This resort is top notch!! The resort workers are phenomenal! We had a few drinks mix up at multiple bars at this resort but we found one who was exceptional, his name was Juan! We love our Mango Tango blended drinks! The rooms are beautiful, we had a terrace rooftop room with our own pool.. the beach is great! Sand is smooth ad can be! Water warm, waves get a little crazy at times but had fun! We have stayed at other 5 star resorts and this one is def top on our list.. will plan to return in the future! Food was good as well.

Amazing experience at the Excellence Punta Cana. The staff was very welcoming, the facilities very clean and well kept. The excellence club beach service was great. Special shout out to Wilson and Albert at the Palms bar. Their service was 10/10. Overall, we are very happy we chose this resort for an all inclusive tropical vacation

We had a great stay at the resort. Weather, location, everything was beautiful and we did not want to leave. We also enjoyed the activities and evening entertainment as there was always something going on. Sometimes the service in restaurants, especially the buffet, was lacking, as we’d have to wait a longer for drinks/to be waited on. This wasn’t always the case but it was frustrating when it did occur. Dinner service was almost always wonderful though.
The rest of the service was great. The staff was always very helpful and we are especially grateful to Santos for welcoming us and assisting with check out.

My husband and I had the most FABULOUS time at Excellence Punta Cana to celebrate our honeymoon. All of the staff provided absolutely phenomenal service and tended to our every need. Pool side at the Excellence club, Nayeli at Palms Bar was the best, making a killer cucumber martini! Our concierge, Anabel, helped make our stay extra special with reservations and a romantic beach dinner. We could not recommend Excellence more to those looking for a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience in paradise. They told us when we arrived and it is true, this likely will not be our last stay here. Thank you!!

Excellence Punta Cana was the amazing getaway that we needed so badly. The excellence club upgrade is well worth it for the extra access you have to another restaurant, lounge, and premier access to a nicer beach section and 2 extra lovely pools. On top of these amenities, the place is immaculately clean, free of any pests, and has amazing views. The staff is so friendly and attentive, but special shout outs to Nayeli who attended to our every need at the pool and Gustavo who makes an amazing drink and was a pleasure to converse with. We'll definitely return.
