The views are amazing just like on the website. The resort amenities are great. The main pool area is spacious and next to the restaurant so you can eat and swim. The resort had a separate beach which is a 10 min ride. The resort has transfer service all day to its beach. The staff at the beach is great and always responsive. A thank you to the front desk staff who made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Our stay at this villa was magnificent. The property is breathtaking, every detail reflects luxury and comfort, from the elegant design to the amazing view. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding personal service. The staff were attentive. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. How do you describe perfection? We booked a Junior Suite at the beginning of May and arrived at Elounda Gulf Suites — only to discover we’d been upgraded to a stunning private villa with our own pool! The resort is beautifully designed to blend with the sea views. There’s a private beach with a shuttle and bar, a gorgeous infinity pool, and a rich, delicious breakfast. The villa was luxurious and completely private — but the real highlight was the service. Danny, Konstantin, and George made us feel truly cared for, with warmth and attention to every detail — and the entire staff was just as wonderful. The village of Elounda is nice but not particularly exciting — luckily, there are charming villages and great tavernas just a short drive away. Elounda Gulf Suites is a dream getaway. 5 stars just aren’t enough 🙂

Beautiful location, beautiful views, the room was large and nice. False advertising on the beach, which was 15 minutes drive from the hotel! On the email we received, we were told that check in was at 2pm, but getting there we were told it was not until 3pm. Service was not the best either, we were never asked if we wanted drinks or snacks at the pool, any time we needed a drink we had to walk to the bar (the beach service was nice). There is no fitness center (as advertised), they have a small hot room with 3 machines, few weights and old yoga mats. Shower was very uncomfortable, there is no place to put a shower head on, so you have to hold it all the time. There were also electrical wires sticking out of the wall in the bathroom. Espresso machine did not work, had to ask for a cup of coffee 3 times. A 3 star hotel trying to pretend they are 5.

The front desk staff were absolutely exceptional. As a Diamond member, I was welcomed with remarkable courtesy, upgraded to a better room, and greeted with a handwritten note, a fruit platter, and a bottle of wine. I even forgot €2,500 in my room and came back two days later to find that nothing had been touched. Such honesty and professionalism are truly rare. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! Btw sunrise from de bed is 😍😍😍😍
