If you're thinking about visiting the exclusive beach area, let me tell you, you won't regret it. Alejandro , the concierges, provided first-class service, making me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived. His warm demeanor, quick responses, and genuine care for every detail ensured my stay was flawless.
As for Lucy the waitress, she was a ray of sunshine at every day!
Her impeccable attention to detail, friendly service, and delightful personality turned every dining experience into a highlight of my trip. Both Alejandro and Lucy went above and beyond, making my stay nothing short of exceptional. Bravo to the team! 🌟

The staff was the most professional & super attentive. Someone always handing out cold waters at all times which was great & appreciated.
Beautiful stained glass ceiling that had the just the right touch of elegance that really made the place feel upscale. The whole place smelled clean & they have everything you would need, literally…. A pillow selection in the app…. Well done.
Also shout out to Charlie & Caesar, my two favorite staff members that went above & beyond during our stay! Such good people work here

There are tons of great eats on the Resort but the staff at the Lobster House were so welcoming. Noemi and Enrique took great care of us. From providing great service to sitting us at tables with a beautiful view they took care of all of our needs.

We had excellent service in the excellence club beach area. Cesar and Alejandro at concierge will take wonderful care of you, help you find and set up a seat, get you towels - water - champagne - anything you need really. Heydi was a superb and attentive waitress. Kept our favorite drinks coming! A great trip. Highly recommend!

This was our 10th visit and it did not disappoint. Cesar at Martini Bar is like family and keeps the drinks and show flowing. He’s a treasure to this resort. It is great to see bartender Sergio too - always a smile and desire to please.
During our visit there was the threat of Hurricane Milton impacting the resort. Thankfully we were missed but it was incredible to watch the Excellence team button down the resort and then put it back together the next morning. A true feat and required the entire team. Thank you management for showing true leadership and rolling up your sleeves to work alongside your team.
