The room was practical, nothing fancy but absolutely fine to rest your head. The food was ok. The location was great. The staff in the onsite supermarket were lovely. The 2 Albanian gentleman working the pool bars were the rudest, most miserable people I met the whole holiday. Advice, get a job where do you don't deal with people. I would recommend this place for families. It can be quite busy, but you have everything you need here.

Although rooms are outdated, but staff it providing daily cleaning and towel change. Buffet is great , plenty of food with nice variety during lunch.
Please with kinds and family is great. Everything for the family stay is here. Plenty of attraction, few pools and bars. Few accesses to the beach. Besides that location is great- everything nearby including clubs bars and restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days recently and I will definitely be returning, perfect for children, they absolutely loved the pools, play areas and slides. Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food could be a bit better but we always found something to eat as there’s plenty of option. Our room was very clean with a perfect sea view. I think the reviews on here are very harsh, I was dreading my holiday after reading them but was pleasantly surprised.

These 4* are less then 2*. You cannot go to balcony for fridge is an obstacle. You cannot open fridge for there is no space. Electric wires standing just above the shower head. Shower head is falling down. No soap or shampoo. Water in toilet is running g all the time also at night. Onr of two elecaters os out of order and nobody cares to fix it. Room service cleaned 2 beds, but one was forgotten. Two bartenders are working all the time and are really tired and angry, impolite. Food at the eating room always the same. All inclusive means 6 types of soda and brandy you can mix with this. Also beer and wine (if you can all so that drink). Most owful place ever seen that wants to be rated 4*. Shame to stars giving auditors.

To be honest reading the reviews I was dreading coming here! I can honestly say we’ve had the best time here! The kids have loved it they’ve been busy all week with kids clubs discos every night for them the entertainment staff have been fantastic :) they been playing in pools all day and the rooms are nice as well.
The food has been really good I mean what do you expect at 4* hotel there have been meals for everyone. Lots of healthy options. Only down fall is the all inclusive bar but it depends on what type of holiday your looking for!
It’s really close to the town with lots to do. Walking distance from the beaches lots of restaurants near by.
We had a late flight home and they let us stay in the hotel all day and use all the facilities until we had left which was a really late evening flight at no extra cost!
All in all nothing to complain about here.
