Booked through chase travel. Checked in with mgm app, marked in the app that I didn't want room cleaning during my stay (with the option to call if I wanted to request service at any time). I used my phone for my room key, parking places and elevator access so I never spoke with any staff my entire visit. Room was clean. I felt comfortable. They had us on the 7th floor, it was a decently nice spot of the hotel. We had a small view of the castle tops and courtyard of the hotel. The casino was pleasant, we enjoyed the bars during our stay. The location was perfect, we were central to Luxor and new York new York both having sky bridge access. The tram was a nice surprise, allowing us to travel quickly between several casinos. The entire trip was a blast. I would go again. I would recommend, even to family with kids. This hotel was tame and family friendly with arcades and shows and plenty to do for the whole family of all ages.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay at Excalibur! I had a great experience at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino during my recent trip to Las Vegas. The castle-themed property has unbelievable character and sets the tone for fun the moment you walk in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night after a long day on the Strip. I also loved the convenience of having so many dining options right on site — from quick bites to sit-down meals, it all hit the spot. The casino floor was lively and offered a great variety of games without feeling overwhelmingly crowded. I appreciated the energy and easy access to both slots and table games. Location can’t be beat — right on the Strip and close to other resorts, shows, and attractions. Whether you’re here for nightlife, gambling, or just exploring Vegas, Excalibur is a solid choice with great value. Would definitely stay again!

The room was fine as hotel rooms go. Perfectly functional, but nothing exceptional about them either. It had a shower but no bath tub. It had a hair dryer and ironing board and iron available. It had no valet and no bell service, which made getting to my room a challenge since I had two bags and a backpack. And the parking garage is NOT conveniently located. And parking isn't free but they did include it because I asked about it. They have food that's open late and it's a food court. If you're traveling light then this is perfectly fine, but if you bring a lot of luggage be prepared for a mighty schlep. It's a fine value hotel.

I got two rooms one with one king size and another with two queen beds. To start they charge extra to have the rooms connected to each other the reason I got them connected is because I have kids. Good that I got two rooms because the room with the king size bed the shower was clog so we end up using only one bathroom. The first day the housekeeper come to do the cleaning she didn’t even do one of the beds in the second room. The next day the same room wasn’t clean at all. The day before we left we call to let the front desk the shower was clogged and they send a plumber and he told us u had a big ball of hair in the drain like if we leave there. Also he left a big mess and I didn’t clean it or bother to let the housekeeper to come and clean it. Last but not least I forgot a small pillow in the room since we check out early from the one bed room and just keep the two bed room to do a late check. So when we went back to get our things from the second room all of the sudden we he pillow had disappeared and I went to asked him he lost and found and the housekeeper didn’t turn in nothing but all of the sudden when I went to asked her she had just left her cleaning cart outside of a room and was gone and no one knew where she was. If it was the guest who took something the hotel immediately charge for it but when it’s the guest claiming something no one knows anything. And the front desk and the lost and found just give u the round a round sending you from one place to another. Last but not least the room are so dusty and the windows are not noise prove. You hear so much noise specially at night.

Our check in was great, super easy. We had 1 little glitch and Kathy helped us fix it quickly. She was knowledgeable and immediately knew what the issue was. We were able to activate our own key cards at the kiosk, which was so easy and fast. Our room was large and clean. It was at the end of the hall, so it had a cute little alcove with a desk. It was very quiet on our floor. The bed was comfy and had a nice thick comforter and feather pillows. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. It is towards the end of the strip but there are alot of ships and restaurants within a short walking distance. The staff are very nice and polite.
