Won't come back and do not recommend anyone to come. The hotel is a 3 star one, no difference from anywhere else. Rooms are old. Service is not good enough with the four reasons below: 1. The hotel is not well prepared for storms. During my stay there were a couple of days of storm and as you can see in my pictures, water got inside the building. They should take some measures to prevent this because there is possibility of falling on the slippery floor. Also, the escalators stopped working. Be ready to bring your 20 kilo luggages with your hands up and down. 2. The worker in the gym is very unfriendly and lack customer service mindset. I brought my child into the gym. He saw me walking in and did not stop me. Later, he went in and asked me to take my child out of the gym. I did not see anywhere said children are not allowed in the gym. If this is the rule, you can post it somewhere on the door. I will respect your rule and won't even bother walking in. 3. There is one kid room where you can put your children inside If parents want to go snorkeling, but other than that, There are no activities for children. My children felt very boring here. 4. Do not go to the restaurant close to the beach. Dinner is not good and during one breakfast, I saw a bird coming to the food area eating food because there are no doors to block the birds and flies. One piece of advice for the season: Not recommended to come during rainy seasons, because you will waste your money stuck in the room going no where. One final advice :do not waste your time by going to their presentation of selling hotel membership. They will give you a 2 for 1 certificate for hotel reservation in the future, meaning book one night and stay two nights, but the hotels are all in Mexico. Also I was told if you want to have the second night free, you will need to attend another presentation.

Just came back from a 5-night stay with 4 adults and 1 toddler. It was our first time in Cancun so we had low expectations. Overall, we thought the rooms, food and amenities were very good. The resort is very kid-friendly and was never crowded. There weren't too many people in the pools at the various times of day we were there. The housekeeping staff, front desk and servers were all friendly and helpful. Out of the restaurants there, we enjoyed the Italian and Argentinian ones the best. Similar to what another review wrote, I would have liked to see more of the "surcharge" food items as being included with the all inclusive. But I think the value is still good for what we paid. We would definitely come back again!

Didn't get the room we paid for. Shuffling us around to different rooms. After first day of arrival got charged for the guest as well. They should have informed when we checked in if there was a due bill. Arrogant staff members for the most part. Bad attitude. Sub par food at the all inclusive. 1/5 Not recommended for this price. Much better outings available

Had a very bad experience in my room but they did correct it, had honeymoon with pool and I just wish they trimmed the plants it blocks the ocean view of the pool. Food is absolutely fantastic. Pool and architecture is very nice. Amazing hotel

This resort is the perfect blend of luxury, fun, and relaxation. There is a heartfelt greeting you will receive upon checking in "Welcome home." And before you leave, it will feel like home. Everywhere you go with the resort, you are greeted with gracious hospitality and service. There are several pools to enjoy, plentiful food and drinks. The beach is conveniently located east of the resort. This was my fourth visit, and I look forward to my next visit.
