Just came back from a 5-night stay with 4 adults and 1 toddler. It was our first time in Cancun so we had low expectations. Overall, we thought the rooms, food and amenities were very good. The resort is very kid-friendly and was never crowded. There weren't too many people in the pools at the various times of day we were there. The housekeeping staff, front desk and servers were all friendly and helpful. Out of the restaurants there, we enjoyed the Italian and Argentinian ones the best. Similar to what another review wrote, I would have liked to see more of the "surcharge" food items as being included with the all inclusive. But I think the value is still good for what we paid. We would definitely come back again!

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Fiesta Americana for our college spring break in March. From booking to checkout, the staff went above and beyond in making sure we were safe and comfortable. Rooms/ Facilities: The rooms and facilities here are absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and nicely maintained, you could absolutely tell that the staff was attentive when it came to maintaining the beauty of the space. Anything that we had an issue with was promptly fixed, although I can't say that anyone in my party encountered many issues. Food: The food was phenomenal. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, but my friends who frequent them said that this was the best food they've had at an all-inclusive. The buffet was great for all meals, and we enjoyed the sushi restaurant and La Cevicheria nearly every day. Drinks: There were some we weren't huge fans of, but I think that has to do more with personal preference than a bad bartender. There were a few times we asked to be surprised with a round and we were never disappointed. Overall drinks were fantastic. Vibe: The resort is definitely family friendly. For most of our stay we were the only 20-somethings we saw, with most of the other guests being slightly older than us, with a moderate amount of small children. That being said, it didn't feel like a resort which catered towards children. There is a children's section of the main pool which has a play structure, but other than that the pools were pretty much kid-free (however we did go at a time that didn't really line up with K-12 spring break). Additionally, while the poolside activities remained family friendly, there was still a lively and fun atmosphere particularly around the swim up bar, which was nice. Staff/Service: The staff are the real stars of the show. While everything was beautiful and delicious, I would visit again for the staff alone. Everyone was so incredibly friendly it was crazy. People were ready and willing to answer questions, and the representatives from both Coco Bongo and the water tour company were all so friendly and helpful, and really seemed to ensure we had a safe and fun time. Paula (I'm not sure how to spell her name) at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and overall everyone seemed to want to make sure that we were having a great time. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fiesta Americana and I look forward to returning again in the future.

We recently stayed at the Fiesta and had a great time but there is room for improvement. 1 - Adding more equipment in the gym area 2 - Removing towels from chairs that are unattended after 1 hr - We were removing the towels regardless but it would be more appropriate if the hotel had signs informing the guests that unattended chairs (after 1 hour) will have their towel/belongings removed. 3 - Please, please have shuttle service (as an option) for all of the guests staying not just the individuals who booked through the hotels website. Its outrageous how the Cancun airport has a monopoly on the taxi service. We were quoted a taxi service of $100 for a 15 minute ride to the hotel. After too much wasted time haggling, we were able to negotiate a price of $70, shameful. Our return taxi ride to the airport was $32.00. Apparently the monopoly exists leaving the airport but not getting to the airport. 4 - eliminate charging guest dining at the restaurants for "premium (better)" wine, dinner selections, etc. We are staying at a premium resort so why charge extra?? 5 - adding more huts/umbrellas to the beach area. For the number of guests/rooms there is an insufficient amount of huts/umbrellas. On a positive note, the hotel never feels crowded even though I believe its was close to full capacity when we were there. The bus stops right in front of the hotel (for $1) if you want to venture into town.

Could be a 5 star view? Yes, BUT the customer service lack a little bit. Great rooms, with an amazing pathway to arrive in your room. Great pools and easy access to the great beach. One think that I felt weird: there are 3 different “snack” places around the pools, serving different quick foods. But at 5pm, they all close?! Even the pool bar?! I was hoping, in a super hot night, to be around the pool, having some drinks, and some food, while enjoying the night in the pool. But no lol. Only the pool stays open. If u wanna food or drink, u need to go inside the building to the buffet or restaurant :( Buffet changes everyday. Some days are better options than other days. Desserts are pretty nice. Some of the Buffet employees could be a little more friendly. Some of them are super nice. Others look likes they don’t wanna be there. Other than that, fast checkout is good!

What an amazing experience staying here. We booked through Costco travel for an all inclusive vacation. The rooms were good. The service at the resort is excellent. The buffet restaurant was the best in my opinion. Their selection was elaborate and included very good seafood choices. Swimming pools are decent, the beach is super clean, and the lunch options around the pool were amazing too. The staff at the poolside is excellent and kept everybody engaged in activities. The evening shows were of good quality. The MJ show and the fire show blew us away. The silent party was also a good success. Posting some pictures here. There are probably resorts bigger than this but if you are visiting here be rest assured the service is beyond expectations.
