My experience at NEMA was 10/10, so much so, I’ve already booked again for next year having had such an amazing stay. Every member of staff from the reception, to the dining room, to the domestic were exemplary. They make you feel like friends and so attentive in every way you could think. My only wish is that there is an English speaking channel that isn’t the news or finances! We’ve upgraded to the private terrace again (essence room) - a real sun spot! The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day! Great location; the hotel provides free sun loungers on the beach for staying guests. Plenty of amenities near by and public transport to travel around. We paid for a spa, which was a perfect way to spend our last day. A serene boutique, with first day discounts If you go check it out! The whole atmosphere and energy is uplifting throughout the hotel. No details are left out and lots of intrinsic detail throughout to add character. You’d be silly not to book here.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The jacuzzi room was outstanding—spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. The best part was the private jacuzzi on the terrace, which made the experience unforgettable. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture from the hotel when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room was both elegant and relaxing. The hotel’s pool could easily belong in a scene from White Lotus. We loved it so much that we ended up spending most of our time there. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort throughout. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering an extensive selection of fresh and high-quality products. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s the perfect combination of comfort, style, and excellent service.

It was a very nice stay with the best and friendliest hotel staff I have ever met. The team is very dedicated and young. The breakfast and dinner buffets are fantastic and delicious – the dessert buffet was especially outstanding. The room was super spacious and had a great pool. The hospitality here is on another level — every member of the team goes above and beyond to make your experience special. A special mention goes to Tessa and Ilana from Guest Experience, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine attention made every day a little brighter. They truly made us feel at home. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with stunning views and every comfort you could wish for. The food was absolutely delicious — varied, fresh, and beautifully presented. And we have to highlight Desmina’s exceptional wine selections — every recommendation she made was absolutely perfect! 🍷and also thanks to Nikos for the great recommendations for hiking gorges. The pool area, the relaxing atmosphere, and the nearby beach all create the ideal setting for a luxurious and carefree holiday. We loved every minute of our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend NEMA Crete Hotel to anyone looking for elegance, tranquility, and genuine Greek hospitality. The staff, especially Liana, were outstanding: extremely motivated, helpful, and solution-oriented. All staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my stay very pleasant and hospitable. Overall, I would rate the hotel four stars. It was a rather deserted place, and in the evening there were not many options to do something. The food, especially the dinner buffet, could have been better for a five-star hotel, as it was often only lukewarm. Breakfast was sufficient and satisfying, with good juices in the morning. The room service was excellent – always very clean. The pool area is perfect for those who prefer swimming there. The beach was a bit disappointing for me, because I thought it was a private beach from the hotel. But it turned out to be public and therefore not very clean. There are also some rocks. Personally, I felt most comfortable at the sunbeds of ocean side , even though they cost extra, as it felt safer for my belongings.
