We had a family holiday with children. We really liked the hotel. The food was varied, the area was large, there were swimming pools, the room had a wonderful view of the sea. The evening programme was varied every day. The animation guys were cool and positive. The children were always in the mini club. Lots of different games. They gave out certificates. The children were happy and so were the parents.

Welcoming, friendly, professional staff on all levels. The food quality and variety were excellent, but the hotel is in need of a makeover to keep up with the times. It's the little details that make a big difference in the overall experience. I wouldn't say it was five stars; nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay, though I would not return. This is my fifth trip to Kusadasi, and I have stayed in other hotels in the area that exceeded expectations with fewer stars. However, the spa facilities and treatments are excellent - again, friendly, professional staff. Free internet should be provided, in my opinion, especially at a five-star resort.

Spent a week here at Easter. It was absolutely fabulous. Ken and Yaya on the entertainment team were amazing. They make the place so much fun and really get everyone involved, especially the kids. They really made the holiday for us. The hotel was great. There is lots of food and plenty of choices. There are bars everywhere! You're not far from one wherever you sit, they actually make cocktails for you on the all inclusive package, normally it's just poured out of a container but the bar staff are brilliant and fresh cocktails made with loads of options. You have a mini bar in your room, which is all-inclusive as well. Totally don't notice the building site next door. Plus, it's nearly finished, so I won't bother you. The pools are great. the only issue is there's no shallow end for the kids. They're have to play in the baby pool. 100% recommend this place, and we have booked to go again next year

Stayed for a week all inclusive. Noticed coffee or something on the bathroom door that was there for 3 days until I cleaned it off. Had my room tidied only twice even though I put sign on door daily asking for it to be cleaned. Ran out of toilet paper and it didn't get restocked. The time they did clean, they left wet towels in the bathtub. The bed is uncomfortable & the pillows are hard. There is a tiny closet and no iron. The TV is ancient and only has 2 English channels, volume was going on the TV so it was distorted. No way to mirror from my phone to watch what I downloaded from Netflix or Prime to watch. Bring a 2 meter USB cable because the plug socket beside the bed is like 1 meter away from the bed. And couldn't charge my phone when I went for food because the card key needs to be in the slot by the door when you enter to turn on lights. The food was terrible. It was tasteless, mushy and bland. Same food every day pretty much, it was a huge dissapointment. There's a McDonalds up the road which I went to for respite. The staff were nice, but not all speak English. Hotel being built next door, but I didn't really have issues with any noise. Pool was freezing cold. The snacks were diabolical. Pizza was the 1 thing I sort of enjoyed. The beach is man made, you cannot dip your feet in the sea without climbing a ladder and the pier doesnt seem to be built. The hotel defo needs a makeover and things upgraded. I took a local bus into Kusadasi the walled city and that was fun. It only cost 1 euro. Loved the resident cats though.

We had an amazing stay ! We have stayed 7 days .. absolutely amazing staff .. room service ,restaurant staff , reception staff . everything was spot on ! Big thanks to Ehmet from restaurant to make us feel very welcomed and make sure everything was perfect ! At the Hotel you find shops, spa , haidresser many different facilities! Just wanna say big thank you to Deniz and her partner from the Boutique ( clothes store ) they were amazing ! Very helpful! And we Can not wait to visit again !!
