My wife, friends, and I had a great week at Excellence Playa Mujeres. The beaches were lovely, each pool had something different to offer, and the restaurants, drinks, and entertainment were top tier. A phenomenal staff is what makes for a great all-inclusive resort. Armando at the front desk and Fernando as our resort concierge took great care of all of us and helped several times throughout our trip. Jullybed was our beach concierge all week and she is simply the best. She was full of special surprises all week and made us several pieces of beautiful sand art. She was very engaging and friendly. Alberto on beach kept things fun and was always bringing us great drinks and food. Alejandro on the beach also provided us exceptional service on our last day. Lastly, we really enjoyed our time with Cesar at the martini bar. He is a fantastic bartender and one of the hardest workers we have ever seen! He was always happy to serve us and brought us so many creative and delicious drinks!

Jullybed was the most amazing concierge on the beach! She kept us hydrated by bringing us waters before we even asked as well as fresh fruit skewers. She checked on us frequently, kept the area clean and has the best personality. She was creating gorgeous sand art for everyone celebrating special occasions all day. We can’t wait to come back and see her tomorrow! Manuela was an excellent server, gave us refills before we even asked and checked on us frequently. She even found a Coke in a can for me as a special request. Best beach service ever!

We decided to upgrade to the excellence club and we were blown away by the amazing staff, service, and food!
We became fast friends with the staff who were incredibly welcoming and friendly !
Josue, David, Oscar, Fernanda, and Floricel were all incredible!
They took great care of us, and made every day special.
The restaurants and entertainment were top notch. There was always something fun to do and a variety of activities.
We will definitely be making this resort a yearly tradition!

Great resort and even better staff. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make your stay in paradise customized to your liking! Lucy was working on the beach the days we were there, and she was beyond amazing with serving us. Great food and the restaurants were good about dealing with some food allergies my wife and I have as well, which can be something that easily would have made our stay less enjoyable had they not been able to accommodate. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious rooms, and a plethora of amenities that catered to our every need.
What truly made our experience unforgettable was our concierge and friendly employees, Fernanda, Josue, and Luis. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was making dining reservations, arranging activities, or simply offering a friendly smile and helpful advice, their dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. They are excellent representatives of the property and exemplifies top-notch hospitality.
