The hotel started off quite poorly and was noticeably understaffed. However, as the days went on, things improved significantly. There weren’t really any indoor facilities, but with great weather, you won’t miss them. The bar staff were fantastic—very attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff were clearly doing their best despite being under pressure. Food selection was fairly basic, but considering the price we paid, it was what we expected—you get what you pay for. The pools were excellent, with a great range of flumes and slides that really added to the experience. Room cleaning was spot-on and done on request, which was a nice touch. Overall, don’t expect luxury—the price reflects the holiday—but if you go in with the right mindset, it’s what you make of it.

This definitely is not a 4 star hotel. A 3 star at the highest. We arrived on a Sunday at 12 midday and waited in a huge queue at reception with only two staff checking people in. After an hour standing about we were told we couldn’t get access to our room until 3.30pm. We had our very tired 7 and 10 year old daughters who had been awake since 3.30 am to catch the early morning flight. Nevertheless we went to try the buffet. I was absolutely gob smacked at the stampede of starving vultures and hyenas pushing and shoving and jumping the queue wherever they could. I was in disbelief as my 7 year daughter was being pushed around like a rag doll. There was no calm ordinary behaviour by anyone and there was no staff members to monitor the situation. Feeling traumatised, I said I’m going up to check the room. This was at 1.30pm, to my surprise the room was made up and myself and my family eventually started to unpack. The room had no bath, the en-suite was so small. There was no hot water working on the basin. There wasn’t anywhere to place toiletries other than a shelf in the bedroom. The tiny fridge looks like it’s been recycled from a refuse site. It’s got to be 40 year old and was brown inside. There is no wardrobes to hang your clothes. The pillows are terrible. I went to the reception to ask for more pillows , a blanket and kettle. I was told there was no pillows or kettle and given one single duvet. There is a gym on site which doesn’t even have a bench to use. 3 of the machines were out of order. It’s the worst gym I’ve stepped foot inside of ever. The food is very average and Luke warm at the best. We have been eating out every night as we cannot face the crazed animals at the zoo stampede again. Overall a poor experience in a poor hotel. Never enough food for all guests, It’s mostly bland food, salt shakers don’t work, Entertainment is crap, they play 20 seconds of a song and keep swapping to the next one. Bars are never open on time; or open at all. Everything closes at 6. Lines for food and bars is so long you have to wait 40 minutes to be served. Only thing that’s gotten the two stars is the game room for the kids and the slides. Water stinks from the taps. Dessert is given out completely frozen, they don’t even wait for it to thaw before serving. Beds move and creek after one move, they’re hard. Pillows are also very hard, We don’t get given a blanket and have to go to reception to ask for one as it’s so cold.

2 Stars I was really disappointed with our visit to Fergus Club Water Park Mallorca. The buffet was overcrowded and every meal required an endless wait in line. I had to wake up at 8 AM just to secure pancakes for me and my brother, which isn’t how you should start a day at a water park. Even our dinner experience was far from smooth—we arrived at 6:10 PM, even though the buffet opens at 6, and still ended up waiting in line. On the bright side, the slides were enjoyable with minimal waiting times. However, the overall experience was marred by the constant rush and poor management. To top it off, the lampshade on the ceiling kept hitting both me and my grandad (and he isn’t even that tall), which was downright annoying. Overall, an underwhelming experience that didn’t live up to its potential.

Here just now. Hotel has great facilities, rooms are lovely however you need to queue for EVERYTHING! At meal times its like feeding time at the zoo as the dinner hall is too small and there isn't enough seating. Snacks are served from food trucks which means more queuing. Bars are few and far between with MORE queuing and check in took 1.5hrs. Its not great and the hotel is nowhere near capacity. I would suggest the y do away with Magnus and open both dinner spaces to all guests as this would massively improve things
