Amazing hotel! The location is like paradise on earth, the staff so friendly and competent, the facilities and amenities amazing. Real value for money. Thank you for this amazing summer vacation resort!

Had a great week here. Most the receptionist very helpful. O ly one guy (bigger build) not helpful at all and even rude, and looking like he would rather be anywhere else. He just told us 'we dont coroporate with the ferry, look online, or go walk to ferry and look yourself' i noticed the people infeont of me he was also quite rude to too. Went the next day to ask the same info (ferry times) and the ladies were again very helpful and printed the schedule for me. Bar staff all friendly. People clearing plates and glasses also very nice. We never had problem finding sunbeds by the beach or by the pool. Food in the restaurant is good and varied. Of course some food is repetitive, but enough rotation, then even as a vegetarian I could have new options each meal. Cleaners also nice and friendly. We were missing towels when we arrived and missed a towel after one of the cleanings. But after speaking to reception it was quickly solved. Windy area, but the pool area is well set up, so you don't feel the wind much. For me the biggest let down was the scheduled entertainment. It could just be because it was the end of the season. But it wasn't completely clear where evens would be taking place. Went to do the water polo, but noone there (wasn't sure if cancelled or very late). Evening was also not entirely clear if stuff was cancelled or just running late. When there was entertainment provided by an outside source, the hotel entertainers were drinking with guests instead of also taking part in the entertainment. The entertainment didn't always match up to what was written on the board. This 'issue'wasnt a big problem for us, and maybe it's different in the main season.

Hotel was gorgeous but dated. Everything immaculate spotless. Food was fresh no just topping up. Service was highly recommended the staff were so nice

Breakfast left A LOT to be desired. Plentiful but pretty gross and uninspiring. Mass tourism hotspot - if you want to holiday with the masses - come here. Rooms tidy. Service from staff was odd ..... Just an odd place.

The Hotel was amazing, good Service, we had a nice room, the complex looked nice and is quite big. Breakfast, Luch and Dinnerwas often quite repetitive but good. The Beach is quite wild with big rocks and stones in the ocean, its recommended to be careful snd use shoes but the beach chairs where free. For better beach, shopping snd restaurants its recommended to go to mastichari just 15 mins along the beach or € 9 and couple minutes with a Taxi. About 20 mins with taxi across to the eastside in Kalimari theres a good beach with restaurants too. Theres a small shop just outside the hotel for souvenirs and holiday needs too. Thanks for the good stay, was nice there.
