We had a fantastic experience at The Fives Beach Hotel in Playa del Carmen. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great vibe for both relaxing and enjoying great food. Special thanks to Humberto and Miguel at the beach — they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They kept the drinks flowing and brought out more food than we could eat! Their service made our beach days unforgettable. The restaurants on the property were all excellent — each one offered something different, and the food was consistently delicious. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a highlight. Highly recommend The Fives for anyone looking for great service, amazing food, and a relaxing beach getaway in Playa del Carmen.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the whole property was beautiful and well-kept. My family and I just went to this resort for my graduation present and it was absolutely incredible. As soon as we arrived there were refreshments waiting for us as we checked in with the well informed and efficient ambassadors. Our room was very neat and taken care of (although we did have some problems with our air conditioning). All of the waiters especially Alejandro and Santiago are such hard workers and took great care of us while always keeping a smile on their faces. Jose the amazing artist by the pool helped us create awesome souvenirs to remember such an amazing trip. The entertainment was great especially dancing and doing karaoke with Daniela! Overall I had a blast and will definitely be back!

We booked the Fives for our destination wedding and it was perfect!! The wedding venues were beautiful and the entire wedding team was incredible throughout the whole process. Our friends and family had so many great things to say about the resort and everyone had a wonderful time. We loved the variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, and all of the huge pools helped it never feel too crowded. Such a beautiful resort immersed in nature and great staff!

We just got back from The Fives Residence and I must say this was as close to a 5 star experience as we've ever experienced. The check in was fast and easy. We had a penthouse 1 bedroom suite. It was the nicest room we've ever had. Our room maid was as good and friendly as she could be. Within an hour of checking in we met our Ambassador, Omar, he made our restaurant reservations and helped us with a couple of little things very quickly. Every day when we went to breakfast we were greeted by Fernando, she is so friendly and had a naturally positive attitude she helped us get every day started on a positive note. The bartender's were always ready with a suggestion with a new drink and they had a wide variety of quality beverages. The only suggestions I could make is there were times the main pool staff was overwhelmed and the nightly entertainment was good but not great. One last thing, overall the food was well above average and we could tell that they have worked on this area since the last time we were there. We have already booked another trip there for later this year. Please go and enjoy.... you deserve it.
