The Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at the Aqua Restaurant (7.30pm to 10.30pm)
  • Lunch buffet and a la carte main course at the Aqua Restaurant or a la carte lunch at the Beach Grill Restaurant (both 12.30pm to 3pm)
  • Dinner buffet and a la carte main course at the Aqua Restaurant, a la carte dinner at the Beach Grill Restaurant, a la carte set dinner menu (for all villa categories, booking required) at the Amazonico Restaurant or a la carte set dinner menu (for all villa categories, booking required) at Le Asiatique (all 7.30pm to 10.30pm)
  • Snacks, soft drinks, selected wine, beer, juices, water, cocktails, tea and coffee served in the Sunset Bar Living and Pool area (10am to 12am)

An Unforgettable Honeymoon at Emerald Maldives Our honeymoon at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The resort delivers true five-star service, stunning natural beauty, and an atmosphere that makes it effortless to relax and celebrate special moments. A huge part of what made our stay so exceptional was our personal host, Wisham. He went above and beyond in every possible way. He is always attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. As a newly married couple, we were touched by the thoughtful surprises he prepared for us, from romantic arrangements to little details that made us feel truly celebrated. Wisham didn’t just manage our stay, he elevated it and made our honeymoon feel personal and unforgettable. The experiences and food were equally outstanding. From crystal-clear waters and snorkeling to beautifully prepared meals across all restaurants, every day felt indulgent and special. We were lucky to snorkel with a sea turtle, and we were blessed by a bunch of playful dolphins around our boat. Throughout our honeymoon, we felt cared and blessed. Emerald Maldives is a perfect honeymoon destination, and with exceptional hosts like Wisham, it becomes something truly extraordinary. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely return.

5 stars is not enough for this resort. The rooms are large and well appointed with twice daily cleaning and maintenance. The location, well very few places compare to the beauty of the Maldives. What truly sets this resort above the rest is its staff. The staff in every capacity are exceptional. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, every single staff member greets you as a friend. The food is wonderful in every restaurant led by the amazing executive chef Alok Verma. He is very visible and checks in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their food. Alok made a special butter chicken for our meal using the recipe he had been taught by family and from the original restaurant in Delhi that made this. If you want a wonderful holiday with friendly staff and great food you will never find a better place Diane

Our stay at the Emerald Maldives Resort & SPA was absolutely perfect — a true paradise in every sense! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was taken care of with great attention and genuine warmth. A very special mention goes to Naeem, who was responsible for cleaning our villa. He did an extraordinary job, always leaving everything spotless and surprising us daily with thoughtful touches and beautiful details. His dedication and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. We also want to highlight Wisham, who was in charge of our stay. He provided exceptional service, always available at any time of the day to help us with whatever we needed. His professionalism and friendliness made everything so easy and enjoyable. And of course, Nabee, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a big smile and unmatched hospitality. He always remembered exactly what we liked to drink and paid close attention to every detail — his kindness and positive energy were the perfect start to each day. Where do I even begin? Emerald Maldives Resort and Spa is the best hotel I have ever been to, in my lifetime. Right from when we landed at Maldives Airport, Zuba was there to receive us and guided us to our seaplane (we wouldn’t know what to do without her). Then once we arrived, Shafi - our villa host kindly received us at the resort, and treated us like his own. He attended to our every need. Need a tricycle - he arranged it. Need restaurant reservations - done. He anticipated all of our needs before we even realised it. At the restaurants, Pritam, Alok, Jimmy and Nitin looked after us, catering to our every need. As a vegetarian, they made sure I had enough options to choose from, and made amazing dishes (some of which were not even on the menu). I’ve had some of the best dishes here: Vegetarian Galouti Kebab, Avocado Carpaccio and Tempura Sushi to name a few. Meraj, Sam, Shaikhan and Allwyn also catered to our needs, and looked after us at the restaurants so wonderfully. I really appreciate your kindness and effort to make us feel at home. Special mention to the pastry chef Naved - who curated the most wonderful pastries I have ever had. Equally special mention to Maahidhu - We always returned to rooms that were clean. He also gave me bookmarks to keep, as a souvenir for Maldives. On our return, Musli dropped us back safely to the airport. She was so kind and patient with us. I could not have asked for a better stay. This hotel exemplifies hospitality at its finest, and I cannot wait to come back! Thankyou so so so much for looking after us and treating us like your own. We have left Maldives with countless memories, and left behind a piece of our heart at Emerald.
