Went with my family (including 2 kids) and it was amazing. First - location, it has its own reef and we saw a lot of fish there while snorkeling and diving and also from the hotel pier. Second - villa with pool is the best - kids played in the sand and swam in the pool a lot, while second parent could swim on the reef. Food was also good, our villa host booked us in all of the restaurants to try. Staff is very friendly and playful with kids, gave them little presents and drew sharks and dolphins. Cleaning man was great as well, unnoticeable, but always did some
nice surprises (like bringing swimming mattresses for kids to the pool, birthday decorations for my son etc.).

We had the most amazing honeymoon at the resort. The service is above and beyond. We had our own villa host, Elite, who made all the restaurant and spa (etc activities included in the honeymoon package) bookings for us and he made sure that we were able to try all the different restaurants. He was amazing, he made our honeymoon relaxing and care free and we were able to concentrate solely on enjoying. Also the someliers at the resort were very professional and we had great wine suggestion especially from Joseph. All the staff members were extremely polite and helpful.
Last but not least, we stayed at two different resorts during our honeymoon in Maldives and Emerald Faarufushi had the most amazing corals around the island. We saw a turtle right next to deck where the coral starts and the amount of fish and colours of the coral was even better than at the Great barrier reef. I highly recommend this resort for any kind of vacation but especially for honeymoon.

What a phenomenal resort! The service quality and food is truly top tier. I cannot say enough good things about our host Roman and the head chef Merano, as well as all other staff.
The resort amenities are kept in excellent shape and everything is clean and tidy. I really appreciated the beautiful architecture of the buildings and the upkeep level is very good.
We stayed in both a beach villa with pool, and water villa with pool. Both rooms are beautifully furnished and everything was to our expectation. The pictures do not over sell the experience.
I would say the excursions need some work (the resort has only been in operation for 1 year in fairness) and we had some issues that were down to weather and operation.
However, as a whole, the experience was by far the best I have had at any hotel or resort I have ever been to, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

It really makes us a wonderful honeymoon here.
Every resort has their own specities. Emerald Faarufushi includes natural scenery and also keep original Maldive’s architecture for villa.
The view is absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is easy and relax.
People on this island are really kind and professional. The restaurants are also impressed. Every dishes are special and my finicky husband was extremely satisfied with that.
Our butler, Ms. Ting who brought us an unforgettable vacation. She gave a lot of help to us and we really appreciated about that.
All the wine stewards, especially Joseph, are friendly and they recommended different kinds of wine by considering the meal we ordered. We have met Beyonca 3 times during our time here. She always keeps big smile and caring our feelings for food.
The massagist/aromatherapists, Surya
and Sintya are really reliable, passionate and professional. We had a great time with the emerald signature and Indian head massages!
I am a vegetarian and the food here is really friendly for both vegan and vegetarian.

The best memory of our lives, Christmas atmosphere, very tasteful, well-planned, beautiful rooms, romantic bathing in the courtyard, delicious restaurant meals, various fine wines, constant surprises, and all staff caring about all guests and friendly , full of smiles everywhere , and sincerely recommended paradise.
