Our stay at Explorar Koh Samui was a perfect 5/5 stars! The room with a private pool was phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond, big thanks to Nat, Min Min, Aung, Andy, Win, Soe Moe, and JT. The menu was very good, and the Thai night dinner was amazing. Breakfast was incredibly versatile with so many options, and the bar by the pool was great. We truly appreciated the free airport transport and the convenience of free shuttle buses to Fisherman's Market. The tour packages were superb, including trips to Pig Island, Pink dolphins, and zipline. Plus, consistent housekeeping kept our room perfect. Highly recommend!

Love this resort...the staff there are so friendly and attentive.. There is nothing that they will not do for us. Friends feel exactly the same The bar and restaurant staff are so efficient Checking was seamless and even though we checked in at 9 am instead of 2 pm we were given a complimentary breakfast. No kids..... Fantastic. Pool amazing and if you like to swim laps it is close to 50 metres. Rooms well equipped. Great place to fly and drop

We really enjoyed our time here. The adults-only atmosphere made it feel extra peaceful, and the whole resort is set up to help you slow down. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the pizza, which we ended up ordering more than once. The staff were kind and thoughtful throughout. Plus, the co-working area with desktops and a printer was a nice surprise. It’s the kind of place where you can easily stay in for days without getting bored. Whether you’re working a bit or just relaxing by the pool, it all feels effortless.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The property was extremely clean, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The pool was a highlight — stunning, with an attached bar that made it even better. Although I didn’t personally use it, I appreciated that the resort had a dedicated working area for meetings, a great option for those blending business with leisure. Breakfast each morning was divine, offering an impressive variety of delicious options. What I loved most was the unbeatable location just steps away from the beach, along with the fact that the resort had everything we could possibly need right on-site. It made the stay even more relaxing knowing we never had to worry about anything. The fisherman village was not that far by taxi or scooter.

We have had the most wonderful time at this lovely resort and are sad to be leaving. All of the staff were very helpful and kind, shout out to Andy, Dee Dee and Joey for their attention whilst at the restaurant or bar, obviously we drank!!! Cocktails were great, wine list good and food exceptional. There is just the one restaurant but they make the most of different theme nights with different food. We were lucky to have been here for Songkram so had a fabulous thai feast that night and also the sizzling Thai night. We have had some great days out and a fab evening at the night market, however my daughter would have been happy to stay at the hotel permanently!! We also enjoyed a massage which was fantastic and would highly recommend. Some beautiful views and for those concerned about the wall at the pool, we were, it actually provides some well needed shade in the afternoon and doesn't impede any views either. Excellent resort, excellent staff and an excellent holiday!
