Lovely hotel. Great selection of food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Entertainment team were fantastic! The hotel could do with a little update and better air conditioning in the rooms!
All in all we had a great holiday.

I loved my stay here, the food, the service, I couldn't fault a thing. The one thing I wasn't aware of was you had to pay for wifi. Either per pay or week and this payment only covered one item like a phone or tablet and not the entire room. So keep that in mind if you have kids with you. Hotel definitely needs to update a little.

This hotel was okay overall. The views from the restaurant and bars were lovely. The food and drink were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful in most cases. The pool areas were alright, but the pools are very deep in most places and would not be ideal for a lot of people. The beach area was horrible and man made, the accsess to the sea was down a set of stairs into deep water. The rooms are very outdated. The air conditioning was rubbish and barely worked, the cupboards were very small, and there wasn't much space to put clothes away. The fridge didn't work, and we had to complain several times to get it changed. The safe was so old it was opened and locked with a key, not a pin pad. Location wise, it was not near anything. You needed to travel by bus or taxi to get to the main resort of kusadasi. There was 1 bar just outside the hotel, which was good. They served nice food and drinks and had nice friendly staff. The entertainment looked quite good. I didn't really watch it. I would say that this hotel was sold to be a lot better than it actually was.

Had lovely stay here for 1 week. I was very disappointed with their entertainment especially being asked to pay €3 per ticket when there was a “bingo night”. Our accommodation was all inclusive and felt that the staff member we have dealt with was trying to made a quick buck as a side hustle. The so call entertainment was repetitive : more or less same thing every day. Some of the bar staff were very professional, while others were very rude and frustrated to be at work. Food was good although repetitive. Had a freshly cooked omelette which was raw.
