We are very happy with our stay and choosing this hotel was a great decision! The sea is crystal clear and there is even a small hidden beach that we almost had all to ourselves. The food was good to very good, even though I am usually quite picky. The room facilities were also very nice, and we really appreciated that a bottle of water was provided every day. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the guys at the beach bar — Aleks, Omar and Arestis — who were always very friendly and attentive! We also loved the activities and sports facilities such as tennis, football and ping pong, including the equipment provided. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special. Even though the drive from the airport takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, it is absolutely worth it! We will definitely come back again!!!

This hotel is so beautiful. The setting is peaceful and serene, with the most amazing views. The service is attentive (shout out to our room cleaner, Amelia Room 317, who kept the place so nice during our stay). The food so good in both the buffet and al a carts restaurants. I could not recommend it more highly. Only one small negative. The poolside toilets should be cleaned more regularly. A place like this should not tolerate loo paper on the floor!!

Excellent views but the service needs upgrading ​The Positive Experience ("Hardware" & Elite Staff) ​Maintenance & Housekeeping: The resort’s technical teams are its strongest asset. Housekeeping standards are world-class, featuring deep cleaning (mopping and vacuuming) rather than simple surface wipes. Private pools are also proactively maintained, with cleaning witnessed multiple times during the stay. ​Childcare: The Worldwide Kids team (Aurora, Alicia, Ella, and Lisa) and Stavroula in Guest Experience provide elite, high-energy, and professional service that stands out as a highlight of the resort. ​Culinary Standouts: The specialty dining at Pearl offers the highest quality food and service, and the Head Chef is highly visible and hands-on throughout the resort. ​The Friction Points ("Software" & Management) ​Communication Failures: Reception staff were deceptive regarding parking availability, prioritizing the optics of a Classic Car Rally over the needs of paying guests. ​Climate & Facilities: The air conditioning is unable to cool rooms below 25/26°C, which can be a health trigger for children with medical conditions like eczema. Additionally, the playground was inaccessible due to bureaucratic licensing issues. ​In-Room Surcharges: The mini-fridge is unsuitable for perishables, leading to a €5 delivery fee for baby milk, which feels exploitative at this price point. ​Off-Peak Limitations: Guests visiting before June should expect zero evening entertainment for kids and no indoor "Plan B" activities during rainy weather. ​Departure Experience: Checkout was unprofessional and cold, with staff prioritizing personal conversations over departing guests, and promised Signature late checkouts being capped at just 30 minutes. ​Final Verdict ​The resort is a stunning property with elite maintenance and childcare. However, the deceptive communication from management and underperforming climate hardware make it feel more like a €350–€400 per night experience than the €500 price point often charged. Go for the views, but bring a car and your own entertainment if visiting before June.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! They’ve thought of everything — relaxation, fun, and even ways to keep your little tornadoes entertained. For parents, here’s the real gem: they have a kids’ club where you can officially hand over your children from 10:00 to 18:00! Yep, that’s eight glorious hours of peace while the kids are busy with all sorts of activities. You get to sip your drink in peace, and they get to burn off enough energy to actually sleep at night. Everyone wins!
