We stayed at Fergus Club Europa for 4 nights and overall had a lovely break. We originally booked a suite but were given a standard room for the first two nights. Thankfully, Jet2 resolved this quickly, and we moved into the suite for the remainder of our stay. The hotel itself is really good, especially for families with children. There's a great variety of food options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plenty to suit different tastes. The fun pool with slides was a big hit with the kids! However, we did have a bit of a concern with safety – the lifeguard at the top left after a couple of hours, and things became a bit chaotic. At one point, someone came down the slide at the same time as my daughter and almost knocked her over. It would be great if supervision was more consistent, especially during busy times. One thing that was frustrating was the situation with the sunbeds. Despite signs clearly stating that sunbeds can only be reserved for 30 minutes, we had to go down as early as 7am just to get one – and no staff seemed to be enforcing the rule. This made it quite stressful, especially with young children. The night entertainment was fun, but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. On our last night, we had to stand by the wall and ended up leaving after the mini disco, which was a shame. Despite those few issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future. It's a lovely place with a great atmosphere for families.

Club Europa is by far in a class of its own. The staff are 110% amazing, we are still here on our visit, it is very busy at the moment at full capacity, yet the staff still manage to find time and cater to your needs individually no matter what. All the staff are beyond amazing, all are friendly, accommodating and helpful. We are a short walk from two amazing beaches 10-15 minutes depending on walking speed (see photos). The reception is classy, clean and inviting, upon arrival they ensure you are well informed about the facilities, location and events. Your room will be 1 of 4 different types from double to a suite with a jacuzzi, highly recommend the suites if available. The food is served in a very clean high quality setting, the meals do vary daily catering to every possible dietary requirement. The site is wheelchair friendly, has 4 pools, two restaurant’s, two snack bars, a gym, kids club and so much more. We visited as a family of four, 2 adults 2 children, the kids are absolutely made up with the facilities on offer, especially the water slides in the main pool. In the reception there is an events rep, Photo Booth and holiday rep. We chose to visit the Pirate Of Mallorca via the rep, this included transfers to and from the hotel, a meal and an absolutely must see show, for a family of four it cost €180 but it is certainly money well spent. If you are thinking of visiting Mallorca than this should definitely be on your list for consideration. Happy holidays to you all.

Even if it’s free. Don’t stay here. A cancelled flight meant we were put up at this hotel by the airline. It would have been better to sleep at the airport. From checking into a room that someone had just left, to being offered a new room that had been doused in bleach to conceal whatever went on in there prior. To the sounds of the “neighbours” from 6am in surround sound though the walls, to someone opening the door at 7.30 with a key and coming into the room. I guess it was the early wake up call we needed to get out of here. The beds have a sheet, no quilt and one pillow. Don’t worry though the air conditioner doesn’t work so you will be ok. Plastic cups left all around the common areas and a general feel of “all inclusive no care” thank god we escaped the trauma first thing in the morning. I can’t believe this hotel is rated four stars. We didn’t book to stay here but trust us either do you. Avoid at all costs.

Me and my son just returned home from our hoilday here. The slides was so fun, my son would spend hours in the pool. Such a clean hotel, friendly staff members and great service. Beach isn't to far away probably about a 15 minute walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants. It really is a nice location. I would definitely recommend!! 😁

We both loved our stay here. The hotel was nice and modern. The reception people were really polite and helpful. They helped us with bus timetables to get to towns and the airport. The food was really good. Lots of options and every night it was something different. The really enjoyed the food. There is a lidl only 5 minute walk away and there are buses often and cheap. The beach is lovely there as well. We met some nice people whilst we were there.
