We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and serviced frequently. We chose to get an elite room and loved the extras you got (a bottle of wine in the fridge at the start of your stay, chocolates on our pillows and a great view of the sea, to name a few!) There was also an elite lounge with free snacks and drinks which was always quite quiet and chilled. The views over the pool (which changes colour with lights in the evening) or over the sea are absolutely beautiful. We found that while there were people about and certain areas for sunbathing filled quicker than others (especially under the trees!) we never struggled to find a spot by the sea or pool and the hotel had quite a chilled atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat (slightly pricey but good quality) and the breakfast included was delicious and varied. We also really enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings! So many things to love about this hotel and would highly recommend to others.

We live in Dubai so our expectations may be a bit skewed. However, for us, the price to value here doesn’t make sense Up front, service is good. Staff always friendly and helpful when you could find them. Resort fully booked even though shoulder season. Also breakfast wasn’t terrible The bad: Room in serious need of maintenance. Shower scale up, only want worked. Water went all over floor. Bed the usual twins pushed together, but because no grip on the feet, slid apart during the night until resting in the Grand Canyon Queue for breakfast absolute madhouse at 0900 during the only time we went for three days. Parking a confusing drama of where the car was left by valet. If not using valet, limited parking available. The pool area is nice, but really only for families with children Bottom line, if looking for accommodation in the area, boutique hotel much better value if only a couple

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The highlight of our experience was definitely the service at dinner. Michael, who looked after us in the restaurant, was outstanding, incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout the evening. He truly made the meal extra special. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent hospitality, and we look forward to coming back!

Just perfect. It was so lovely to be the last hotel in a long row of other hotels - this meant we had great access to Rocky bits of sea which are perfect for snorkelling. The food and cocktails were OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend getting a room in the ‘elite’ part of the hotel for a special rooftop breakfast, wine on arrival, olive oil to take home, and a ‘elite only’ reception lounge where there are all inclusive drinks and snacks. Everything in the rooms worked perfectly, and the staff were all kind and accommodating. The pool is clean and large. Family friendly, but not overrun with screaming children.

We had a wonderful stay at Elysium Hotel in Rhodes. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a lovely, clean atmosphere throughout. The pool area and beach are both excellent — spacious, relaxing, and very well kept. Even though there are no slides in the pool, the kids had a great time and never felt bored. There’s entertainment every evening, including a singing team and fitness classes, which added a fun touch to our stay without being intrusive. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to the breakfast team, especially the manager and the waitress, who provided outstanding service every morning. Overall, a highly recommended hotel — elegant, family-friendly, and with a staff that goes above and beyond.
