This hotel is amazing, and the staff is incredible. The quality of their food, rooms, and activities is outstanding! I’ve experienced this hotel under two completely different points of view. I came here on my honeymoon a few years ago and now with my two-year-old. The first time we loved the liveliness of the place and how we really didn’t have an agenda and could experience so many different things without feeling bored. The second time around, I enjoyed the fact that this place is kid-friendly. The first time around, I didn’t even notice the cool boat they have for kids, the kid friendly pool and the amazing playroom (there is better than the one in my city). Both times, I really appreciated how everyone is happy to help and how they adapted to make everyone feel comfortable.

We are super happy with our stay. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Food was great, we appreciated the variety of restaurants. We went with our 11 month old baby and it worked out so well. Everyone was so nice to us and the baby. The kids area was way above our expectations. I’m impressed how the hotel could manage so many people and so many different events going on in such a smooth way. It never felt crowded. Gym was great, I loved the free yoga class. And the pool area and beach access was great as well. Would definitely go back if I were to do this kind of vacation again. Thank you all for making by our stay so great!

Shouting out everyone who was amazing front desk help Vimberly, Piana toured the hotel with us, Henry served us at the buffet, Fredrico served at the ceviche bar, Lorena poolside staff, Rose and Mayra’s enthusiasm go me to do a Zumba class on the beach! Many of the servers and hostesses helped my son to pick out the proper foods due to his allergies to nuts. The entertainment jazz night was beautifully served played and the singers voice was awesome. The sushi chef and staff were amazing, some of the best sushi we ever had and we are from FL so that says a lot. We just always felt important and tended to above and beyond our expectations! Thank you so so much we will definitely be back!

This was our 5th trip, and this resort has become our most favorite vacation destination. We keep going back because of the increasingly positive experience. The facilities have actually improved over our trips, originally at a 3.5 and now at a 4.0 to 4.5. The location is outstanding - right on a very clean beach with ocean swimming available most of the time weather permitting. The food is VERY good, a 4.0 to 4.5 and kept the same quality, although, there have been changes that understandably come with time, some we liked and some we did not but it's simply a matter of preference. However, what separates this resort from all others is the customer service - easily a 5.0. We are blown away by the positive attitude of the staff, even with some customers that I would have a very hard time being positive with! They will go to any length possible to make your stay enjoyable. The staff have been trained to pay attention to the small details and the customers. Two examples: 1. A cook makes omelets to order every day (one of my favorites). Before I realized they did not have bacon available to the general public, I asked for some. 5-minutes later, she brought me a plate of bacon from another restaurant in the resort! The next day, she remembered my request for bacon without me saying a word, and had some waiting on me in the back. 2. On my previous visit to this resort 20-months earlier, I had just been diagnosed with cancer. On my return, thankfully in remission, two different staff members remembered me, inquired about my health, and had a minor surprise for me and my wife. To be clear, we are not members nor VIP (we do try to be good humans and appreciative of the incredibly hospitality), but this resort will treat you like one. I cannot more highly recommend!

I picked up this resort through a friend recommendation and it surpassed my expectations. Starting with the amazing facility and location to delicious unlimited food options and super courteous staff who made my everyday of my stay so great! 1. Entire staff is so much ready to help you anywhere you are on the property, offering drinks for adults and kids round the clock! Excellent hospitality. 2. Entertainment staff was amazing with their daily performances be it at poolside, lobby or lovely musicals and dance party in the evenings, everything was gteater than another and amazed me! Every entertainer was a star! 3. Dining staff will keep servicing you the best pf everything. Waiters, chefs and staff around food counters are ready to offer you the best of cuisines - American, Italian, Mexican, Brazilian, Japanese and more. In fact, they cooked a special on request veg pizza for kids. Whether you are at lobby, pool side or by the beach decks, staff is ready to serve you drinks right there any number of times. Everyone on staff was amazing, so courteous and always smiling!! No reservations needed except for Brasa by the Sea at Dinner. 4. The coffee and bakery area was my favorite spot to go and get amazing pastries, pie, special treats and so many ice cream flavors to choose from! Kids loved it. 5.BUT.......... One small glitch: be aware from AquaWorld sales guys who are camped inside for varierty of tour options if you want to explore. They charged me 18% government tax on tour fee which i learnt later that it is not applicable in Mexico for individual sales. I highly recommed this resort, must go!! 5 STARS!!!!!
