Everyone was so kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay Wilson at the front desk was kind and happy to assist in anyway. Chantal that was our hostess most of the time was always smiling and nice. The waiter Elias that tends to you at the pool for drinks was the sweetest most attentive waiter my entire stay. Danilo who was my bartender at the sports and martini bar made me the best margaritas, I kept going back for more. Ignacio, shaggy and all the other managers were always happy to assist and help in any way. An amazing resort to relax and enjoy the sun while being catered to. The place is splendid. I loved my stay.

We had a great time. The service was great! Yoser was great when we checked in and checked out! Elias, Lisandro and Hector were fantastic by the pool and at the bar!!! The Palms Bar is absolutely fantastic. The drinks are delicious and the service is wonderful. We love love LOVED Bienvendo, Hendruix, Juan Carlo, Albert, Joan, and Nayeli. Our room was super clean upon arrival, possibly the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. I got the 50 minute Swedish Massage and have never been so relaxed in my life. Everyone has been extremely accommodating and so nice about any special requests our family had. I would highly highly recommend Excellence Punta Cana for a truly relaxing time!

The best item about Excellence is the people. All of them, and I mean all of them, are friendly, attentive and good at their jobs. The grounds were beautifully kept. The beach was clean. The food was excellent. The drinks were very tasty and ample sized. The only issue was our room hot water was sporatic the first two days. Other than that, we loved it. We will be back.

If you're sitting there debating which Punta Cana resort to book for a romantic getaway, go ahead and pull the tigger on Excellence Punta Cana. This resort literally teleports you into a blissful bubble of paradise, the exact kind of vibe needed for a romantic vacation. From the moment you pull up, staff are genuinely excited to greet you. It truly feels like the workers love working at this place, and many have been employed there for years. The rooms are immaculate and the scenery with lush greenery and tropical blue waters pulls the entire atmosphere together. It's worth it to splurge on the Excellence Club upgrade for access to Magna restaurant and access to the back waterfall pool. Every time you're in a lounger, the staff is asking how they can help, what they can bring you, etc. Every time you call the front desk for something, your needs are taken care of in under 10 minutes. Services at the spa are also worth a splurge, the massage and hydrotherapy session we had there was spectacular. They also offer poolside foot massages. Please know this is absolutely not a party resort and "nightlife" is tame, consisting of an amazing variety of performances each night at 9:30PM. Keep in mind there is no nightclub and the pool during the day is not rowdy at all, which was perfect for what we were looking for. When it's finally time to check-out, you'll be so sad to pull away and go back to reality. We can't wait to return!
