I had a pleasant stay at your hotel with my husband and our two children (aged 3 and 6). Here are the positive points: Well-maintained and clean resort The hotel was not overcrowded Evening entertainment Poolside drink and food service directly to the sun loungers Here are the negative points: The buffet was very monotonous and lacked variety, mostly serving winter dishes (pasta gratin, vegetable gratin, stews, etc.). The food should be adapted to the season. When the choice is limited, what is offered must be perfectly executed. Unfortunately, the meat and fish were too often overcooked. The presentation of the dishes needs improvement – the food didn’t look appetizing. For a 5-star hotel, this is not acceptable. We had rented a car for our stay and took the opportunity to have lunch or dinner outside to satisfy our craving for seafood. Drink service at the table is very slow. While the initial drink order is taken quickly when we arrive at the table, ordering a second drink or a coffee is nearly impossible – we were never served. On several occasions, we left the table without receiving our order. Cleaning: A quick daily clean is acceptable, but for longer stays, more thorough cleaning should be provided. By the end of our stay, our furniture was dusty, as dusting had clearly never been done. Overall, I had a good time, but I won’t be returning.

The hotel is of high quality. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The only thing missing is a larger number of rooms with a direct sea view. The staff was absolutely perfect and very kind, always trying to meet all the clients' expectations. The cuisine was excellent. We were afraid of mediocre quality due to the all-inclusive option, but we were incredibly and pleasantly surprised by the quality and wide variety of dishes. Only the potatoes need a little more work, as they were too firm. The beach is rocky but clean. There were plenty of sunbeds available.

What a lovely holiday. What a fantastic hotel for children and luxury for the parents. Fantastic food and drink, especially their cakes, wow it was delicious. We had the family suite with swim up and it was the best room! Lots of space, two terraces, two bathrooms, two rooms and sun until the afternoon. Cleaning twice a day, and the cleaning staff were so nice and helpful. There is so much good to say about this hotel, because it was fantastic. But unfortunately there are also a few things that I have to say need improvement. Arrival. We arrived very late, and had a 4 year old with us. When we arrived we were welcomed with lovely scented towels, and had to enter a lot of personal information into an app, and that's where it went wrong. It didn't work and we were told by the lady who welcomed us that we should go to reception. There we waited for half an hour, as they chose to help a lot of other people (without small children) before us. Unfortunately, there is also a great lack of service from the staff, especially those who are in all the bars. They seemed tired and unprepared, did not smile, seemed almost irritated at times, and sometimes you were ignored when you were standing and waiting, they would rather talk to each other among the staff. It is simply not okay in a 5 star hotel. There you pay to get the best service, the entire stay, from everyone, all the time. But apart from that, wonderful holiday!

I have to share my honest review with this resort. I have to say the grounds are stunning, it’s well kept the cleaning of the room each day was done to a very good standard. The drinks selection was amazing and unlimited bottles of water we are in huge favour of.over all I enjoyed my holiday with my family. However a few points that it lacked are: You can tell the season was coming to an end a lot of the staff had a very bad attitude of “can’t be bothered” not very friendly in greeting but this was just a small amount of them. We had regular ones that gave us a warm Welcome and polite smiles. Secondly the buffet, probably one of the worst I’ve been to. It lacked options and when it stated Indian night for one of the themes it had 2 dishes of Indian cuisine. It was all very much the same and it got so boring and it felt yet again that there was less option with the season ending. The entertainment at this hotel was poor, there’s no set place and entertainment for children was rubbish. We really struggled what to do on an evening as there’s no where for the children to play freely without the worry of upsetting guests without children or causing disruption in the lobby as guests arrive. Another thing was the ice cream truck had set hours and they just seemed to not operate as and when they pleased. For example the hours were 11-2 and 3-5 and at 4:15 they just decided to not be doing it that day. Face painting was on one night and a lady turned up next to me with her little boy at 7.41 and they said sorry no it’s 7-7:45 and they wouldn’t do it, he left really upset and I thought working with children they’d have more empathy and kindly do a little face painting for the boy. Overall it’s a gorgeous hotel, lacks things to do esp for family’s and it’s not close to anywhere that you can go out on an evening. It didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves it was just things that stood out to us that we’d like to comment on.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really felt I had to. Our vacation was originally planned for August, but due to family circumstances we had to cancel. Euphoria had no obligation to refund our upfront payment (a significant amount of money), yet they chose to return it to us. That simple act reminded me that there are still honest, decent people in today’s tough business world. Because of that, we were convinced — and we came a month later. From the very first interaction, the warm and positive atmosphere was felt. Every staff member had good vibes, and the hotel itself was simply fantastic — especially for families with kids. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered: fun and engaging entertainment shows, great kids activities, and even the design of the facilities (pool, dining room, bars, stages, etc.). Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely see you again!
