Antonio was working the beach like a CHAMP! Carlos was an incredible waiter at both Oregano and The Kitchen. He made excellent recommendations too ! Efrain was covering the pool like a seasoned pro! We were so impressed with the personal service. This is not an easy job. Trekking through that sand, with a tray full of drinks and a big ole smile, top notch! Service has been superior. Well highly recommend. The food has been incredible, the service phenomenal and the amenities are BEAUTIFUL!

Just Stayed at The Excellence for the week and had an incredible time with my wife. This was our first trip to Mexico and it did not disappoint! We were welcomed with champagne and a cool towel. From check in to check out we had amazing service! Ramon at the Kitchen table was so friendly and great making us feel welcome. Ivan on the beach kept drinks in our hands very helpful and friendly. Aaron at the French restaurant was wonderful in making us feel like we were the only ones there. The food was amazing and so many options. We will definitely be coming back.

This resort is the best! The service is unbelievable. Antonio on the Lazy River was a great server, fast, friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. Carlos at the kitchen table for breakfast was the best, learned my preferences after 1 meal. Armando at the front desk super helpful. I stopped in to the medic with a question and he was amazing too (and correct with his advice). Can't say enough positive things about this place. We rebook with a week of arriving home.

My wife and I had a great time! Specifically, we really enjoyed the tennis and pickleball clinics that were put on by Alexis, the tennis pro. Alexis was super fun and helpful and makes me want to go back just to see him again!
Additionally, the pool server Jorge was super kind and punctual. He was also great at communicating about the status of our food and everything.
Lastly, the omelette maker at The Kitchen named Manuel is the man. Those omelettes/breakfast tacos was probably the best meal each day!
The only negative about our stay would be that our bed was pretty hard. Might just be a preference thing, but I never slept all that great because of it.
All in all super fun trip and would definitely recommend!

Excellence hotels have always been top of class in service, amenities, and food and drink. This resort goes above and beyond that standard though. Definitely the best resort we’ve been to, and we will be back. This place does it right with plenty of seating, plenty of towels, and plenty exceptional staff members. I would recommend this place as the top adults only all inclusive. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Our main server (Javier) was phenomenal and so welcoming. Some of the late night shows at this resort are a little underwhelming, but the overall experience is an excellent time. Beach is great. It does have the standard seaweed washing ashore like the rest of Mexico, but this place rakes it up daily to keep guests comfortable and happy.
