We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The highlight of our experience was definitely the service at dinner. Michael, who looked after us in the restaurant, was outstanding, incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout the evening. He truly made the meal extra special. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent hospitality, and we look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Elysium Hotel in Rhodes. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a lovely, clean atmosphere throughout. The pool area and beach are both excellent — spacious, relaxing, and very well kept. Even though there are no slides in the pool, the kids had a great time and never felt bored. There’s entertainment every evening, including a singing team and fitness classes, which added a fun touch to our stay without being intrusive. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to the breakfast team, especially the manager and the waitress, who provided outstanding service every morning. Overall, a highly recommended hotel — elegant, family-friendly, and with a staff that goes above and beyond.

Our stay was wonderful! The renovated rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is polite, attentive, and discreet, with special thanks to Manolis, the dining room manager, who provided excellent service and perfectly accommodated gluten-free and lactose-free needs. The hotel also offers a tennis court and ping pong, with free racket rentals. The burger by the pool is delicious, and the access to the sea is easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

Elysium Resort and Spa is probably one of the best hotels, if not the best hotel on the entire island of Rhodes. I've been to Rhodes over 15 times and I can confidently say that Elysium is a hotel, which deserves 5 stars. The hotel itself, the level of cleanliness and both the quality and selection of the food are simply top notch. The staff is really helpful, willing and professional. I need to specifically mention the main restaurant, which is led perfectly by the big boss Manolis, who is really competent and he personally made sure that our big group of seven people could sit together despite the fact that the restaurant could get really busy and crowded. I would also like to mention Eugenio, who was very willing to serve us and always lifted our experience with his humor. Pool facilities are large enough to fill the needs of the guests, same goes for the beach. You can comfortably order food via a QR code printed on the umbrella near your sunbed and hotel staff will gladly bring you your order. We did not have any major problems during our stay, the hotel clientele is really quiet so you should not be afraid of someone disturbing your peaceful holiday. The only thing that could be improved is the state of the main building, a renovation is definitely needed, mainly because of the worn-off furniture or mold in the bathtub.

Back in 2019, I had one of the most unforgettable stays at Elysium Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had booked a smaller room for the three of us, and they thoughtfully prepared the couch with a full bedding set just for me. Later during our stay, they upgraded us to a larger room with a much nicer view — such a generous gesture that made everything even more perfect. The hotel itself was spotless, beautiful, and peaceful. And the food? Absolutely amazing! Every meal was so delicious and well-prepared that I honestly ran out of good things to say. It felt like everything was done with care and attention. Even though it’s been years, I still think about that trip and miss the place dearly. I truly wish I could go back one day — honestly, I wish I lived there. Thank you, Elysium, for the beautiful memories that have stayed with me all this time. I hope to return again someday!
