Our stay 14th September for 7 nights. Great reception area with friendly staff that greet you. Had no problems with check-in, informed us with everything that what we needed. Rooms are a little on the small side (ours was a see view) but clean and freshened up daily. Our biggest complaint was the balcony, which also small was a very noisy fan from a neighbouring property, which was on from 11 am till 11 pm This kind of spoilt our stay a little as we like to sit on the balcony of an evening but unable to as it was too loud. Restaurant, food was fantastic breakfast and evening with plenty of choice. Only drawbacks were very busy at peak times and felt a little cramp. Great friendly staff as well. The pool area is small with 2 small pools, but you have a great beach opposite for a decent swim. We had no problem with sun beds with we found there were plenty throughout the day. Nice little bar, which is also a great friendly staff. The only drawback was that noisy fan, again, was quite annoying at times. Overall, the hotel is a good location for the beach, with plenty of local bars and shops nearby.

Amazing hotel right on the beach! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the sea view rooms were stunning. It was my partners birthday so they kindly provided a bottle in our room on arrival day! We will never forget the view we woke up to, it was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, lots of labelled options and it was fresh. Plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby the choose for dinner, I would definitely come back!

Great value for the price! In the heart of Palmanova beach, it’s hard to beat the location. You literally walk outside the hotel and the beach is 50 meters in front of you! It’s quieter than Magaluf but only about 15 min walk from it if you want some nightlife! Staff was very kind and accommodating such as calling us taxis, giving us more pillows, and helping us with anything we had questions about the area. Rooms were on the smaller side but cozy with all the essentials! The pool area is well maintained, quiet, and very relaxing. There is also a free private sauna and small pool you can reserve at the front desk! 10/10 would to go back!

Just come back from a 5 night stay, the hotel was lovely as was the staff. The hotel is a non smoking hotel, however, this is not mentioned on their website, what is mentioned is 'non smoking in enclosed areas' which I fully understand. They had a bar with outside tables (not enclosed) but you could not smoke, if you did want a cigarette there were a couple of tables down what I can only describe as an alley. I spoke to a staff member who stated the manager wants it to be a non smoking hotel, this should be clearly advertised on their website so an informed decision could be made in going to this hotel. I'm aware that more and more places are wanting to be non smoking but this needs to be clearly advertised and not get customers there on false information. I did smoke on the terrace after a staff member said it was my private space so I could but would not provide an ashtray, no problem I bought one for 2€. I will not be returning mainly due to the hotel not giving clear information.

Nice place, clean and neat, and most importantly -for me at least- NOT the imported typical british cr@p as "food" for breakfast lunch and dinner(the sausage was actually made of meat, the bloodsausage was Actually Blood Sausage not made of plastic, the pastries were delicious). Refreshing! Loved it!
