Really amazing experience at Mandarin Oriental. It’s a very incredible place giving us a feel of what it’s like to live in a palace. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. The beach provides a lot of water activities for kids and adults alike. They have a waterpark with slides and lazy river perfect for children. The breakfast buffet is over the top and has many choices. The entire property is wonderful to explore while riding the bicycle.

Hotel and services awesome. Location fantastic. We had another great stay at this hotel as usual. We always appreciate the hotel staff for their great effort to make our stay memorable and leave our honest feedback. Certainly this was not our first stay at such a wonderful hotel and will not be the last. We celebrated our company anniversary. Fantastic selection of restaurants with great choices that suits our diverse taste buds. Hospitality was unbelievable.
However, we were extremely disappointed by one of the pianist girl (blonde hair, eastern European look) who approached us to offer her part time piano performance services and did not show up to perform as agreed. Despite our multiple efforts to contact her, she ignored to respond as well as refund to us what we prepaid for her performance. We understand this was an agreement on private, however, we believe, such establishment must know about certain individuals on their premises representing such high end hotel who put black spot on their image. We thought management must take a note of this.
Such unpleasant incident will not stop us from visit the hotel in future.

An absolutely grand hotel. If you are wealthy enough to be staying in one of the rooms, if the rest of the hotel is any indication you'll be resting in luxury. From what I understand, most of the people I saw while there weren't there as guests, but rather were there to see the inside of this incredibly ornate building. There are several restaurants inside that provide world-class food and a cafe that provided some of the fanciest coffee and snacks that I have ever seen. Definitely worth a visit regardless of if you were there as a guests or to get food one of the restaurants.

We had a wonderful teatime at the Emirates Palace today. We had high expectations, but these expectations were definitely exceeded! Not only was the food excellent, they served plenty of different savoury and sweet dishes, but also the service was on the highest level one can expect. Rian was our waiter and he really made this experience unique, as he took a lot of time for recommendations and explanations about teas and food. This personal service made the experience truly special. Thank you so much for this wonderful afternoon!

Amazing place to stay if you're ready to spent enough money for that kind of experience. Don't mind me saying it, but this is an elite experience and not affordable by many. The service is excellent and to the point. Hygiene, quality of service, room quality and overall ambience are never even once compromised. Visit even if you don't wanna stay since visitors are allowed to roam around and enjoy the palace and its breathtaking architecture.
