Absolutely amazing the rooms was always clean and tidy the staff was friendly and the entertainment team was amazing especially Sam and olr they were always Bubbly and nice to be around we will definitely be back and I would recommend it to anyone

October 2023 Fantasia de luxe should have another name like "Noise de luxe" and renovation is really needed. I wanted to go here some years ago…because the hotel looks really nice from the pictures and maybe because of the name…Now something happened and I came here because it was plan B. I was disappointed a little bit. Entering Fantasia should be like entering the palace like in Aladdin but it was not :( Maybe it was some years ago. Maybe one day Fantasia will be like Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. What I dont like the most - the guests. They behave like no comment...shoes at tables, leave fruits half eaten on chairs and all the chairs in the restaurant had spots. I think from the guests... If this would be a normal 5 star hotel this guests would need to leave the hotel, I m sure. They smoke at the restaurants balcony, at the ocean etc. I want fresh air... When I arrived at the night there was no soap at the bathroom. Just a big shampoo and conditioner. Better this than nothing... At 3am in the night was noise from the guest at the next door because of his TV. In the bath was a little bit mold. The lady has removed it a little bit but normally there should be no mold at all. The ventilation was not working in the bath room. Good was there is a normal shower (not only the US old style shower) and bathtub. No cosmetic tissues for the whole stay. No small cosmetics for the whole stay. Bath looked renovated so I give 4/5. Room I give 3 stars because thanks God no insects but super noise you hear the guest at the left, at the right and music because of the door to the hotel room. Also the window is not intact that is why your hear the noise they couldnt fix it..One night a guest was drunk&screamed2hours.Bed was so hard. I had never such a hard bed. No feather pillow&no feather blanket :( A few days before I left I got a blanket with holes..Towel was with hole one time too. The 5 stars hotel beds are normally great you feel like sleeping on clouds but maybe this is normal in Turkey a hard bed I dont know. 5 stars hotel have always feather pillows and blankets also 4 stars. Hotel quality always depends on the Manager... Indoor pool was cold on one day. I havent checked every day. The last days it was warm but there is so much mold around the pools. This all should be removed and the pools need a renovation for the grout. Spa Hammam was nice. The lady was from Indonesia. She was nice. 3 stars for localization because you can have the tour to Ephesus and see the church of Maria, Pamukkale and Izmir tour is also possible from there, it is 10 minutes walk to a bazar and to food store SOK and ocean (I think nicer beaches with white sand are in Cesme, Side, Ölüdeniz or Fethiye) this beach I dont like :( But there are some Fishers and they are nice. One allowed to fish. Next to ocean a lot of trash. This is sad. I dont understand why people dont take trash to trash bin worldwide... Main restaurant: No Ginger Ale :( Good was they have green tea. Table clothes always with spots... I like the food I give 3 stars why not more because the chicken was sometimes with fat and the turkey too. For the fish it was grilled sea bass I give 5 stars. At all you have a lot of vegetables this a plus and you have fruits too but never pomegranate :( A lot of dishes I wouldnt say the food is bad. I have read 84kg food in trash not because of bad because of bad guests they take so much and they eat less... I give 5 stars for the cakes. I like them my fav chocolate, coconut, and one other with nuts. I like at the other restaurant the gözleme. Good was: -ocean view is beautiful from the top when you are at the main restaurant -Staff was nice.. One point to General Manager: why someone needs to work till 24:00 and on the next day at 7:00? What if he needs one hour to be at home and one hour to the hotel? He can sleep only 5 hours. This is not good.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in abroad. When we first got here we was unfortunately put in a room we didn't book so I mentioned it to reception and they moved us straight away without any problems! I found all the staff and the entertainment team very friendly and helpful. The food was okay and had lots of variety (I'm just a fussy eater but my partner really enjoyed it). The hotel is very clean and tidy and definitely well looked after. The only one negative thing I would have to say about this hotel is the showers. Everytime we had a shower the shower would cut out half way through which was really annoying and took us longer to shower than need be. The cleaning staff were also really lovely and helpful our cleaner always smiled and said hello to us and was there if we needed anything. She would also make lovely things out of the sheets on the bed which was really lovely. We had a free mini bar in our room that was regularly filled up and bottled water was available at all times. Me and my partner also had a photoshoot done in the hotel gardens and on the beach with the sunset by the hotel photography which was a lot of fun! We did buy all our photos but it's optional and the hotel isn't pushy at all. The shop keeper within the hotel was also very lovely and we had a lot of fun with him! Always smiling and happy making us laugh everytime we went in there. Overall the hotel is absolutely beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay here and will be highly recommending this hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The hotel was so familiar. The quality of their food was good. But dinner was so great. It had 4 pools and you can choose them or you can go into the sea 🌊 The performance of the animation team was poor, then you can just have a pretty program such as mini disco, African dance, Turkish dance،Dramatic gestures, and ... at night. The hotel was big and it have more than 300 rooms and usually couldn't find a seat in restaurants.
