We left after two nights and went somewhere else. This is a case of over-promising and under-delivering. The room and furniture was tired and in need of refinishing. The small terrace was in the full sun so unusable during the day. The sun loungers around the pool did not have umbrellas, so again, were too hot to use. The all inclusive food was rather budget style, salads were OK but meat was basic and cheap, scrawny chicken and small fish. Desserts looked good but were gelatinous. Not much fresh fruit. The dining room was very crowded so did not give a peaceful feeling, some people had to sit outside in the heat for lack of space. The bar included in the All-Inclusive was shabby with staff seeming surprised with our request. Many of the seats around the bar and by the Alfredo restaurant had no shade. The staff were diligent in clearing the plates and keeping the grounds tidy, but in real life the place looked very tired compared to the photos. All of the sun beds on the nice beach were taken from 9am. I couldn’t recommend this hotel, we were very disappointed. It’s not 4-Star, maybe 2.5 reminding me of a school camp.

The sea is very clean with lots of corrals and fish. The beach is clean with plenty of seating. The hotel itself offers a variety of stuff, and free on top of it! The food was excellent, the variety surprised every day. All in all we would def come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything we needed. The territory is well maintained, with lots of greenery and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping service. The food was varied, fresh, and tasty, offering plenty of choices every day. & thanks to #Victoria such a sweetheart 😘

I had such a great time at Jaz Fayrouz! The hotel is cozy, beautiful, and full of greenery. What impressed me most was the amazing animation team — friendly, talented, and very entertaining. Every day there were fun activities like aqua gym, beach games, and every night they had different shows that made us laugh and dance! The staff overall were very professional and helpful. The food was top-notch, especially the seafood nights. The beach was wide and sandy, perfect for families and those who prefer easy access to the sea.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants both relaxation and fun!

This was our second time at this hotel and won’t be our last. The staff, amenities, pools, food, location and the beach were all exceptional. We can see that some renovations have been done since we were there last 3 years ago and we could see improvements were being made whilst we were there. Khalid the star! (Housekeeper) He was very respectful, helpful and very friendly. Even rescued a pair of shorts that fell off our balcony! He cleaned and changed sheets etc when it was convenient for us and always around when needed - thank you! Beach was cleaned every day which was good to see. The pools were always clean. We went full board and I must say the options were fantastic everyday. Lots to choose from - sometimes too much choice! The restaurant was always clean and staff were always around if needed. The location was walking distance to the main Naama Bay, approx 5 mins to the shops where you can find all gift shops as a tourist. Restaurants, fast food, bars etc, all come alive in the evening. We will be back and hopefully next year! Thank you to all staff, you are a credit to the company!
