder guests or early-morning cleaning crews. Also, the mini-fridge is fully stocked with paid items, which means there’s no room to store your own food or leftovers. The location is a bit removed from the main strip, but getting an Uber or driving over was quick and easy. Despite the minor cons, my overall experience was excellent. The comfort, quality, and service made it a 5-star stay for me. I’d definitely return.

Yin Zhenhua (Chandler Yin)

Good value and overall a smooth stay. Spacious and modern room with a very well-designed bathroom. Smart lighting, electric curtains, large windows, and plenty of outlets. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. The hotel is relatively quiet compared to many Vegas properties, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. However, parking and directions are confusing on the first visit, and the garage is not directly connected to the hotel elevators—you need to walk through the mall and part of the casino. The location is also a bit far from older Vegas landmarks. Room decor could be more calming, and the mini fridge can be quite noisy (though staff resolved it quickly). The hair dryer is weak. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed stay. With better signage and noise control, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

The 6-night stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas was a mixed bag and landed squarely at average. The room itself delivered modern, clean, well-located, and convenient. No complaints there. The core issues were operational and environmental. There is an overpowering synthetic fragrance throughout the property, likely deployed to mask smoking odors. The scent is so heavy that in multiple areas it impacted breathing comfort, creating a poor guest experience and potential air-quality concern. The second gap is a basic amenity miss. No in-room coffee machine is unacceptable at this price point. Requesting one resulted in a surprise upsell. Charging extra for a coffee machine in the room is nickel-and-diming, not hospitality. Bottom line: solid hardware, weak execution. For a luxury property, the fundamentals need to be table stakes, not revenue add-ons. The brand is close, but it’s not sticking the landing.

Love that the area is always protected to access rooms. Considering the horror stories about rooms being broken into at other resorts on the strip this was a breath of fresh air. Hotel and rooms are immaculate. Clean, roomy and just top level. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I am very picky where I will stay. They exceeded all expectations. We will be back. To note we walked through a few iconic hotels on the strip there all nice and everything but clearly aged and smell moldy. So thankful we chose to stay here. Also to add the cost per night was more than reasonable. Was very convenient to everything including the convention center. Vegas loop is also right out the side doors with a free ride just about anywhere. 10/10!

The rooms are beautiful, perfect in every way. Beds and pillows amazing. We booked through travel agency and had wrong information. Hotel management corrected and we had an enjoyable vacation. Valets and bell hops are so professional, helpful and kind. Gym is state of art. Hotel and casino kept very clean. Ice skating was fun for the families children.
