I had a great experience at the resort. From the time I arrived, the check receptionist was informative and professional. My room was excellent, clean, and air conditioner nice and cool. The resort was clean and kept in great condition, the buffet offered a variety of meals each day and the other restaurants were amazing and delicious. The resort is right in front of the beach and the service received was excellent my whole stay. Family friendly if you have kids as well.

Just returned from an incredible stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa, booked through Costco Travel, which always makes the process easy and stress-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The resort exceeded expectations in every way. The staff was professional, friendly, and constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Paola at the front desk—she was amazing. Warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. She also helped with a room upgrade, which was a great surprise and really elevated our stay. The entire property is spotless. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, from the rooms to the pools to the restaurants. Every area felt well-kept and comfortable. This was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. Great food, excellent service, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded all our expectations — beautiful location, spotless rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the area, everything was perfectly arranged. We truly felt taken care of and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The rooms are quite nice and comfortable, and the resort itself is decent. The restaurants are nice but the food at the buffet is a hit or miss. Check-in takes way too long and room service is also very slow. Food takes forever to arrive. Our room’s door battery ran out and it took hours for them to come replace it. Broke a glass which also took an absurd amount of time to come clean. Also no action was being taken to maintain the beaches which was disappointing. The one thing that really annoyed me however was that there was no chalk by the pool tables, and when I asked the front desk if they had any, the person gave me one and said I had to return it when I was finished. Whose nonsensical idea is that? It’s chalk just leave it by the tables, people shouldn’t have to go to the front and check it out like a library book. Seemed like a ridiculous cost cutting measure. Foosball tables also not fully functional. Overall not terrible but you can get much better value for the same price.

My partner and I have just left this hotel and had a lovely experience! All of staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel well looked after and welcome during the entirety of our stay. Truly a service we have only experienced at 5 star venues in the past. All areas of the hotel maintained a really lovely atmosphere, including great service from all the restaurants we visited, the swim up bar and the cafe / crepe station where we were greeted with friendly smiles every time. We really can’t fault this hotel - exceptional service and facilities. The best all inclusive we have visited, the cocktails were great quality and the à la cartes menus were amazing. There was an option to upgrade to an additional cost menu, which we chose to do at the steakhouse, but the usual menu was brilliant too - specifically the salmon at the Italian!
