Amazing hotel overall. The food is actually really good for all inclusive, the pools are amazing for the children they would literally be entertained all day long. Kids klub for 2 hours twice a day also, they have a disco every night, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine, you get a decent sleep and they are cleaned every day.
My only honest concerns are, the air conditioning in the room seems to be on a timer and locks itself every day, we arrived and it was locked, went to reception and it was working within 1 hour. The next evening it was locked again but once again reception sorted it quickly, I've just come back this evening and it's locked again. It's not a deal breaker but it is slightly annoying. Other than the air con I have no faults really, it's not a 5star hotel and it doesn't claim to be, it's Wonderful value for money and it's in a great location with quick access to the beach and the strip with food and shops so close by.
I would definitely recommend as a family hotel with young kids.

Food repetitive very basic. No way a 4 star hotel I say 2 star. Bar staff at night waste of space. Day staff OK. Pools OK. Magnus package waste of money as you can still use the water slides. No inflatables in big pools or diving. Don't get all branded drinks and cocktails as say. Night security which is good. And stolen clothing out of our rooms by the cleaners. Will not be returning...

Very nice service. The rooms are well-kept. The food was varied, you could try many delicious local dishes. Employees who took care of our comfort. Games and attractions run by Gabryjel made us feel taken care of and curious about our next impressions as parents and our children. We will come back here with pleasure.
Petrolhead Tours
Nice (huge!) hotel, great staff, excellent entertainment, fun water park, and great location to get out of the resort and visit the local beaches and restaurants - and you’ll want to visit the local restaurants because the food is dreadful. Plentiful, but horrific. Makes McDonald’s look like a Michelin star restaurant.

This is not 4 star hotel!
Negatives: 😭
Food Quality:
Many dishes are very untasty. Watch out for the red sauce; at this temperature, it's bubbling. Raw chicken and other meats too. Also, the ricotta cheese: I made a sign on a plate with it and then saw the same plate with cheese for three days.
Room Doors:
All entrance doors in rooms have big holes at the sides, so at night, you can see other people walking through the corridor.
Service:
The service at the slides is rude (guy at the four-color slides).
Evening Entertainment:
Needs improvement.
Bar:
90% of the staff are first-timers behind the bar, and 50% don't speak English. If you have an all-inclusive package, you need to know what you want to order, or they will give you the cheapest alcohol.
Cleanliness:
Pools could be cleaned better in the morning.
Crowds:
Lots of Brits with hordes of kids making a mess around.
Positives: 😍
Location:
100 meters to the best Italian pizza in this area. They call them Hermanos, open at 8 pm.
Quiet Area:
The hotel is located on the quiet side of this area. It's one of the biggest hotels in the Balearic Islands, a big complex of buildings with pools and four different slides in the middle. If you opt for the Magnus option, your room will be located on the quiet side of the hotel.
Magnus Option:
Provides a better restaurant for breakfast and evenings on the better side of the hotel, and also includes a PS5 in the rooms.
Amenities:
The hotel has six pools of different sizes, gym, 3 pool bars, 2 restaurants, kids room, games room, vendor machines (fresh made popcorn and other)
Kids' Pool:
The kids' pool has an awesome big balloon inside with fountains at the top where kids can climb up and slide back into the pool from all sides.
Slides:
Four nice different kind of slides; the biggest is yellow, about six floors high, and you go straight down. The orange slide is around 4.5 floors high, and Angel is around 30-35 degrees. Both are scary, so if you like adrenaline, this is for you.
Poolside Options:
There is a high variety of places where you can lounge around the pool. Soft big beds with baldaquins, or big rounded spots located inside the pools, and normal recliner beds with umbrellas.
Entertainment:
I liked the pool entertainment. In the morning, there was gymnastics with music, and throughout the day, you could have fun joining many competitions like water polo matches, water handball, or water basketball, among others. All activities are in the 1.8 m depth part of the biggest pool, so you have to know how to swim.
Kids' Game Room:
The game room for kids has a small cinema room and console games like Nintendo or PS5. My kids just loved it. It's open twice a day, before dinner and in the evening from 8 pm till 10:30 pm.
Convenient Access:
There is a nice second entrance to the hotel that leads straight to a street with shops and bars.
Proximity to the Beach:
A five-minute walk through the street with shops, bars and restaurants, to the beach where you can rent lots of water equipment like scooters, banana rides, wing flights, or take a 2-hour cruise with a transparent bottom. The cruise includes a 20-minute stop where you can jump from the ship and swim around.
Great Drinks Nearby:
I found the place with the best mojito in the world. When you reach the beach, go to the left, pass the cruise port, and 200 meters further, there's a place with the best Scottish waitress in the world, and she will bring you the best drinks ever.
Facilities:
Air-conditioned rooms and nice, polite service at reception.
