Hipolito was amazing! Super friendly, very helpful and we love coming here. Katia, Magna hostess in the morning always remembered our room numbers and allergies, Gloria in the spa has amazing hands. Darlin at the Grill was wonderful as well. Grounds are always well kept, food was good, pool service was amazing. Love this place.

We had the most amazing stay!!! This property is breathtaking and the service is incredible. We will definitely be back! There were so many people who made our stay Excellent, but a few people who went far beyond any expectation for us: Esperanza, our Imperial Suite Concierge, made sure that we always had everything we needed and took care of everything for us. She is such an asset to Excellence Resorts and we appreciated her so much! Jose from the entertainment staff made us feel special and so included and made our trip so much fun! Francis at the Magna bar was so much fun, made us feel very special AND made incredible drinks! Louis, our server at Kitchen Table and Lobster House, made our meals special and fun! Miguel Angel called us by name every single time he saw us and was beyond welcoming. He made us feel at home and so cared for. Our beach waiter, Albert, was very kind and wonderful too! Thank you to all the amazing staff and we can’t wait to return soon! ♥️

The staff was super friendly and the food was a amazing. Aroma had the best coffee of any resort I've ever been too. Michael and the entertainment team were awesome as well. A ton of fun activities and the Halloween party was absolutely great. 5 stars. Cant wait to come back!

My husband I came for a wedding, it was our first time doing an all inclusive and they have set the bar high! The resort was unbelievably clean and the staff was the friendliest we've ever experienced. The Grill was our favorite restaurant and housekeeping did a phenomenal job in our room. Robinson and Andrely stood our for their customer service for us but truly everyone was amazing. We hope to come back!

Andrely, Maria, JoyBoy and Shaggy as well as everyone else on the staff were absolutely amazing. They really try to make you feel like you're right at home. The hosted events were so much fun and the hydro massage was EVERYTHING. The food was amazing! Everything was seasoned so well. the Tomahawk at MAGMA and the food in Agave was especially delicious. 10/10 will definitely need to come back again.
