Although is an old hotel, the maintenance is still good, clean and has new painting on the building. The Casino is a big one, you may get lost for the first time come to here especially when you get off in carpark and go to check-in, anyway, the direction signal is clear enough for all guests. A friendly tips for the one come to Las Vegas, Saturday & Sunday’s room price is extremely expensive. Weekday is at the good price. Excalibur’s Resort fee is US50+tax, Carpark fee is US20/ day. 1 night room fee on Monday in April 2025 is around US20+tax. Hotel Deposit is US75/night-put as pending on credit card. Recommend you to use MGM apps to check-in to save for waiting check-in time and here can use apps’ digital key to open the room (as no need physical key-so no need return key to hotel). Hope all this information is good for you. The strip is a long street, first time come to stay in Excalibur is good to have a look for Luxor & New York New York Hotel and enjoy Shack stack in NYNY (definitely is a good choice). For see free enjoyment for Bellligiao botanical garden & water dancing show then you better to stay the hotel at there. Because the walking distance is quite far away, you may take 40 minutes from Excalibur to Bellagiao Hotel (Apr weather is still fine to have a walk but if Summer time start from May, you may prefer stay in hotel at day time). Bus will costs you US6 for 2 hours in Strip.

For the price (which was incredible for a conference), a nice bed, clean room, basic amenities, and a view. Easy access to the strip and other hotels / casinos. If you get to choose, the resort tower rooms 240 onwards on each floor face east and you have a sunrise every morning. Avoid morning breakfast coffee queues and rush with the conveniently located café by the elevators. Checkin and checkout was automated and there were no queues. Late checkout was a reasonable 40 dollars and avoided the luggage storage at the conference and hotel.

I love this hotel for the comps. Thank you for comping my rooms almost every time for years! Please comp more bigger brand name hotels with the MGM plan so we can have fun at other places too. I see the rooms have been renovated, thank you for that, they are pretty basic now. I would love complimentary robes instead of towels that are too small. I also would love hair conditioner instead of a combo shampoo conditioner it's too drying. I didn't see bar soap, which is awesome; less waste! I would appreciate a better location on plugs to type on my computer with better ease. There were no microwaves or fridges or any free water. All things that are helpful when traveling. But, I still really enjoy staying here. Online check in is awesome or app check in but after a certain time you can't check in online any more if you fly in at midnight, if I didn't walk up to the front desk to ask I would have been waiting around until 2 am. I also appreciated the front desk person helping me with benefits as I was checking in the room I tried to reserve was no longer available so she helped me with another feature I had chosen.

Very good for kids! The dinner at the Tournament of Kings is a fantastic experience. This hotel has the best Arcade zone for kids with large variety of games. But the restaurant options are not as good as the nearby New York New York or MGM. We ate twice at America (for breakfast and late dinner). The only downside is the very strong smell of cigarettes at the ground floor and no free parking for hotel guests. Resort fee should not be charged during the low season.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Excalibur. They have good service and offered baggage storage which was very helpful especially with my red eye flight. The location was perfect as it was south of the strip; not too far from the middle. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This says a lot as I am a very picky person when it comes to hotel rooms.
