Excellent location of the hotel, cca 10 minutes drive from airport, 20 minutes to Kos town. Quiet area near Mastichari village. Beautiful gardens for walking, the hotel has few buildings around so it's quite big. 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach, depends which room you are staying in. 20 minutes walking path around the beach to the village centre, definitely don't miss out. Great food, lots of options for meat eaters or vegetarian, pasta dishes, plenty of fruit, ice-cream and baklava. Great selection of all inclusive cocktails, fantastic wine. The Italian restaurant upstairs is very beautiful and quiet if you get fed up of children running around, definitely book in. It offers only limited food, but still you wouldn't be hungry. Only one meat option, couple of pasta dishes, salad and pizza. Not really Italian, dishes are the same as in the main restaurant. Big shout out to the staff, they are amazing, hard working people. The only downside was checking in which took ages, they really needed to improve that because after a long journey, I just wanted to get into my room asap, and not filling up the online checking form. The reception staff wasn't really helpful or cheerful.

I’ll be honest, at first I wasn’t impressed with the hotel. We got the worst imaginable room for a couple that wants some quiet time - we got a place just next to the stage and the pool - noise all the day and loud music in the night. Fortunately thanks to very understanding and helpful manager we got transferred to calmest part of the campus with no problems. From that day we really enjoyed our stay and got test we needed. Food and drinks are good value for money, nothing to complain about, rooms are clean, beach is nice and overall experience is quite pleasant.

I loved my experience here! It was my partners birthday and the hotel kindly decorated the room with balloons, banner, flowers, petals and a bottle of wine! Very kind of them. The room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach. The location is perfect too, very close to the airport. At the hotel there’s also a beach, if you walk along the beach for 20minutes you will get to Mastichari a lovely little town with lots of restaurants and bars all on the beach. In front of the hotel there’s a shop that sells souvenirs, snacks alcohol drinks etc. I can only speak on the breakfast buffet as I didn’t get all inclusive but there was a HUGE spread of food, something for everyone. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and attentive. I’m shocked at the bad reviews and encourage you to go ahead and just book. Ignore the bad reviews as this worried me prior to leaving, but I am so glad i stayed here.

Overall great hotel, had ants in our room but housekeeping sorted it out. Very disappointed with Italian themed restaurant, it was awful. Great beachfront location and friendly staff in reception. Bar staff slow and not very happy but I guess they are overworked. Massive pool area but not enough sunbeds. Our room was quiet and we slept well.

Beautiful location, clean, lovely food and friendly staff Spent a week at the beginning of the season ...they were a bit short of staff to start with but this improved towards the end of the week.
