Very good hotel for families. Kids splash pool and main pool beside it is fantastic. Entertained our 2 year old all day. The beach style entrance to pool felt very safe for the toddler. Rooms were spacious and very clean and modern. Only disadvantage to our room was the stairs and steep rooms with pram so maybe better to specify a room with easy access when booking. Hotel were happy to accommodate a change if needed but we liked the location so just kept it anyway. Special thank you to Marta at guest relations for her help.

Just returned from a week here for Easter holidays. We had such a wonderful time. No complaints. Room was lovely and clean, fresh towels everyday.
Food was lovely, different cuisines every evening. Could always find a table. Snack bar was great for kids to help themselves through the day. Drinks were great, different cocktails everyday.
Lara and Isabella were amazing for entertaining the kids. My daughter was so sad to leave. Mini club in the day for kids was brilliant. Lots of activities throughout the day for the children.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. We will hopefully return soon!

The whole family had a wonderful holiday! The food was amazing, so many choices. The rooms clean and comfortable. The staff kind and they were so helpful.
There was so much for the kids to do. My son LOVED the maxi club Pierre and friends rocked! The mini club was great for the little one too.
Thank you Fergus Hotel Club Europa for great spring holiday!!

We've had the best time. The animation team were so friendly and inclusive of all the children and adults. My daughter loved being part of the kids club even for just a short time.
All the staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were really clean but the beds are quite hard
Be prepared for walking up hill round the resort and the pools are freezing cold (especially when we came) but you will acclimatise!
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from town so extremely accessible.

We added an option onto our stay, we stayed in the Magnus area which has it's own pool and food area. Food was lovely with plenty of fresh variety. Pool was always clean and surrounding areas. Our room was spacious and very clean. The shower was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downfall is it's a lot of uphill walking but the views are just stunning.
Would highly recommend and will return :)
