This is a 3 star hotel; however, it is an AMAZING 3 star because it has location, is clean, quiet, has a very helpful staff, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is so healthy and delicious with something for everyone whether you want a veggie based or a typical Vietnamese style breakfast. I am super picky with my food, and I was so grateful to have quality food to eat. The coffee is also amazing. This is the hotel if you are into saving money and don't expect frills.

I recently stayed at Elios Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for a weekend trip, and I had mixed feelings about my experience.
**The location is absolutely fantastic.** The hotel is situated right across from a lovely park, and the Central Market is just 100-200 meters away, making it easy to explore major city attractions by foot. Bui Vien Street, known for its vibrant nightlife, is just on the other side of the building, adding to the convenience.
**Breakfast at the hotel was delightful**, offering a good variety of options to start the day. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which was disappointing. Unlike other hotels where you’re greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, the staff here seemed indifferent to their guests.
**Hospitality-wise, the hotel falls short.** Don't expect any flexibility with check-in or check-out times. Early check-ins or late check-outs are nearly impossible, and they are quite strict about the noon checkout time. I found it quite unpleasant to have someone knocking on the door at exactly 12 PM, leaving no room to relax.
Overall, while the location and breakfast are great, the lack of customer care and hospitality significantly impacted my stay. If service is important to you, this might not be the best choice.

Great hotel. Located near a great pho restaurant, 7-eleven, laundry service, and the party street is in the back.
The breakfast is delicious and has pho if you request it.

Very nice hotel amidst a busy neighborhood in Vietnam. Lots of nearby shops and food places. The bars can get quite noisy but you can shut off the noise just by closing the window that overlooks the great views of the city.
Breakfast buffet is superb and delicious dinner choices.
I am just a bit disappointed that I didn't get a bath tub and there's no pool in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, you can find several restaurants around.
Breakfast is very good. However during the night, they have some noises from the street. Noise isolation of the room is not perfect.
