Unlimited dining and premium beverage service at Restaurants and Bars: *Gaia, *Tauro, *Ki Beach Bar, La Laguna, HIX Bar and Lounge, Las Olas Bar, Aqua Bar, and La Laguna pools, Beach service during operating hours. Mini Bar with soft drinks, local and imported beer, water, light snacks, and sweets are available for your enjoyment in the comfort of your room. A few specialty menu items (shown with * in the menus). Service is by the glass (bottles are not included). Includes in-room dining from 7 am to 10 pm subject to a $5 USD delivery and 15% service charge. Some outlets are subject to controlled capacity and permitted occupancy.

Traveling with children?

Lovely resort. Breakfast buffet not as expansive as most other Mexican resorts we have been to. Poolside food better than we’ve had at other resorts. Marcos was our server at the pool near the beach our entire stay and was very attentive and prompt. Kept an eye out for more desirable seats and moved us if they became available. We only dined at Tauro (we dined at rosewood and banyan tree the other 4 nights) but enjoyed it, great lamb chops! Prompt room service. Only downside which is expected once you see the location and layout of the property is mosquitoes but nothing they could do to prevent this. Bathrooms a bit dated. Will be returning!

Way way way above expectations! This wonderful resort is absolutely top notch! I feel so grateful to have found my way here. There are 10+ restaurants on the 600 acre resort property. We opted for the all inclusive. Yes its pricey. But for the quality of food, the top shelf drinks, the absolutely impeccable service, looking at you Felipe and Adlani, well its money very well spent on a vacation that is just unforgettable. The many pools are all unique and well planned to allow alot of private nooks for couples or small or larger groups. So many activities are included. So much flora and fauna, there were coati wandering around throughout the property as well as raccoons and large iguanas here and there. They have 3 cenotes and a butterfly sanctuary. Bikes everywhere to ride around the large facility and many friendly cart drivers offering rides if needed. Our Casita was closer to the main lobby and spa but there are beach Casita as well. We do not vacation alot but we are already planning next year's trip!

Each visit only deepens my appreciation for the unparalleled service, luxurious accommodations, world-class dining, and the serene beauty that makes Mayakoba truly good for the soul. The service is consistently first class. From the moment you arrive, you're made to feel not like a guest but like family. The amenities are top-tier, the culinary offerings never disappoint, and the attention to detail across the entire resort is second to none. But what keeps me coming back time and again are the people because they are the heart of Fairmont Mayakoba. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the following team members who made our most recent stay exceptional. Their dedication deserves to be recognized and rewarded by management: Luis, the ever-cheerful golf cart driver whose warm energy made each ride a joy. Iker, the knowledgeable and engaging boat captain who added so much to our lagoon experience. Arnaldo, our gracious and attentive server at Cielo, who made every cocktail feel like a celebration. Rodrigo, our butler and personal concierge who was always available, thoughtful, and several steps ahead. Fernanda Salgado, the absolute best person at Mayakoba. Her vibrant spirit, professionalism, and warmth elevated our experience beyond expectations. She is a treasure. Irving, the bellman whose friendly nature and exceptional service rival any concierge. Daniela, the lovely hostess at La Laguna who made our dinner experience seamless and memorable. Alfonso, the best bartender at Mayakoba, located in Tauro. We had the most wonderful time chatting with him over his perfect espresso martinis. Oscar, our favorite server at Hix in the lobby who is friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to see each day. To the management team: these individuals are the reason loyal guests like myself continue returning. They embody the excellence that defines Fairmont Mayakoba and should be commended for their outstanding service. After nine visits, I can confidently say that Fairmont Mayakoba is more than just a resort it’s a place of restoration, joy, and genuine hospitality. My home away from home. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The grounds are extensive and beautiful. The property is well maintained and recently underwent a major renovation. We enjoyed using the bikes to get around and exploring the other 3 hotels in the Mayakoba complex. We also enjoyed accessing the restaurants at the other hotels. Our allocated room was well appointed, modern, and spacious. We did not pay for the all-inclusive option so had to pay for breakfast which was good. We would stay at this hotel again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury but on somewhat of a budget.

We booked 5 days at Fairmont Mayakoba during off season and were blown away by our dinner experience at Tauro. Don’t sleep on making a reservation at the dinner restaurants. From the drinks and apps to the steaks and dessert, it was all exquisite. The flavors and attentive service really impressed us. We had several appetizers (black angus carpaccio, Tauro Caesar salad, crabcake, oysters) - all delicious. Our mains were the same, ribeyes and filets with several sauces, mushrooms, Mac n cheese, vegetables, and asparagus. Our spa experience was equally divine. The staff were so kind and attentive. The space was serene and well arranged. At every turn, your wants and needs were anticipated and filled. It did rain intermittently throughout our stay but we personally enjoyed the cloudy refreshing weather being from the desert.
