Just come back from a 5 night stay, the hotel was lovely as was the staff. The hotel is a non smoking hotel, however, this is not mentioned on their website, what is mentioned is 'non smoking in enclosed areas' which I fully understand. They had a bar with outside tables (not enclosed) but you could not smoke, if you did want a cigarette there were a couple of tables down what I can only describe as an alley. I spoke to a staff member who stated the manager wants it to be a non smoking hotel, this should be clearly advertised on their website so an informed decision could be made in going to this hotel. I'm aware that more and more places are wanting to be non smoking but this needs to be clearly advertised and not get customers there on false information. I did smoke on the terrace after a staff member said it was my private space so I could but would not provide an ashtray, no problem I bought one for 2€. I will not be returning mainly due to the hotel not giving clear information.

Great staff, very warm and welcoming. They could not do enough for you. Hotel clean and breakfast great, swim up rooms fantastic and a real highlight. A few downsides, we could not eat in the hotel bar at night (Morocco) which would have been lovely as the cocktails and drinks were wonderful in there. The room was cleaned and only the beds changed, we had to phone through for replenishment of tea/coffee. My partner and I were sick for part of the duration and room service would have been really helpful but sadly not on offer. Overall a solid hotel, but could do with improvements.

Had a great stay here. Nice location in itself and easy to get around the island from here. Helpful and attentive staff. Great breakfast

Absolutely loved it ...all the staff went above and beyond to make sure your holiday was as enjoyable as possible...big shout to Claudia and Nico for making my granddaughter's dreams come true ...Jimmy, Christian and all the other bar staff..gianfranco always asking if everything was OK...definitely be back very soon ...cheers guys 👍
