We went at the end of the season, this hotel was one of the last open round this way. Lovely staff and food, there was a great variety of all inclusive drinks too. 3 pools but the child one wasn’t hugely child friendly with big step in and nothing really In it. There wasn’t a lot to do for children in general but that may have been because it was end of season. The room was nice enough, the bed was very firm and the floor was incredibly slippy when wet. The beach was really close and lovely.

Stayed here April 2025. Hotel was fantastic. Great staff, all inclusive food was great, lots of variety, nothing repeated as leftovers the day after. Room was spacious and shower was great. Pool is a little small, but lovely. Would be overcrowded in peak Summer i'd expect. Entertainment was decent with Greek night, a band and karaoke.

Went to kalamaki, I will start off with the positives 1. For all inclusive guests the meal times are great my son was never hungry wait in between the meal times is probably an hour or 2 if that. 2. Breakfast lunch and dinner had something for everybody to eat 3. The staff were amazing. Just need to let them know that touching black people's hair is not appropriate, although it was only 1 of them. 1 is too much. 4. The cleaning lady was top notch. Thank you so much. Negatives 1. The room for a 4 ☆☆☆☆ i was expecting more to be honest. 2. My sons bed had screws sticking out where he hurt himself because he forgot they were there. 3. The foyer sofa was discoloured with dirt 4. WIFI was an actual pain. It was better in the reception area, when going into the rooms it was really bad. 5. The hotel seems very dated, needs a revamp. Our room toilet wall still had the name of the company where they got the material from. Lime scale is very prominent. Not 4☆☆☆☆ quality. 6. Mold on the light above the bed 7. The phone in the room didn't work. Also on the information sheet you should have what is the no. For reception. We asked reception for the no. Incase we needed it to find out the phone wasn't working in the first place. 8. Had a leak in the toilet, so after having a shower you would find water with go over into the toilet part. 9. Toilet that were in use for guests that were checking out downstairs the locks were broken on both toilet stalls. Weren't able to close the door at all to even use the toilet. 10. No hooks for towels or soap holders Currently the hotel is down as a 4* but I think they need to really fix certain things to get back there again the staff were wonderful. Going forward please speak to your staff about touching black people's hair it is very offensive great location and good service. We were there for the last week of the season before they close up and we enjoyed just could have been better. Attention to detail is paramount.

Food is ok, staff are helpful, and a short walk to the village & beach. Glass partitions between bed and toilet should never exist. There were issues with no hot water and at times a sulphur smell from the shower.

Location of hotel 5 mins from airport which is good but also not so as you can hear and see every flight taking off/landing. Hotel staff are all so friendly, helpful and give you an outstanding service. They go out of their way to make you smile. Food is of good quality and the variety on a daily basis is excellent. This is where the positive feedback ends. The hotel is definitely not worthy of 4 stars. I have been to 3 star hotels in better condition. The outside entrance is dated and sign definitely needs updating. Rooms are not child friendly nor sound proof. You can hear everything going on in the rooms above and around you which is not ideal when you have a baby and that is over a white noise machine. Sharp corners and edges everywhere so my baby was confined to the travel cot at all times. Myself and partner injured ourselves at least once daily. Ants, wasps and mosquitos everywhere. I was eaten alive on both legs and arms by mosquitoes even after applying repellent spray. Couldn't enjoy a sunbathe or a drink at the bar without being attacked by wasps. Room is cleaned to a subpar standard. Under the bed hadn't been swept for 3 days in a row. Bedding isn't changed daily neither are towels. Kettle didn't work correctly and was full of scale so had to get hot water from the restaurant to make formula milk. Shower and toilet are only separated from the room by a glass panel so no lockable door. The panel has not been installed correctly as water leaks on the floor and into the room. There is also no window or ventilation to let the steam out. Shower has no caddy to place toiletries, sink is in the room near the front door and there are no towel racks anywhere. There is nothing superior about the room apart from being slightly spacious and having an extra single bed which we could have done without as we had a travel cot as well. They have a separate kids pool which was full of debris and the bottoms tiling was chipped, lucky my 1yr old couldn't reach the bottom but I got caught on my knees a few times. Gardener was mowing the grass while people were sunbathing and this caused grass to spray onto a few people which was very disgusting.
