The staff was the most professional & super attentive. Someone always handing out cold waters at all times which was great & appreciated.
Beautiful stained glass ceiling that had the just the right touch of elegance that really made the place feel upscale. The whole place smelled clean & they have everything you would need, literally…. A pillow selection in the app…. Well done.
Also shout out to Charlie & Caesar, my two favorite staff members that went above & beyond during our stay! Such good people work here

Yeudiel provides great service at the excellence club pool! He took great care of us and made us feel so special on our honeymoon. Made us cute drinks in coconuts and even made some sand art personalized for us on a beach chair. So thoughtful! Plus, Herman was great at serving us lunch poolside. We would greatly recommend!!
We also had a great romantic dinner on the beach as part of the honeymoon package. Service and food was amazing!

This by far has been the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The service, attentiveness, detail oriented, and cleanliness of the resort is extraordinary!! I couldn’t be more grateful for everybody here who made my birthday trip incredibly special!! They are true professionals!! So many delicious restaurants, especially, (The Lobster House), so many activities to do, and they truly make you feel like a million bucks here with their incredible service not to mention the amazing room service/house keeping. I will definitely be coming back.

I might not be able to run out of positive things to stay about this resort. The staff are all so kind, welcoming and most of all fun! The activities are a blast and they really go out of their way to encourage fun. I highly recommend getting the excellence club (faster check in, a really great restaurant)
The one downfall would be the food at some restaurants but that won’t stop me from returning. Get a swim up room and come relax. I can’t wait to return!
A special shout out to Alberto and Charlie. They both really know how to make friends with the guests and have a great time. Also, don’t miss the aqua fun class—it was my absolute favorite!

The Excellence Club is well worth the fee! The concierge service is great, Alejandro Tosca was amazing, easy to talk to and helped us out all week. Great guy who deserves a raise for sure!!! I would ask for him by name if I were you.
