We had a great time at this hotel. The pools are lovely, and there is a lot to for the kids. Amazing entertainment team and good selection of shows in the evening. Our kids loved the mini- Club and disco in the evening. I read a lot of bad reviews about the food and witnessed people not being happy with the food options. However, we always found something to eat, and there was a good selection. The food trucks were also a nice touch. We were also happy with the drinks selection. Allover, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Here at the moment, honestly reading through the reviews and wasn't looking forward to it.... People are mental is all I have to say about that as we are having a blast! Breakfast is great, dinner is good ( what do you expect) the snacks are a great thing for being a tad hungry during the day, kids love the pizza! Drinks are decent for all inclusive ( again what do you expect) it's not bad at all, staff are dead on, plenty to do, area is fantastic, swimming pools are brilliant, our room is amazing ( is a Magnus room to be fair) . Can't complain at all on our wee family holiday. Only thing I'll say is I miss my nice coffee back home, it's not great here 😂😂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this 4-star hotel for 6 days with our family. The territory is large and clean, with several swimming pools and slides, which made our stay more enjoyable. The food was varied, with plenty of options for everyone. The beach is just 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. One small thing: the back entrance closes at 18:00, so sometimes we had to make a longer walk. The room was cleaned daily, though it would be nice if the balcony was cleaned too, and if there was some air freshener in the bathroom. There was a bit of confusion with the different check-in desks for regular guests and Magnus program guests — we had to switch lines a few times. Maybe clearer signs could help avoid this. The staff was always friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely time at this hotel we upgraded to the Magnus rooms and had a great time at this hotel. The entertainment team work very hard Danielle, Micheal my girls loved and was so lovely to all the children and the whole of the entertainment team are amazing with entertaining the children and adults. The lifeguards supervisor was so helpful too. The restaurant staff where lovely too. Lovely hotel that I would return to with my family.
