The hotel is in a good location. The swim up room was great. The problem was the food. Within 24 hrs of landing back in the UK I was really ill. In fact I was ill for 2 weeks with Salmonella.
On my last afternoon I ate kebab/meatballs and rice. I left one of the meatballs because it didn't look cooked properly. The holiday was booked through Jet2 and on contacting them I was disappointed with their response.
They said their hotels follow guidelines etc..
Well if that was the case I wouldn't have been ill, I have travelled to Turkey with Jet2 previously and had amazing holidays. This was the first time at this hotel and never again.
I would not recommend going to this hotel at all.

I have to say the resort of this hotel is great, spacious, the pools are great with plenty of activities for children. We had family room in the older part which was a bit outdated but clean and big enough for family of 4, only thing is there is s street with private houses very close and it can be noisy, obviously that is not the hotel fault. The great benefit was on the bottom floor we had lovely outdoor areas with sun loungers and it was close to the pool but still had kind of privacy and green around. The new part is nicer and more modern, my sister had room there, they are smaller a bit but still spacious enough. There is always free beds later around the pools and at the beach too. Food was very good, breakfast, lunch, dinner always plenty of choices and always found something everyone liked (even the fussy ones😅) A la carte is we had was in Turkish restaurant and it was great too. The staff everywhere is friendly and helpful, specially reception, they are very nice and nothing is a problem. Rooms are cleaned every day apart from Sunday I think, we didn't need it to be done every day but always changed towels for us and took the bins. It is close to Kusadasi maybe 15 mins in the car (taxi) and it was 10 euro. There is great market 2 mins from the hotel for shopping. And a few other shops around including pharmacy. We had brilliant 10 days and would definitely come back. Thank you Ephesia Holiday beach club for our holiday full of amazing memories and for the most beautiful sunsets and views to see every day.

The Ayurveda Spa in the hotel is worth visiting. I went daily for a massage with Gönül, one of the therapists, because she managed to relieve the tightness in my muscles like few other therapists could. You could see that she does her job with passion and skill, and I was truly happy to tip her every time!

This is the best place for a holiday. The hotel is spectecular, the rooms are very tidy and spacious, providing all essentials for a short or long stay. The staff is extremely polite and they will do anything for the guests to be happy. Also, the hotel provides entertainment for all age groups. There are 5 separate pools, including many fun parts for children as well. Food was various and super delicious, showing the best of the Turskish cuisine.
Overall, we are very delighted that we chose Ephesia for our holiday and we would definitely choose it for out next holiday in Turkey.

Stayed here May 23.
Pleasant hotel in general. Food and drinks were of a decent standard.
Only downside is if you are with Jet2, they will give you the worst position rooms. We paid for a swim up balcony and it got no sun on it til after 16:00, then it was only on half of it. A bridge went over the top of the half the balcony too.
The lady receptionist was the most rude and arrogant receptionist I’ve ever come across.
Only other rooms available were upstairs rooms.
Although the hotel was quite nice, be aware of the room positions they give Jet2.
