We had a great time at this hotel. The pools are lovely, and there is a lot to for the kids. Amazing entertainment team and good selection of shows in the evening. Our kids loved the mini- Club and disco in the evening. I read a lot of bad reviews about the food and witnessed people not being happy with the food options. However, we always found something to eat, and there was a good selection. The food trucks were also a nice touch. We were also happy with the drinks selection. Allover, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

The hotel started off quite poorly and was noticeably understaffed. However, as the days went on, things improved significantly. There weren’t really any indoor facilities, but with great weather, you won’t miss them. The bar staff were fantastic—very attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff were clearly doing their best despite being under pressure. Food selection was fairly basic, but considering the price we paid, it was what we expected—you get what you pay for. The pools were excellent, with a great range of flumes and slides that really added to the experience. Room cleaning was spot-on and done on request, which was a nice touch. Overall, don’t expect luxury—the price reflects the holiday—but if you go in with the right mindset, it’s what you make of it.

We left yesterday after 7 nights and can honestly say we have had an amazing holiday. We booked the Magnus upgrade with a pool view and would say it is definitely worth it. Check in took about 10 minutes, tourist tax was less than €50 for 2 adults, no tax for kids. The reception staff are lovely, it can be busy if a lot of people arrive to check in together, but the only issues I saw were due to impatient guests trying to skip the queues and not due to the staff. The room was clean and had a great view of the Magnus pool, we were in Breeze 01. The housekeepers were so lovely and helpful, we had fresh towels and linen every day and the room was mopped and cleaned. The mini bar in the Magnus rooms have some cans of pop and bottles of water which do not get replenished, but there is a large bottle of water which gets replaced each day. We had no issues at all with the food in the Magnus restaurant, we went for breakfast, lunch and tea at different times most days and the food was always fresh and there was always plenty of variety. The staff were again fantastic and always welcoming and friendly. If one of the boys wanted something that had run out, such as chips or pizza at lunch time the staff would give us an idea of how long it would take until there would be more available. There was someone on the door of the restaurant checking wrist bands so only Magnus guests were allowed in, and it was the same at the Magnus bar, wrist bands were checked which kept the queues shorter. With our reservation we also got to have a meal in the Irish bar which you have to book in advance and chose from a menu at the time of booking, but the food was nice and there was a good atmosphere in there. My son and hubby had a great time in the pools and on the slides and spent most of the days in there. My son grazed his toe walking to the toilets without his shoes on, but no injuries caused in the pool at all. The water was cold when you first got in but it was fine after a minute. Large inflatables are not allowed and this is clearly signposted around the pool areas to maintain the safety of guests. There was plenty of staff at the pool side who were all easily identifiable. Again, the only issues we had were due to inconsiderate guests (groups of teen lads) jumping in and being loud and not considering the safety of some of the younger kids in the pool area, but this was later on in our stay. There are plenty of loungers but people were getting up stupidly early to put their towels on them and then complaining when their towels were removed, even though there were cards put out on the reserved beds and it was displayed on the main stage screen and on boards around the pools that the loungers couldn’t be reserved. We didn’t go to the entertainment in the evening but the activities in the day such as the aqua fit in the pool was great. The hotel is so close to everything, the beach is less than 10 minutes away as is the bus stop for the bus to Palma. There are loads of shops close by including Lidl, Aldi and Tedi for any bits you need. The entrance to the beach / main street is open 10am - 6pm and there is security on the door to ensure only guests come in. The staff work so hard and do a great job. We have had an absolutely brilliant time and would definitely come back.

La Casa
The primary reason I’m giving this hotel a 2-star rating is the bar and restaurant experience. Unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve ever had such poor-quality food in Spain. While there were multiple options available, the quality of every dish was consistently below average and often poorly prepared. One day, for example, the paella was served both burned and undercooked. Another time, an egg salad was oddly made with oranges. The pizza was disappointing, and the pancakes, although freshly made, were inexplicably hard—something I’ve never encountered before. It felt as though most items were pre-frozen and simply deep-fried rather than freshly prepared. It’s not a matter of lacking ingredients; the issue seems to be with the execution and possibly the lack of properly trained kitchen staff. The atmosphere among the staff was also quite negative, with frequent arguments observed daily, which didn’t contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Overall, I was very disappointed, particularly because the hotel is rated 4 stars. Based on the food and service quality, it doesn’t meet that standard—at best, it might be considered a 2-star hotel.

We have just got back from a weeks holiday and all I can say is not very good we paid for all-inclusive but the food was that bad. We had to eat out every night unless you like living on chips and pasta food is overcooked and dry and freezing cold that’s why they have microwaves so you can reheat it. The pool is open at 10 am which is a joke when you have children and they are out their room at 8 am Then the pool shuts at 6 pm when it’s still 27° outside the queues for breakfast or a joke. We paid all inclusive and when we went to get a drink on the night at 11 am, they said all inclusive has stopped and then you have to pay for your drinks for the rest of the evening The stuff was friendly, but I will definitely not be coming back
