Stayed here with my friends for five days, we had a wonderful time. First of all, the food was really good, Greek food with a twist. Also, the bar was really nice. We enjoyed drinking and chilling at the beach and the bar during sunsets. The pool was very spacious and clean. Staff here were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely revisit soon.
A Cold One
The hotel itself is luxurious and has all the amenities you need. Buffet food served 3 times a day is good but lacks enough variety. Most of the staff are friendly but I encountered one or two who were extremely blunt and didn’t even say hello or smile. The location is excellent as it’s close to Rhodes town and the airport. Rooms have everything you could need and are clean. Pool side music can get very repetitive and annoying some days.

I was very happy with my stay, I spent a week with my friends in this nice hotel. The food in all the restaurants was flawless and the room that I had was spacious and clean.
All lot of different activities during the day like AquaGym in the morning or WaterPolo in the afternoon.
The location of the hotel is just perfect !
If you are young this the right place to go for your next vacation.
In general, all the staff is very welcoming and are nice and listening to the guests requests, they stay available for our good time in the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very clean and in nice location with nice private beach area.
Best all inclusive food that I have ever experienced, no complaints from any of us and group was 11 people. We were upgraded to pool view room for 3 adults and it was spacious, clean although the coffee/ tea wasn’t refilled. Fridge in room that has some drinks in again not refilled but no drama.
I’ve knocked one star off this as it’s almost the perfect all inclusive but message to the manager - all inclusive doesn’t give you the right for short measures/ poor drink quality or awful attitude from your bar staff. Sort it and you’ve got the perfect hotel, all other facets are well run so it’s goes against all your hard work to be letting yourself down in this manner.
The pool bar staff are the most unfriendly ignorant anti customer staff I have ever encountered and it’s this reason I won’t be back.

As I write this, I am waiting for a taxi to leave, and am struggling over the scores I have given. There is so much to like here but 1 or 2 (and in this case, 3) employees can really have an over sized impact. I have for suggestions for this hotel in increasing seriousness. 1. Put more towel hooks in the bathroom. Much easier to hang the towels up than last then on the closed toilet. 2. Install plastic walks that extend into the water over the rocks. These are flexible devices that act like mats that can bend with the waves. Makes it so much easier to get in and out of the water. 3. Tell your bar staff that customers can get any non alcoholic drink in any sized cup. It was strange to be told that we could not get 7 up in a plastic cocktail glass but could only get it in a plastic high ball glass. What's the difference to you? 4. Remind your staff, especially the food staff (which admittedly have the hardest job but do interact with the guests the most) that their primarily job is to make the guests comfortable and feel like they are not inconveniencing them. It was super strange to have a breakfast server show her frustration that my mother needed a moment to decide which seat to sit in. That happened a few times. I thought the place was delightful and 97% of the staff were great. But these strange encounters where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff for doing normal guest things will be hard to forget. A little training on this point can go a long way.
