The Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at the Aqua Restaurant (7.30pm to 10.30pm)
  • Lunch buffet and a la carte main course at the Aqua Restaurant or a la carte lunch at the Beach Grill Restaurant (both 12.30pm to 3pm)
  • Dinner buffet and a la carte main course at the Aqua Restaurant, a la carte dinner at the Beach Grill Restaurant, a la carte set dinner menu (for all villa categories, booking required) at the Amazonico Restaurant or a la carte set dinner menu (for all villa categories, booking required) at Le Asiatique (all 7.30pm to 10.30pm)
  • Snacks, soft drinks, selected wine, beer, juices, water, cocktails, tea and coffee served in the Sunset Bar Living and Pool area (10am to 12am)
  • Soft drinks, selected wine, beer, juices, water, cocktails, tea and coffee served in the Aqua Restaurant
  • Soft drinks, selected wine, beer, juices, water, cocktails, tea and coffee served in the Beach Grill Restaurant
  • Extensive wine and beverages available at the Amazonico Restaurant and Le Asiatique

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty, greeted with champagne, and smiles that made us feel instantly at home. The overwater villa was stunning, offering the perfect mix of luxury and privacy, with panoramic views that took our breath away each morning. Every detail of our stay was crafted with care. The romantic candlelight dinner on the beach was a highlight, personalised, intimate, and Unforgettable. The Staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a beautifully decorated room and a celebratory cake. Emerald Spa Resort didn’t just host our anniversary, it elevated it into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. truly love this magical island and the hotel. We are returning to this hotel for the third time already, and each time we are happy. The last time, we came back thanks to the tennis coach Dayan! If you love tennis – you definitely need to meet him!!! He gave us new knowledge, and it was so wonderful to combine relaxation with training and communication with the coach. We would like to thank the general manager and our personal assistant, Jasmin! She took care of us as if we were her close family… And a special thanks to our housekeeper who kept our water villa clean and cozy. His name is Jameel. He truly deserves special recognition. His work made me happy… I adore the SPA on this island)) and the entire atmosphere!!!

Paradise on earth: We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights as a family of 6, 2 adults, 3 teenage and a child, we travelled for the second time to Maldives and it was our first time to Emerald selected by my eldest daughter for who's 16th birthday we travelled and I have no words to describe the stay, hospitality, food and the courteous staff. It was beyond words, everything was superb. Rohit, their General Manager, such a gem of a person and he is everywhere. Always greeting the guests, welcoming, saying good bye, checking on us and other guests. Jean, our main person during our stay, she is such a wonder lady and always available. They are so organized, every morning we as a family had a wattsapp group with Jean and we would get days schedule. Restaurants are with amazing foods, fresh fruits and drinks, cocktails just woww, cant say enough and the hospitality of the staff every where. Restaurant staff are so kind and friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay, weather was a bit hot but extremely pleasant towards the evenings and last 2 days of our stay it became extremely nice and it rained. We stayed ion water villa and did photo shoot, that also turned out amazing. Love love loved it. They had provided us with cycles and it added so much fun for us.

We absolutely loved Emerald Maldives! First thing to mention was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our host Sid was very kind, always smiley and incredibly efficient. If something is not right they will do everything they can to sort things out. The rooms were beautiful —super clean, spacious, really comfortable. We stayed few days on a water villa which was fantastic and then to a beach pool villa which was spectacular. It honestly felt like a little paradise. The food was excellent across the board, but the standout for us was the Asiatique restaurant—everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Such a great variety and really high quality. We looked forward to every meal! I read some reviews where people complained about the plastic boards in front of the food at Aqua buffet, but to be honest I am so grateful the resort continue to keep this protection in place for hygienic reasons. This is so much cleaner and makes the buffet a better experience. We also found Aqua buffet very good with such a variety of options all made with great care. One of the highlights was the in-house reef—it was beautiful and so easy to access. We spent hours snorkeling and exploring the vibrant underwater life. Just incredible! Having an accessible reef was a key condition for us since we didn’t want to rely on expeditions for exploring the reef. Emerald didn’t let us down. We also went to a couple of expeditions (turtle hunting and the complimentary fishing one) and they were both great experiences! Staff keeps the beaches and the landscaping with great care, everything was impeccable. We also loved cycling around the island with the bicycles. Kids had so much fun! Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

At the beginning, when I read the reviews of Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa, I wondered if a customer would repeat coming back 3 times there, and I know the reason is that valuable staff are the key. We are very impressed by the excellent services Emerald provides. Mr. Shafi, the Butler, always takes care of us and promptly replies to our inquiries. Also, Chef Sanjay offers scrumptious dishes, especially the best wok-fried veggies we have ever tasted! Naresh, the server, is very friendly and helpful. Ahmed, the villa attendant, keeps the room neat twice daily, which is commendable. We hope we can make a repeat visit in the coming years. Highly recommended.
