This was my second visit to Fairmont Mayakoba, and what a magical place to stay! Multiple pools, restaurants, bars, all amazing. The place is immaculate and gorgeous! The staff are wonderful. Shout out to Moises at the boat launch, Hezer our sailing/catamaran guide, Jonathan from the bird watching tour, Dorian from the tequila tasting class, Karen the concierge(answered so many questions and booked activities for us), Nicolas our beach server, Brian from art and wax painting class, Arnoldo from the mixology class at Cielo, Emmanuel from La cantina, Leonardo our Hix server, Israel at Tauro, and Jesus!!!! our joyful golf cart driver. (Indiana jones). Highly recommend coming here! I didn’t want to go home!

We had the best family vacation here for our 10 year wedding anniversary!! Joyce Acosta was our butler and she did an amazing job making reservations for us everyday of our trip. She gave us great suggestions. She told us about Jungala (the water park) and we LOVED that experience. Our kids ( 5 yr old daughter and 15 month old son) enjoyed the water park very much. We enjoyed the pools, the beach the lagoon ride and all the restaurants with the great views and food. We only eat Halal food as Muslims and they were able to accommodate us with halal chicken and steak as long as we gave the restaurants a few hours heads up that we will be dining there for dinner and they would have halal protein ready for us, which was AMAZING!! Its hard to get Halal food in exotic locations like this so we were impressed. Joyce would give us suggestions of where to dine every night and would arrange halal food accommodations at those restaurants! Joyce even set up a surprise gift for our kids in our room. She made a small tent and left arts and crafts things in there for them. Our daughter LOVED the surprise. If we ever go back we would definitely request Joyce as our butler again, she was EXCELLENT at her job. We loved being driven around in the golf carts everywhere! We celebrated our anniversary in the steakhouse Tauro. They had halal steak for us. Our server Leobardo was Amazing!! He was very knowledgeable about the food and what paired well with what. He was very accommodating and his service was excellent! We also got a couples massage in the Spa! Adrianna and Valeiry. They were sooo good! We left feeling very relaxed! All the staff were so friendly, so accommodating, they went out of the way to make everything convenient for us. Definitely felt like we were in our own little tropical paradise bubble! Would Highly recommend this resort for family vacation!!! It’ll be the best time.

We had an incredible stay at Fairmont Mayakoba. The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and located in one of the most spectacular settings in the Riviera Maya. One of the highlights of our trip was enjoying the many activities available, including kayaking through the waterways and a wonderful boat tour with Carlos, who made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. The bars and restaurants throughout the resort were excellent, offering great food, drinks, and service in beautiful settings. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Fairmont Mayakoba is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and nature. We can’t wait to come back!

We had Joyce Acosta & Javier as our butlers. They were so prompt, quick to help, and extremely kind... we were very well taken care of. A golf cart driver who was EXCEPTIONAL was Ramon, who remembered both of our names as guests. He was a quick friend to us! Our guacamole-maker at La Laguna was very friendly, his name was Victor, and he does his job very well. A man named Edgar and his coworker went the extra mile to figure out how to get us Sourdough bread, and so joyfully served us at our room. Lastly, a man named Angel served us inside a room when the Fuego area was getting rained on, he has worked there for 8 years I believe, and he was outstanding. Our table was not level and he cut corks to made the table stable. He treated us extremely well and kept checking in throughout dinner. He crushed it! The staff made a huge difference on the trip. They are great!

Fabulous hotel in a magic setting. You are surrounded by nature and beauty. Service was excellent, we had a fantastic week. We also had a butler service for the week as part of our room, we highly recommend it, all activities, dinners and trips were well organised without any stress, Javier and Joyce were incredible and made our stay super special! We will be coming back! 😊
