I had a wonderful stay at The Fives Hotel and Residences! The property is absolutely beautiful — lush greenery, plenty of wildlife, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. We were there celebrating my cousin’s 50th birthday, and the staff made it truly special. We had a private dinner on the beach with David, and it was absolutely exquisite — the setting, food, and service were all perfect. The food was delicious throughout the resort, and the service was outstanding. Special shoutout to Francisco on the beach, who was amazing and so attentive, as well as Miguel and Hermenegildo, who were excellent servers. Antonio in hospitality went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed — incredibly helpful and accommodating! We stayed in a penthouse suite, which was incredible — a full kitchen, a jacuzzi, and plenty of space. The entertainment and activities were fun and kept things lively throughout our stay. The only downsides were the long wait times at restaurants (it’s first come, first serve, so get there early) and the limited smoking areas, which were too few and too small. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with great food, fantastic service, and unforgettable experiences. We had an amazing time celebrating, and I’d definitely stay here again!

We have had a brilliant stay at The Fives for our first time in Mexico. The staff were friendly and service at restaurants and bars was generally excellent and speedy. The entertainment team worked really hard each day and on the evenings a different show was performed and these were really high quality! Daniela, Camilo and Monse were great with getting everyone involved in day time activities and we enjoyed taking part! The hotel itself is gorgeous - rooms are spacious and lovely and we loved being in the jungle with all the wildlife and greenery! Pool areas and restaurants are all spotless and well maintained and location was perfect as not too far from Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. We are already planning to come back to Mexico and we would definitely stay at the Fives again.

La Casa de Rosa with Fatima and Lea were amazing with giving are big family an amazing experience, it was so much fun making are own food and doing the tasting in the beginning. The fives was so much fun with amazing service and food the beaches were clean and the rooms were very luxurious and nice. I do say that some of the rooms looked rushed with the finishes but nothing major. When we needed something are embasiter made sure everything was good and checked on us multiple times a day. We did have some troubles with trying to get enough beds but they were very helpful with getting it figured out. The entertainment was amazing they had ever night activity’s and shows that were all family friendly, the actives ranged and never repeated. They have lots of bars for drinks, lots of pools, gym, kids club, shops, tennis courts, basketball courts, giant chess and board games. The beaches were rocky on one side were there is no sand bank blocking waves but if you go on the side with the sand bank blocking big waves it’s not rocky making it amazing for young kids. I do recommend going!!!

We have been to this resort twice. First time (pre COVID) was better, 2nd time (post COVID) was much more expensive but still very nice. Lots of little extra charges 2nd time we stayed. Seemed like they were trying to recoup some lost income from the Covid years. Frustrating but understandable. Overall we still love this resort and would revisit it and would recommend it. We recommended to friends and they went last year and also loved it. The staff is very friendly. They have good entertainment. Good restaurants and buffet. Lovely pool areas and pool bars. Daniela was absolutely amazing and so attentive to our entire group! She found out throughout the week and told us about all the activities happening, making sure we felt included and knew what was happening. Best part, she remembered special details from DAYS ago and ensured to ask us questions about our trip or experiences. I highly highly recommend this resort for your next trip. We came here for a wedding for my two friends and everything was absolutely amazing. While it was a trip to celebrate them and their love, they found ways to make us feel special as well. Such as complimentary bottles of champagne, remember our favorite drinks, helping is find good food with recommendations, and always willing to bring us 1am room service when we had a little too much fun (if you know what I mean). Every single worker here has been friendly, attentive, and simply wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone. We’ve been here for a week and it feels like this is our home away from home from how comfortable they have made our stay.
