The staff, especially Liana, were outstanding: extremely motivated, helpful, and solution-oriented. All staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my stay very pleasant and hospitable. Overall, I would rate the hotel four stars. It was a rather deserted place, and in the evening there were not many options to do something. The food, especially the dinner buffet, could have been better for a five-star hotel, as it was often only lukewarm. Breakfast was sufficient and satisfying, with good juices in the morning. The room service was excellent – always very clean. The pool area is perfect for those who prefer swimming there. The beach was a bit disappointing for me, because I thought it was a private beach from the hotel. But it turned out to be public and therefore not very clean. There are also some rocks. Personally, I felt most comfortable at the sunbeds of ocean side , even though they cost extra, as it felt safer for my belongings.

An amazing place to check in if you want a fully relaxing trip. The personnel is super nice, the food is 10/10, and the view is great. They have a big pool for guests, which gives you a luxury vibe and the sunbeds are the best sunbeds I’ve ever tried. I had the big room with the private pool; overall, nice, but the bathroom could have been a bit bigger. Also, the cleaning service could be improved (private pool cleaning and especially bathroom sanitaries). There’s not much to do around the hotel, so if you want any activities, you should rent a car. The hotel has its own beach, super relaxing. As i said, a PERFECT stay if you want to relax and charge your batteries.

I had a wonderful stay at the NEMA Design & Art Hotel. The resort was simply stunning, and the design truly lives up to a 5-star standard. A big thank you to the entire team, who were so welcoming and attentive. All the little touches made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommended – you can go there with complete confidence!

I had a really great stay at this hotel and would honestly say it was a 10 out of 10. The food was good, but what I loved most was how beautiful the whole place was. The pool area outside was such a nice spot to relax, especially with the music playing in the background. There was also a gym, which we used quite a bit and found super convenient. What stood out the most, though, was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely give the hotel 5 out of 5 stars. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because one of my makeup products went missing from the room. I had used it before housekeeping came in, and afterwards it was gone. We couldn’t find it anywhere, and although I mentioned it at the front desk, there wasn’t really any follow-up or update about it. That was a bit disappointing and something I’ve never experienced before. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back.

I stayed at Nema Design Hotel in Crete from April 17 to 22 and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s style is incredibly modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Everything was spotless — cleanliness is clearly a priority here. What really stood out was the staff: always kind, helpful, and truly attentive to guests’ needs. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options every day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and well-run hotel in Crete.
