What a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful throughout, with a lovely scent that made it feel luxurious from the moment we arrived. The rooms were gorgeous, and the private pools were comfortable and relaxing. The outstanding customer service really stood out. Everyone at reception greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to the cleaning lady with short hair (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) who was always kind, friendly, and lovely to see. The gym was a great convenience, and the food was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the evening meals were equally delicious. A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff – I can’t wait to return!

The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and elegant. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, the spa, and the quality of the food throughout our stay. What truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by the staff. So far during my stay at NEMA, all of the staff have been fantastic – they genuinely can’t do enough for you. Everyone has been so kind, friendly and accommodating. In particular, Sabbeeh went out of his way to help me. Not only did he arrange a taxi for me after 1am, but he also took the time to explain what to expect while I was out at that time of night, the best way to get back safely, and even told me that if I had any problems at all while out, I could call him at reception. He also offered me iced tea and snacks while I was waiting. He is an incredibly kind, personable and accommodating man, and it’s people like Sabbeeh who make this place feel truly special.

This is our second time coming, we love it here. All of the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The food is great and different everyday with so many options. We got a room with a pool this time and it was lovely. There is also always sun loungers around the main pool too if you want to hang out for some afternoon drinks and sun. Thank you so much!
