Child friendly hotel. Great for families with children was a great week's holiday. Kids enjoyed slides and the animation team were really friendly. Evening entertainment was great some nights. Basic on other nights. Not enough seats on an evening for everyone to watch the shows so get down early if there's a show you want to watch. The Michael Jackson show was the best 👌

We've just come back from our holiday here, and we all had an amazing time! We had a magnus room, which was a lovely room. The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. The food available was of a good variety. We all had something that we enjoyed eating available to us, and the food trucks were great, too! It was great that there were various bars around the resort, the drinks available were good, and our girls loved the mocktail. The pools were also great again, plenty to choose from. We all loved the slides. The rainbow ones were great fun. Both of our girls loved the jumping water pillow too every day they asked to go on it! I must give a big shout out to the lifeguards they all did an amazing job at all pools and slides. As well as sometimes trying to sort out the sun lounger problem of people reserving them with towels. A card would be put down to give 40 minutes return if people didn't return in the time they did take their towels away to free up them for others. Entertainment was great throughout the whole day up until the evening! I loved the aqua zumba/gym it was great fun. The girls also enjoyed joining in with volleyball, water polo, as well as other activities. The pink pool party was fun! My youngest went to the mini club a couple of times too and enjoyed it. The evening entertainment was enjoyable. We all loved the quiz night! Our youngest loved the mini disco. We did venture out for walks to the beach and shops, which was a 10-minute walk. There was so much fun stuff available to do on site that we didn't feel the need for a day out anywhere as there was more than enough stuff to entertain us all. We hope to return at some point, especially my youngest, as she wasn't tall enough for the orange and yellow slides!

We had a great time at this hotel. The pools are lovely, and there is a lot to for the kids. Amazing entertainment team and good selection of shows in the evening. Our kids loved the mini- Club and disco in the evening. I read a lot of bad reviews about the food and witnessed people not being happy with the food options. However, we always found something to eat, and there was a good selection. The food trucks were also a nice touch. We were also happy with the drinks selection. Allover, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

We stayed here as a family of 5 and the kids had an absolute blast! We all loved the food and drinks were fine. Long cues at the bar at times & the staff chatted amongst themselves (some of them) rather than speeding up & getting everyone served. Pools were fantastic but very busy. The weekends were mayhem as they let in the public with day passes! It was craziness! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of people reserving sun loungers way before the pool opened... despite signs everywhere stating this was not allowed. We were respectful & by the time we went for a swim, there were rarely and sun loungers free, even when the pool was not that busy. We only ever used 2 between 5 of us but the greedy people ruined it by putting 4-5 towels on loungers for hours, without using them. We even got verbally abused by an older couple, blaming us for moving their 'shawl' off a lounger we were sitting on which was free when I got there....they were bone dry & obviously hadn't been near the pool. Otherwise great place....

Really lovely hotel, stayed at the start of the peak season, staff polite, helpful, food was tasty. Clean rooms, pools plentiful, good water slides. Some lounger reserving goes on, but the lifeguards walk around putting a 40 minute warning on left towels. Easy to reach town centre and beach, although immediate area isn't the most desirable.
