The resort is very sleek and modern, but it’s still warm and comforting. The music throughout is very nice and mellow, setting the mood to relax. Service is great, the servers are very attentive.
Alejandro at The Market Kitchen is great. He was so friendly. I couldn’t decide on which flavor juice I wanted for my mimosa so he brought me both!

This is our family’s third time at Finest Resort, and once again, we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional beach service provided by Isabelle, Javier, Pita, and Fernando. From the moment we arrived at the beach, their warm smiles and professional demeanor set the tone for a perfect vacation.
Isabelle and Javier were incredibly attentive in serving drinks, ensuring we always had refreshing beverages in hand. Their friendly attitudes and quick service made us feel pampered and valued. Their knowledge of the resort and its amenities was impressive, and they offered great recommendations that enhanced our experience.
Pita, Angel, and Fernando were fantastic in setting up and reserving our beach beds. They were always nearby to assist with any request, ensuring our comfort throughout the day. Their teamwork and dedication to excellent service did not go unnoticed.
Overall, the beach service team at Finest Resort made our stay unforgettable. Their commitment to creating a wonderful guest experience is truly commendable. We look forward to returning and hope to see Isabelle, Javier, Pita, and Fernando again soon.

My husband, son (15) and I just returned from a week at Finest and it was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. The service is top notch, the grounds are meticulously kept and stunningly beautiful. Every staff member there went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of.
Fernanda with activities was so much fun and always managed to get people having a great time!
I don’t even know how to begin to appropriately praise Rocky, Fernando and Edgar at Duke’s Restaurant. Not only was the food outstanding (shout out to the chefs!), but the service these three consistently provided us were one of the main reasons we ate there so many times! They made us feel like we were the only people there, even though they were taking care of so many, and they always had the kindest smiles on their faces. They were absolutely wonderful!!
The grounds of this resort had my jaw dropping every single day. Not a single leaf or blade of grass went ignored. The crew works so hard to make it beautiful and they are doing an amazing job.
I really cannot think of a single thing I would have wanted to be different, other than the ability to stay longer!
