We had an amazing experience at Excellence Punta Cana… The weather was amazing, we had some delicious food, and drinks too! Juan Carlos was AMAZING. Such a nice, friendly man… he was always willing to help with anything we needed and always had a big smile. He alone made the trip feel special! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This is my 5th time at the Excellence Punta Cana. I am already looking to book my 6th. The service is far and above any resort I've been to. We booked a club room in building 5. While my favorite pool to sit at is the Cadcade pool for the tranquility, I spent the whole week at the other club pool because I absolutely love Hendriux. He makes every single encounter feel like we're his family. Hes always happy, smiling and ready to give a hug. On our last day I insisted we get up early just so we could see him. He makes our stay truly phenomenal. This was also the first trip where we participated in the afternoon crafts. They were so fun and well organized. Every day was different and now I have a whole collection of adorable crafts to line my home with while we wait to come back again. Huge shout out to Digdnora at the craft station because she was beyond helpful and patient with everyone.

This resort is so great! Juan Carlos at the beach was amazing. He made sure we always had a great spot on the beach. I also enjoyed Bernardino at the poker table. He made the game super fun. Soloman at the Grill was great too. My wine glass was never empty!

This was our first time in Punta Cana. Second time at an Excellence Resort. We chose a junior suite this go around. Excellence is a great brand that cares about cleanliness, hospitality, and guests having a great vacation. The bed was very comfortable. We had wonderful servers. We ate at all the restaurants except the French (we tried this one in Cancun but had a slightly different menu in PC). Our favorite was Spice. Our favorite bar was the martini bar at night and the swim up bar during the day. Aroma was by far the best! Went there multiple times a day. Katty was the best barista and made my morning each day with her smile. We tried the spa here and had a great experience. Overall this resort is well worth the price paid. We woke up in paradise every day. Thanks for another great vacation, Excellence!

I had an incredible stay in Punta Cana! Juan Carlos was an outstanding host, kind, courteous, and always attentive. From first thing in the morning and throughout the day , he made sure everything was smooth and comfortable. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and really added a personal touch to the whole experience. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely caring and professional. Thanks to Juan Carlos, my stay was truly memorable!
