Highly recommend this resort! My husband and I got married on the beach and I cannot say enough great things about Yessica, our wedding coordinator and the entire wedding department staff. From start to finish the wedding ran smoothly and was absolutely everything we could have asked for. We also spent our honeymoon here. From rooms, staff, food and excursions it was the best trip! All staff is incredible and super accommodating, Ted at the excursions, Miguel at the front facilitating transportation, Lisandro at the bar, everyone at the front desk and many many more! We would definitely return!

Had an excellent time staying here with my 11 other family members for vacation. The service was exceptional, and we found most employees went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. (employees will never pass you without a friendly greeting) Overall food and drinks were the best I’ve ever experienced within an all inclusive resort. The excellence club offered us lots of private areas for our large groups to hangout without being crowded. The beach was beautiful and clean, and the pools were great if you got too hot! We had excellent service from Johnathan for our dinner reservations and meals, Danilo for great service in drinks for our large group at the beach, and Adan for going above and beyond to make our breakfast experience unforgettable. (There were many other employees that were also great.) Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend a stay to others

This resort is absolutely phenomenal!! Everything is incredibly clean and the staff is so kind. We were pampered the entire week and cannot wait to come back! Truly the best vacation of our lives. Hipolito got our bags and was wonderful! Bienvenido and Jose were so much fun and helpful the entire time! I cannot recommend Exellence Punta Cana enough!!!

We went to Excellence Punta Cana for my bday and had a fabulous time!! The guest service was exceptional; everyone was so friendly and helpful no matter where you were. Jesus set up a beautiful birthday surprise on the beach and was extremely kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Edwin from room service was also super helpful and made sure we had an excellent time. I would definitely recommend the resort for a relaxing get away. You will not be disappointed by the amazing staff!!

We had the most amazing stay!!! This property is breathtaking and the service is incredible. We will definitely be back! There were so many people who made our stay Excellent, but a few people who went far beyond any expectation for us: Esperanza, our Imperial Suite Concierge, made sure that we always had everything we needed and took care of everything for us. She is such an asset to Excellence Resorts and we appreciated her so much! Jose from the entertainment staff made us feel special and so included and made our trip so much fun! Francis at the Magna bar was so much fun, made us feel very special AND made incredible drinks! Louis, our server at Kitchen Table and Lobster House, made our meals special and fun! Miguel Angel called us by name every single time he saw us and was beyond welcoming. He made us feel at home and so cared for. Our beach waiter, Albert, was very kind and wonderful too! Thank you to all the amazing staff and we can’t wait to return soon! ♥️
