Just returned from an incredible stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa, booked through Costco Travel, which always makes the process easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The resort exceeded expectations in every way. The staff was professional, friendly, and constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Paola at the front desk—she was amazing. Warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. She also helped with a room upgrade, which was a great surprise and really elevated our stay. The entire property is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, from the rooms to the pools to the restaurants. Every area felt well-kept and comfortable. This was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. Great food, excellent service, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded all our expectations — beautiful location, spotless rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the area, everything was perfectly arranged. My partner and I have just left this hotel and had a lovely experience! All of staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel well looked after and welcome during the entirety of our stay. Truly a service we have only experienced at 5 star venues in the past. All areas of the hotel maintained a really lovely atmosphere, including great service from all the restaurants we visited, the swim up bar and the cafe / crepe station where we were greeted with friendly smiles every time. We really can’t fault this hotel - exceptional service and facilities. The best all inclusive we have visited, the cocktails were great quality and the à la cartes menus were amazing. There was an option to upgrade to an additional cost menu, which we chose to do at the steakhouse, but the usual menu was brilliant too - specifically the salmon at the Italian!

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience here because we got food poisoning. We stayed at the resort for 4 days, didn't leave the resort and only ate and drank there, on the 3rd day we got food poisoning after eat breakfast ordered via room service. We reported it to the staff who were apologetic but couldn't offer any kind of compensation because we booked via third party. They extended our check-out time but that was pretty much all they could do. Other than that, the rooms were fine (it's an older resort for sure and I think the age showed a bit in the rooms). Service was decent, most of the staff were friendly. Food was typical resort food (so nothing amazing but nothing bad) and they have a good selection of restaurants and changed up the buffet food often. Cocktails were way too sweet for us so we didn't drink many. The beach is very nice and there were a good number of beach chairs (you have to come early otherwise all the good spots are taken). Overall, it would have been a decent stay if not for the food poisoning which effectively ruined the rest of our stay in Mexico (we had 4 days left).

I had a great time at the resort in which I stayed in for 6 nights. The humbleness of the staff and immaculate hospitality is top tier. The food choices were great in regards to having multiple selections which goes a long way when staying at a resort for multiple nights. Also, I want to emphasize that Eladio was very friendly and informative during my stay in which he gave me advice on how to travel within Cancun and the activities available outside of the resort which added to the hospitality and made it feel like home.
