Averaging up to 5 stars. Positively lovely place with some of the best service I've ever experienced. Large rooms and excellent food, many many options to go for pools and bars. Stayed 5 days, 4 nights and was never disappointed. It's easy to miss, but definitely get yourself the Mexican hot chocolate at breakfast, easily one of my favorite things about the place. Critiques I had was that our shower never got hot, warm and comfortable but never quite to what I would call hot; also had a few times during busy hours where I ordered drinks but didn't get them and had to go order direct from the bar. Both kind of understandable things. Would love to come again and bring the kiddo with next time.

Just got back from a week long stay at the Fivesbeach hotel. We were there to attend a wedding. It was a fabulous experience. The food was outstanding. Rooms and service exceptional. I would like to give a special shout out to Pablo, who is a waiter at the Mexican restaurant beside building 19. He provided service to our party with kindness and professionalism and helped give us a special night to remember. I do not hesitate to highly recommend this resort.

This is my second time enjoying The Fives Resort. The staff are amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very welcoming, attentive, and polite. Both visits felt like I was coming back to visit family. It was nice to see the same faces. Antonio (waiter), Andy (waiter), Claire (ambassador), Monse (activity pool staff), and the bartenders at the first pool were amazing. We upgraded our membership because we love this place, and Michelle was amazing. It was really nice to have around-the-clock housekeeping service. It is really nice to know that when you are in a different country, you get treated with exceptional service like The Fives; they surely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. As soon as your feet touch the ground as you exit your transportation service, Erik and Karla are there to greet you, and the bell service guys are helpful; Russell was amazing 👏. Thank you to all the staff at The Fives who made our second experience amazing and memorable. To the owner: whatever you are doing, keep doing it to keep your employees happy. Our stay at The Fives was amazing, especially thanks to the entertainment team. Edi made every activity fun and engaging, always bringing great energy and enthusiasm. The entertainment is definitely one of the hotel's highlights. The Natural Café were a pleasant surprise, especially the coffee at the morning, which provided an outstanding drinks experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities. However, we would have liked the minibar to be restocked more frequently. Also, the check-in process could have been a bit faster. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we will definitely return—especially for the entertainment that made our stay even more special. Thank you to the entire team and once again a shout out to Edi.
