We were there at the end of May 2023 and it was unfortunately a bit colder than usual. Facilities in the hotel were excellent and very well thought out with juice bar by the pool, souvlaki bar by the waterslides. Nice beach effect also by the pool and convenient for the little ones. Food was excellent in the main area and amazing in the greek a la carte restaurant. Also drinks were great and everything was included- not this kind of “all inclusive” where half of the drinks are charged extra. On the downside the indoor swimming pool was inside the spa and therefore restricted to only a couple of hours daily for kids. However as the weather was horrible some days I believe they should have been more flexible on this. Chania town is about 25’ away and it is very nice too.

We were around June 2022 with my family the location is amazing the hotel from services, activities and also very suitable for children. Personnel was very helpful and thoughtful for our needs. I totally recommend it for families with children or couples that they want some peace and quite spot. Lots of choices for activities and I think was 2-3 restaurants that you can choose. Additionally the Hamam area was excellent and also they offer massage services. Finally the only room from improvement is the ingredients for the food regards breakfast and lunch I would prefer to be from Crete because they have the best quality that was my only cons.

Great hotel! Amazing services! Special thanks to the whole team for the great stay (the guest relations- Marina, Fotini and the rest; services in the a la cart restaurants). The hotel is well kept, very clean and spacious rooms. The bust stop to Chania is a min away and very convenient to go to the town. Fabulous stay! We will definitely come back!

Possibly the best all inclusive resort we've been to so far. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean (suites with pool access especially great), hotel area very well thought out and well maintained, service and staff very helpful and easy-going, restaurants and other places to eat offer quite some variety of local and international cuisine, pools are amazing, large and very clean (even though not heated). Overall we had a blast, will definitely come back.

Paradise on earth! This absolutely beautiful hotel caters to most anything a person can desire for. A stunning environment, exquisite fine design in minimal architecture and furniture, a breakfast, dinner and drinks buffet with all you can eat which is as high in quality as in variety and different every day. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. The staff at the pool and restaurant are so genuinely friendly and keen on assisting every request. It was amazing. Let alone the vast pool, sea a few steps away and water slides with lifeguards at each post. It is evident that the owner has high regard and consideration for every detail and possible desire of his clients and attempts to meet all means of comfort and luxury. There is a spa and area for childrens' recreation so parents can relax so I would highly recommend for families. Also, there are gymnastic activities a gym and spa so you can get rid of the guilt trip after eating all the fantastic food! All this and so much more.
