Kendry the Bartender Made Our Stay Amazing! We had the pleasure of meeting Kendry, the bartender at The Excellent Punta Cana, and he truly made our vacation unforgettable! His cocktails were absolutely delicious, and he always crafted them with care and a big smile. Kendry’s energy and friendliness made every evening at the bar a highlight of our trip. He took the time to remember our favorite drinks and even suggested new ones we loved. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everyone had a great time was so impressive. Thank you, Kendry, for making our stay so enjoyable! If you’re at The Excellent Punta Cana, don’t miss the chance to visit Kendry at the bar—you won’t be disappointed!

We had the absolute best time at Excellence in Punta Cana! All of the staff was so kind and intentional with our stay. Some names worth mentioning, Miguel Ramirez our concierge took care of absolutely everything we needed and wanted on this trip from booking every dinner reservation to setting up transportation for our scuba diving excursion. He was INCREDIBLE. Next, Adan our primary server for dinner made us feel so very special each night we dined with him taking care of us, wonderful hospitality. Raphael our waiter for our romantic beach dinner was exceptional. And last but certainly not least Hendrix our wonderful poolside waiter at the Excellence club pool. He was the best, not only providing us was wonderful service but with a smile and laugh with every conversation!

We can’t say enough great things about Francis at the Excellence Club bar — he is truly a phenomenal bartender and an absolute highlight of our stay. From the moment we met him, Francis brought unmatched energy, professionalism, and warmth to every interaction. I had a great time at Excellence Punta Cana. Staff is very attentive. Michael was very helpful upon arrival and remembered my name when I was leaving. Iris looked out for me at breakfast at the Kitchen every morning. The staff is what makes this place amazing. It’s quiet and the perfect retreat for couples and solo trips. Only downside is that there is a bit of a wait for the restaurants and they do not have buffet at nights. Overall, just what I needed so 8/10.
