Overall, the experience is fantastic. Everything is great—restaurants, food, bars, and amenities. The music is excellent. If you’re looking for luxury, this is the best choice. We missed the espresso machine and tea kettle in the rooms, but we have a smoking room. We enjoyed Alexa and the automated technology that controls the room light and curtains. There are so many activities available. Highly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Encore. The restaurants, decorations, atmosphere, staff, and amenities were all very nice. Our checkin was supposed to be at 3pm but they were able to get us into a room at noon. The smoke from the casino was less overwhelming than other hotels/casinos we visited. It was easy to park in the garage attached to the hotel and the fact that it was free was definitely a plus. However, there are a few qualms we had with our room. The room was good overall but it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped, given the cost. Most of the counter spaces were dusty and the tile in the bathroom didn’t look the cleanest. My allergies went haywire partially to do with the dust. The window in our room was also very dirty making it difficult to capture any pictures of our view. Lastly a small complaint is that the tv in the bathroom was very outdated and the one in the bedroom was old as well. The age of the tv made it finicky to cast anything to it and I wish they had one that was Airplay compatible.

This review is long overdue. Luxury details, decor, feel, service… I love the rooms at Encore better than Wynn - I like the separation of bed and living area. Some people prefer the open concept of Wynn. Both have outstanding service. Encore also can use wynn’s pool - which is good to have, and the other way around is not true. This trip we had an issue, and I could experience the next level care I hadn’t seen in lots of other 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world. The issue wasn’t a small one - it affected my whole family, our sleeping schedules, our abilities to be fully productive and active… Still, we felt so cared for and supported, that it felt like being home under the attention of loving family members. This trip confirmed that absolutely no other hotel on or off the strip can compare to Wynn / Encore. Hussein, Charissa, and the whole team: my warm Thank You!

The Wynn is on another level. Every time I stay here I’m reminded why it is consistently ranked as one of the top resorts in the world. The moment you walk in you can feel the quality. The property is flawless. The design is elegant the air even smells amazing and everything is maintained with unreal attention to detail. The rooms are spacious spotless and genuinely luxurious. You do not just stay at the Wynn you live well at the Wynn. The beds feel like clouds the bathrooms are huge and the view alone makes it worth every penny. The restaurants are some of the best in Las Vegas. Whether you want high end dining or something quick everything tastes fresh and expertly crafted. The cocktail bars are on point too. You can order anything and it comes out perfect. The casino floor is beautiful. It is bright open clean and way more comfortable than most casinos on the strip. The staff treat you with class and the customer service is consistently excellent. Everything about the Wynn is polished and elevated. It is the one hotel where you never wonder if you made the right choice. If you want the best experience in Las Vegas, this is the place to stay.

Amazing, priced high but if you can afford it definitely the best hotel I have ever been in. The service from entry to exit was immaculate. We came during our honeymoon and everyone did everything they could to assist above and beyond. From room service woman who brought hot tea for my wife and then came back with salt water for her to gargle with due to her being under the weather. To the woman who helped us correct an issue with one of the shows we booked. Would recommend for any special occasions
