Please be informed that Vendome Restaurant will be closed for dinner on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from July 15th to August 31st. Operations will continue as usual on Saturday and Sunday, with the restaurant open for both lunch and dinner.

Beautiful property, but I don't think it's worth returning if the service remains like this. First, the good things: stunningly luxurious and beautiful property that's well-maintained. Long walks even just to get to the rooms because it's so massive (I enjoyed the walks). Room service and restaurant staff were all very friendly and courteous. And plenty of restaurants to choose from. However, I had some no-no service experience with them: 1) Reservations clearly didn't talk to front desk because they had no idea about our special occasion and got our names mixed up, even after seeing our passports. 2) No hair dryer in the room, asked twice via WhatsApp (operator never answered my phone calls) but never got it. 3) Asked to call a cab upon check out. Waited for 30 minutes with no updates; just left us sitting in the lobby. I suspect they never called because it took me two minutes to get picked up when I ended up calling a cab myself. Asking for a hair dryer and a cab are pretty standard requests and aren't even stress tests for service. Perhaps I was just unlucky and ran into staff who had a long day or didn't care. Shocked a five star couldn't handle this.

Lovely as always probably our 10th time here as we live in Dubai. Always great service and feels like coming home. So wonderful at Christmas time and perfect for a pre Christmas staycation. We were especially delighted to see Dino in episodes. He is a lovely man always so kind to the children and so attentive impeccable service with a huge smile it would not have felt the same without him. We will be back soon.

What a truly fabulous opportunity to spend a day at the Emirates Palace Hotel. Although we were staying at another hotel, curiosity led us to walk through the reception of Emirates Palace just to see what it had to offer. It was actually a fellow tourist who mentioned the afternoon tea — and that small comment sparked our interest. As soon as we entered, we were completely speechless. The grand entrance, immaculate surroundings, and sheer sense of luxury were breathtaking. When we attempted to step outside to take photos by the beach, security politely informed us that beach access was reserved for hotel guests, or alternatively available via a day pass. That was exactly what we needed to hear. Once back at our hotel, I contacted the reservations team via WhatsApp. They were incredibly accommodating, especially considerate of my needs as a registered disabled guest, and arranged our day pass for the following day. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was warm, polite, and eager to help. To our delight, the experience offered far more than we expected — not just the stunning pools and pristine white sandy beach, but also a variety of complimentary activities and refreshments. I won’t reveal all the details here; it’s far better to let the experience intrigue you and encourage you to book it for yourself — it truly feels like being pampered beyond belief. Another point worth mentioning is the dedication of the staff. They work tirelessly to keep the entire place immaculate, always friendly, respectful, and attentive. For the day, we genuinely felt like royalty. One last thing I must whisper… shhh — there’s even an adults-only area.

We celebrated our wedding in the hotel for 2 nights. Everyone was so welcoming and we truly felt special! From the moment we stepped in, to the beautiful room with thoughtful amenities. All restaurants are amazing and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. Truly amazing.
