I recently stayed here for an anniversary trip and everything was fantastic. I have been to other all inclusive resorts and this was one of the best. The food was excellent and we were lucky enough to get to be there for the Mexican Independence Day celebration which was incredible. We had amazing service as well, everyone we interacted with was so kind and really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. A few special shout outs to Omar, Riccardo, Edgar, Jesus, William and Karol at the front desk. The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained, rooms were great and we did two off resort excursions while we were there that also were fantastic (Thank you to Rosa at the excursions desk who was so helpful!). I would definitely come back to this resort!

My stay here has met and exceeded all of my expectations of an all inclusive vacation. The rooms are incredibly clean and the attention detail of every staff member is impressive.
We stayed when the weather wasn’t the best and they pivot so fast to accommodate and entertain the guest that it wasn’t even an issue. The food here will not disappoint either. Every restaurant provides a different cuisine with servers who really elevate the experience. Most notably the “Flavor Market”- our servers Fernando and Jose were great and gave the best recommendations and really made the night. Thank you Excellence Riviera for the relaxing stay!

I have stayed at a number of all inclusive resorts in Mexico and this is by far the best one I’ve stayed at yet. Many beautiful pools throughout the property and a large lazy river. The food was absolutely amazing with many restaurants to choose from in a first come first serve basis for lunch and dinner. We never even checked out the Buffett but they have one here as well. The staff is friendly and quick with service requests and just hands down wonderful people. Rooms are clean and very comfortable beds with a large shower and mini bar stocked daily. Price was reasonable and the entertainment was fun. Snorkeling gear and kayaking and ping pong and shuffleboard and so many other great activities are all included. We will consider returning considering the bed bed situation

Beautiful resort with delicious food & drinks with superior service. The grounds are meticulously taken care of and so clean. All the service staff goes above and beyond, even on the beach. We had Antonio take care of us on the beach and he was very attentive, remembering our order, greeting us each morning, suggesting food & drinks to try, advising us of special events happening later that night.... Antonio is the best! Thank you to Antonio, all the service staff and the Excellence Resort for making this a wonderful vacation! I will be back!

Excellence Riviera Cancun exceeded all expectations! The resort is stunning, and the attention to detail is remarkable. A standout experience was dining at Agave, where Jose provided exceptional service. He guided us through an amazing meal that was both delicious and beautifully presented. His warm hospitality made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking luxury and top-notch service!
