We stayed here in May and had a wonderful time. The staff were all fantastic, the food was amazing and was very much enjoyed every day. The rooms were good, no complaints here as they were clean and comfortable.
My only feedback would be that it needs more activities for young children, there is no park or swings so on cloudy days there wasn’t a lot they could do. Still, that was a minor complaint and it didn’t detract from the holiday.
All in all we had a lovely time, and we are grateful they were so welcoming to our 1 year old son.

Not Quite a Four-Star Experience 😒
We stayed here recently, attracted by the convenient all-inclusive packages. While there were some positives, the overall experience was underwhelming.
The reception staff seemed a bit inexperienced, and we weren’t given much information at check-in, leaving us to figure things out ourselves. Despite asking, we never received receipts for various charges, including the tourist tax, which was frustrating. 🛎️
The rooms are designed to appear modern, but in our case, the bathroom refurbishing seems incomplete, with unfinished plasterboard visible. The beds in the four rooms we've booked have sharp edges, and the narrow space around them makes it easy to accidentally bump into these cutting edges. The area under the fridge was wet, with an electric wire sitting in it—not exactly safe. The mirror frame was just tape with a wood pattern, and other details like corroded taps and old, unresponsive air-conditioning units made the room feel more like a one-star experience.
On the plus side, the food 🥗 was really good, and the dining hall staff were fantastic. The pool was great too, but it closed early at 18:00, which was disappointing, especially with an unfriendly lifeguard. The hotel didn’t offer much in terms of activities—just a few weekly events. The kids’ entertainment options, that should be included, required coins and often malfunctioned. 🎰
Lastly, the water in the room wasn’t desalinated, which is something I hadn’t encountered at other hotels in Zakynthos. It was particularly annoying for the little ones since taking a shower felt like swimming in the sea.
Overall, while there were some good aspects, the hotel didn’t quite live up to its four-star rating.

We are just leaving this hotel after a wonderful week.
The staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
The location is perfect for the beach or town.
No problem getting a sunbed or a table at meal times. Meals were all very tasty.
We stayed in room 331 & our housekeeper was amazing 👏.
Thank you all for making our holiday such a pleasure.
We will definitely be returning.

This hotel captured the essence of Greece very well. The rooms are decent for the price, the water is salty as a standard but that means it's good for the gums and skin.
The receptionists were lovely, especially the one with blond hair. The brunette... not so much! (Still tolerable though)
A special thank you to Brunilda who made the dining experience 10x better, she was excellent at her role, providing exceptional service and was always a delight to speak with.

Was expecting more from this supposedly 4 star hotel, as it's being advertised. Dining area looks a bit dated and when not in service, smells weird. Public toilets from the pool area and the ones close to reception were dirty, smelly and outdated. There are no hangers as well. The room itself is spacious but the layout is weird, the sink is on the hallway at the entrance in the room, water from the shower pours in the room. Overall quality price ratio is not worth it. The staff is very friendly and the food was good. Pool area is small.
