I stayed here for a week with my partner, it was the first holiday without the kids in many years so we wanted something nice.
The hotel was lovely, it was peaceful (what you would expect from adults only), there was a nice feeling of smoothness to our stay.
But for me and my partner the stand out part of our holiday was by far the staff! Very helpful and friendly, paid a lot of detail to everything. Forgive me if I misspell his name, but for us Paris was/is cut from a different cloth! We did a lot on our holiday through his advice, guided us to some incredibly beautiful parts of Crete and told us the best places to eat while in those areas which were amazing.
All the staff were very friendly but at the bliss bar was where the best conversations were had.
Like others have mentioned the all inclusive package is misleading as many items were not included in this, we didn’t find this much of a problem though as two of our favourites were on the list(lucky).
I would stay again if only I could get another babysitter :)
Anyone who stays make sure you introduce yourself to Paris, you will get a wealth of knowledge of the island and won’t be disappointed.
With love from Peter and Natalie.

We took the All inclusive formula... But this is NOT All inclusive Hotel! Some drinks and dishes cost extra...In addition, all snacks at the Bliss restaurant are also chargeable.
The rooms are very pretty and very modern, but the terraces with private swimming pools are visible to everyone and there is no privacy. The staff is very friendly but the cleaning staff is noisy early in the morning.
Nice place to spend some days, but a little bit expensive for the experience.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Staff were amazing and the hotel is really clean. Breakfast was delightful with a wonderful spread. We had originally booked bed and breakfast but were able to upgrade to half board. Only the main restaurant was operating during our stay. Dinner was great value for money with a wide variety of meals on offer. If you are willing and able walk to the supermarket for some cheap drinks. We had some spa treatments whilst enjoyable were over priced in my opinion.

Spent our honeymoon here and stayed for 6 nights, we were overall very pleased with the experience.
The room were clean and well looked after and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our room (the Design room) had its own private pool directly in connections to the room. But other guest could still see into our pool, although limited by a wooden pole fence.
We opted for the all-inclusive package and the drink and food they offered where good with a good variety.
Although as other have mentioned about the all-inclusive package it is not their whole menu that is available in the package, but for a week’s stay there’s still plenty of different options to choose from so you don’t really get bored. The amount you can order per day is limited. For example, you may only order one glass of wine, one beer, one cocktail, one mocktail and so on. If you wanted more, they charge you for it.

The hotel is amazing. We had a design room with independent pool. Just fantastic.
We tried the Spa, where we had a 45 minutes back&neck massage. What can I say ...it was perfect. Emma was my massage therapist, she is really good.
