Me and my husband attended the 3 day trip on the lake camp as part of our honeymoon and it was probably the best part of our whole trip! During this you really feel exposed to nature, the tents did not feel like tents and instead more like hotel rooms with all the amenities you'd expect! The excursions were all great with loads of local knowledge shared from our incredible guide Tee! I couldn't recommend this ethical elephant sanctuary more and we both keep reminiscing about the serenity of the lake camp! Thank you so much to all the staff❤️

Such a unique & incredible experience, we loved every minute! We did the 3 nights, 4 days jungle & lake trip & we couldn’t fault it. All the staff were so friendly & knowledgeable, the whole trip was very well organised. We saw wild monkeys, gibbons, snakes, spiders & bats, which was great if you are a wildlife lover. The views were also stunning, especially at the Lake Camp & the sounds were incredible to wake up to, it was very tranquil! It’s a great trip if you want to be kept busy, the schedule is busy which we enjoyed but if you would like to slow down you could opt out of the hikes or extra kayaking etc.. The accommodation was very fitting & we loved the little touches that were made. The elephant experience was great, it is only an afternoon experience out of the whole trip if you are expecting more, but we were grateful for the encounter we had as I was worried about the welfare been neglected for tourism, but i think they have made it enough time for tourists to appreciate the elephants to fund the conservation & environment they have without effecting the welfare. The guides were also very knowledgeable about the husbandry required for the elephants and each elephant had its own person to care for it. I also appreciate the sustainability that elephant hills advertised, using reusable water bottles & how aware they were of not disturbing the wildlife we encounted. Last but not least the food was amazing, you definitely will not go hungry! 10/10 recommend :)

An absolutely unforgettable experience! We did the 3 day lake safari experience and loved every second of it. All the activities are brilliant and seeing the elephants was amazing. The lake camp was absolutely stunning and was another highlight to the trip and it also helped we had a great group of people on our trip. When we looked at the itinerary we thought it was going to be quite full on and a busy schedule but there was still plenty of time to relax. The transfers to and from were seamless and the communication before we arrived was really good. Our guide Chief and the rest of the team were all brilliant. So knowledgable about everything they do and always happy to talk to the guests about the local wildlife. The team really went above and beyond for us when we found out our onward hotel had lost our booking as we were about to head to the lake camp and lose all phone service but the team contacted the hotel and sorted everything out for us which we are so grateful for! Thanks to all the team at Elephant Hills and we hope to be back again one day soon.

Absolutely amazing place, this is the best way to see and experience the Elephants Thailand. The staff and guides were truly amazing, our was Chief, and for us she made the trip even better. The food was always plentiful and amazing quality. Drinks whilst not included were very reasonably priced. The accommodation was incredible, very clean and comfortable this was glamping at it's very best. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to see elephants in Thailand, the operation is very ethical and looks after the elephants well being.

Disappointing and Overrated Experience We recently stayed at Elephant Hills for their 3-day, 2-night package, and I have to say the experience fell far below expectations. The name “Elephant Hills” is extremely misleading, as the time spent with the elephants was limited to just one hour over the entire stay. For an experience advertised around these majestic animals, this was quite underwhelming. Additionally, there was a significant amount of waiting time between activities, which made the trip feel disjointed and poorly organized. Transportation between locations was also lengthy: for example, the journey to the lake on Day 2 took over two hours. The wildlife encounters were minimal; we saw just three monkeys and some fish during the whole trip. As for the activities, a documentary was shown during the stay, but it looked very outdated and wasn’t engaging, which further contributed to the sense that the experience lacked quality and attention to detail. The food was average: not what you’d expect for the price of the package. On the positive side, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, which added some value to the trip. However, overall, I found the experience overpriced and overrated. For the amount charged, I expected more engaging activities, better wildlife sightings, and a more seamless itinerary.
