We planned a friends vacation from December 1st till 10th. We had an amazing trip. We have been to this resort 2 previous years but we decided to do the Excellence Club this time and we absolutely loved it. The private pools, cascade pool was by far our favourite we meet so many great people. Let’s talk about the amazing staff at this resort they are so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Let’s name a few from the moment you get out of your private seasons car to the bellhop guys Miguel, Hipolito|, Joan taking you to the Excellence Club Concierge we were checked in by Randy and recognized as soon as we walked in make you feel kinda special honestly. Roseangela at the Cascade pool she was amazing went above and beyond to make sure we were always hydrated by keeping the drinks flowing and not to mention she made the best drinks. Karmen the server in the evenings at the stage hall we have become very close I meet her the first year we came in 2023 and friends with her on social media. We love Karmen ❤️. The staff at Aroma were also so friendly I didn’t get her name but she worked the evenings and I would go down for my evening ice cream and she was so friendly and anytime she would see me she would come over to say hello. We love that about this resort. Roberta and Erbin in the hosts at the Kitchen table are always so willing to help out with all your needs. They treat you like family all the staff do. We love this resort so much and we can’t wait to return again in 2026. We are so happy that we have become part of the Excellence Famila ❤️

Celebrated a milestone birthday at Excellence Punta Cana. It was a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and incredibly clean. All of the staff were fantastic. It was especially nice when staff recognized you and members of your party whenever you visited the different restaurants, attended events, or was just walking around or lounging. That was a welcoming touch. Want to give a special thanks to Bar Sol staff who were all great especially Johnkerlin who went above and beyond making sure we had amazing drinks and more at all times. Johnkerlin is an excellent member of the staff. Kendry is an amazing bartender! Fray was a waiter we had the pleasure of dining with at the Kitchen Table and Spice several times. I will definitely return to this lovely resort.

My wife and I stayed here for our return stay following our wedding in January. As always the people were very nice and most of the staff go out of there way to talk with you and make sure you have everything you need. There are plenty of options for food for breakfast and dinner, lunches are a little slower for options. We spent most of our time out by the ocean where we met Bienvinedo, Juan Carlos, and Danilo who were our main servers on the beach and did an amazing job with service but also just good company to have around to hang around and talk with! Most nights we spent at the Excellence club lounge where we met Francis and Hector. If you like espresso martinis or dirty martinis these two make one of if not the best I’ve had not only at excellence but anywhere. We Wish we had gone there more for our previous stays! Our house keeping for the room was on there A game as well always tidying our room and leaving little towel swans. We also would like to give special mention to Vidal- Spice, Plata-Magna, Abel at the sports bar, and Yoser - bell hop All the staff was great but these guys really go out of their way to do an exceptional job. Lastly we can’t forget about our favorite server for 3 consecutive stays that seemed to have the food on the table and the drinks filled before we had time to ask for it… MANAURI at the lobster house. Can’t wait for our next time here and thank you to all the staff for everything during our stay.

The attention to detail was incredible! I have to say I've been to a good amount of all inclusive properties in the Caribbean and I've never been to one that didn't have one thing for me to critique. The food was amazing I actually enjoyed every meal I had, the property is very well kept and the staff!!! Top notch! The staff at every restaurant should be proud of themselves and deserve major kudos. A big shout out to Joan at the Las Olas Beach bar and Michael from the entertainment team for making us feel like family!

We recommend doing the monkey excursion at the very least. We did zip lining, monkeys, and buggy's. Zip lining is always fun. Monkeys were amazing, and buggy's were cool if you like sight seeing. Also get a massage! They have very strong hands but I wasn't sore afterwards. They are great at their jobs. Service was hit or miss. Depends on the restaurant and time of day. Las Olas never had great service. We did have great service at Oregano every time. The food was not cooked correctly at the steakhouse. The lobster house and french restaurant were delicious. The coffee is delicious and martinis are strong. Coco locos are dangerous! You likely won't be able to swim in the ocean much. The location where this resort is has some rough waves, and it's slightly more tame at the Club area of the beach, but still can't go out and float. I still enjoyed relaxing in the shade with the waves in the background. Lots of people trying to sell stuff (house keeping sold us bracelets and keychains, excursion people trying to get you to book a trip, etc...) and even though we tipped frequently, I feel like it didn't pay off for the service we got. All in all, it was a great experience. We were supposed to go to Jamaica Couples Resort until the hurricane hit. This was a good backup. Very clean and updated furniture.
