My wife , I and our grandson had a great time at the hotel. We enjoyed the food / buffet very much as there were always a wide variety of dishes available at breakfast and dinner time. Even give my wife a lovely birthday cake when they found out!! Room was nice and cleaned every day. Pool areas were good as were the water park. George and the team in the restaurant were always very welcoming and professional. Ilias, Anne Marie and Kris in the bar were great. The hotel was up in the hill side which for us was fine as we got some good exercise. Hope to go back next year.

We have just returned after a family holiday. The hotel is just amazing and Elounda is too! The majority of the staff at the hotel are so so helpful, and really couldn’t do enough for you. (Some staff weren’t as approachable). The room was basic for a family apartment but had everything we needed, even air con included mega!. And at first we weren’t happy but we moved the room around to meet our needs and was loads better. The room however wasn’t swept and the balcony was never cleaned, cleaning was just done very basic. The room had a lovely view from our room (10). The food at breakfast was good, a good variety of food. We didn’t really have lunch and dinner at the hotel as we ate out most days and evenings. We did stay in one night and the food was good, but cold and wasn’t served hot. Not a great selection for kids but was okay for one night. The bar staff were ace! Overall, absolutely amazing holiday. I have been honest in this review and would still rate my stay at 5 stars. Staff, service, food, room and Elounda were just brill. We will 100% be back next year, but as a family of four not three 👌🏼 Thank you

Booked for 1 week with my daughter for half board. The hotel is at close proximity to the airport, situated in a very quiet location. Sat in the balcony at night and couldn’t hear anything else but the crickets. The view is amazing, the sunrise from the terrace is hard to beat. Elounda is situated at walking distance with a good selection of shops, a great little bakery and great restaurants to eat. All the people working at the hotel are absolutely amazing, always smiling and happy, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the places to visit. All in all a great visit, lovely place for a holiday .

We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2023. We booked a package through Jet2 which we find works extremely well. There were staff at Heraklion airport to greet us and guide us to our bus transfer. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was a mix up with bookings (we had booked quite last minute so this could be a factor) but the lovely gentleman on reception was excellent to get us looked after. This was brilliant considering it was during the night. There is a fantastic gentleman who helped us with our cases to get to our room. He was so helpful and kind. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay. We had a family room which slept the 4 of us very comfortably. The food on offer in the restaurant is excellent. There was a great selection available and our children had great options too. The staff looking after the restaurant were very efficient and very friendly. There was no electricity one morning for planned maintenance but the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Highly impressive. Well done to the staff for looking after the guests! The snack bar near the pools is brilliant during the day. Ideal for busy kids. The bars have many drinks available. I loved the fact that a husband and wife work there looking after different bars. They were such lovely people and really provided a special experience for our trip. Walking around is great exercise as the hotel is on a hill. The saltwater pools seem to be much better for your skin and I liked that there wasn't the smell of chlorine. Remember to pack goggles though. My son really loved the football pitch. He met some really nice children to kick around with. The shop near reception was well stocked and very reasonable for prices. She's such a lovely lady that runs the shop. It was a huge pleasure to meet Pavlos and his dad. They have a fantastic hotel. We are planning to visit again. It is such a beautiful island! Highly recommended!

I came here last year with my little girl and we won a free week on the bingo. This week I have returned with my partner, unfortunately, our stay hasn't been as pleasant as it was last year. The evening bar staff Ilias and Anna-maria were absolutely brilliant, couldn't do enough for us, so chatty and friendly! The food.. if it was warm would be absolutely lovely, unfortunately, it was always cold, the variety was very good, but that's all I can say on that. The restaurant staff last year were alot better than this years, last year they were so welcoming, this year they barely spoke and not once greeted us, not even a hello. Meal times could be a lot better if children were supervised. I've watched children putting their hands in the food without using utensils, watched them licking the ice cream spoons and not a parent or staff member in sight!! Cleaners haven't been great this year either, our room floor hasn't been swept or mopped once during our stay, there is still toothpaste on the door frame which was there when we arrived, smears allover the taps and shower, not a great standard of cleanliness compared to last year. Location is around 20 minutes walk to the town which is fine and is easily solved by the hotel minibus which drops off at the bottom. Spa staff was fantastic and had a lovely massage. Entertainment wasn't great this year, last year they had something on every night but also realised this year is a different entertainment person and we've seen him once all week. I haven't complained at the reception about any of this as I guess I should be grateful it is a free week all inclusive holiday (minus flights and transfers) but small simple things have really let it down this year. This hasn't put me off coming back here as thankfully last year was an amazing experience, this week has just been a little of a different experience, as above, small things have let it down this time.
