We had an incredible week at Excellence Punta Cana to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and we would love to return in the future! The resort itself is beautiful with a long stretch of beach with golden, smooth sand, beautiful grounds, and great pools. The food was a highlight, and we enjoyed all of it. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from, along with a cute coffee/gelato shop. I'm not a buffet person typically, but I even enjoyed the buffet! Reservations are not needed, and that was actually very nice-- we never had to wait long. Drinks were awesome-- my favorite was the Coco Loco, but I liked pretty much everything we tried. We stayed at the club level, and I highly recommend that upgrade. The club bar and restaurant are very nice, and the club pool and beach are worth it. We found great spots on the beach and by the pool, without issue. The staff at this resort are truly exceptional, and the customer service sets this experience apart from competitors-- shout out to Francis, Yessica, Bienvenido, Angel, Erbin, Ezekiel, Hendricks, Einstein, Edwin, and many others for excellent service and warm hospitality. In addition, the housekeeping staff was some of the best we've experienced, and our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the club level pool and the ocean. The overall vibe of the resort is chill and friendly-- we met some wonderful people who we enjoyed getting to know across our week there. It was a very memorable week!

We are just leaving after our third trip here. The service is wonderful. Staff went out of their way to make our stay so relaxing and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The property overall is very well cared for, beautiful foliage and comfortable seating throughout the resort. The tomahawk steak at Magna was excellent. We also enjoyed breakfast buffet at The Kitchen Table. Margaritas at Agave were delicious as well. I had the pleasure of going to the spa here as well. Ruth gave me one of the best massages and facial I’ve had. If you book with her you will not be disappointed. We will certainly be back.

Rieson and Juan Carlos are the reason people choose all-inclusive resorts. The entire staff at Excellence Punta Cana is incredibly kind, upbeat, and genuinely happy to be there, but Rieson and Juan Carlos went completely above and beyond for my girlfriend and me. Their energy, humor, and attention made us feel welcomed every single day, not just like guests but like people they truly cared about taking care of. I sincerely hope their manager sees this, because they are a huge part of what makes Excellence so special. On top of that, the food was consistently very good and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. We never once felt crowded, never waited for a table, and never had to stand around for a drink. Everything felt smooth, relaxed, and effortless — exactly what you hope for when booking an all-inclusive. This resort exceeded our expectations, and the staff is what truly sets it apart.

This all-inclusive resort was an absolute BLAST! From day drinks to night vibes, it delivered nonstop fun, flawless service, and zero complaints. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Major shoutout to Erika and Kendry at the Sol Bar 🍹 these two kept the drinks flowing, the laughs coming, and the energy high. Love how they remembered exactly what our group wanted to drink! Hands down some of the best bartenders we’ve ever had on vacation! Yinauary at the Prelude Bar was just as amazing—so friendly, fun, and took great care of us. Martinis were nightly must for our group and Ramon knows how to make em! And let’s talk entertainment… Joyboy and Miguel understood the assignment 👏 Their energy was contagious, the games were hilarious (big fans of the bingo and diving for dominoes) and they made every event something to look forward to. Whether you wanted to join in or just enjoy the show, they made it FUN. They turned random moments into core vacation memories and had everyone laughing, dancing, and fully committed. It was Pandas first few shifts but we can tell he’s going to be a good time too! Perfect mix of relaxation, party, and top-tier service. If you’re thinking about booking—DO IT. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We just returned from the most amazing stay at Excellence Punta Cana. I felt compelled to leave a review because the service was out of this world. Erika and Kendry from the Sol Bar made sure our group had the most amazing time and took such great care of us all week, we had a blast with them and are so grateful. Yinauary from the prelude was so fantastic and sweet. At night, Ramon from the martini bar was wonderful as well. And lastly, we were so grateful to Joyboy and Miguel for all of their energy and the fun they brought to all of the events everyday. Everyone was so great and made our stay unforgettable, thank you so much for the best trip!
