This is an exquisite hotel, beautiful and elegant. It is a place full of Arabian art and culture. Staffs are friendly. Services are great. I only have good words to say about this 5-star hotel. We had a tour around the hotel, introducing hidden gems about the hotel. A nice young man named Kaneeshk had shown us the ballroom, the auditorium and beautiful palace suites that are only for esteemed guests. He took a lot of good pictures for us too. We have great memory at this great resort. Another name worth mentioned was Amelia from the check-in counter. Her warm welcome made us feel at home and she gave us a lot of information and history about this nice resort. Thanks to all the hard-working staffs in this hotel. They made this vacation a wonderful experience and memorable one. I recommend Emirates Palace highly to anyone who appreciates excellency, culture and arts.

We had an amazing afternoon tea experience, food was delicious, we absolutely loved the variety of scones and the famous golden cappuccino. Service was top as well- Ms Phyu was welcoming and very professional explaining us all the items. Would definitely come back 🤗💗

Amazing hotel. Top notch service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were open to additional requests to help decorate for special occasions. A special thanks to Lithakazi from Guest Relations to help organize a proposal for me, going as far as to coming into the hotel on her day off to arrange everything. Do recommend the hotel for anyone who enjoys modern opulence and luxury.
